Negative - The main, front east west aisle always feels very tight to me. Luckily, they store has a lot of polite and friendly customers.Positive - I love the self-checkout stands!

Friendly, helpful staff. Great little Publix. Try not to go on a rainy day, the parking lot will be flooded, hence your shoes will be soaked. Great people work there.

I went to this Publix to get the COVID vaccine. The pharmacist on duty didn’t greet me or speak to me. I’ve never encountered someone who was taking care of my health and not saying a simple hello. He was too busy chit chatting with someone. I’ll never use their pharmacy by choice that’s for sure. The store employees seem to be better,luckily. The store is well stocked and organized. 5 stars for the store 1 star for the pharmacy.

I can appreciate your wanting to give people an option on wearing their masks but theres no enforcement of social distancing. A big, sweaty customer just leaned over me to grab something without a mask on. I could smell his cologne! And when I try to complain, I see your employees with their noses hanging out. Your employee asks if Im okay and I said Not really because I started having an anxiety attack! I was surrounded by partiality and unmasked employees and customers. But that was the end of the conversation with your employees with me. They just went about their business like even was okay. You guys used to ask how you could help. You used to ask if I found everything okay. You guys dont care anymore like you used to. And that is fine. Thats your business. But know that I stopped shopping so I could get out of there. Ill shop on Amazon instead. I know they dont care but at least I the maskless sweaty man thats breathing on me. Dont believe me? Here a nice photo of a chin masked employee.

I have been turned away 3 times by the male pharmacist for the COVID-19 vaccine. I noticed that white ppl were treated differently and nicer than I did. I asked if I had to be white in order to be served because a white lady came after I did and he got her before he served me. She was here also as a walk-in patient to get vaccination.

Everything is so well organized and clean. I couldnt find a few things unfortunately they were out of. But pretty much stocked up

I had came to this Publix with my service animal and the manager acted as of he needed to know what illness I had that my service animal did for me I told him my medical condition is non of his business and is against the law to even ask me that question. He tried to tell me the law has changed and even told me it was his right to know I asked about what are my HIPAA rights for then and he made me leave with my service animal and told me hes not aloud in so I informed him that my dog lets me know when Im going to have a seizure and I had my documents to prove even tho by law hes not aloud to ask. He still made me leave. I only shop at Publix and I know Publix standards about service animal and their cleanliness and that store reminds me more of Winn Dixie than a Publix I will never go back in that one and that was my first time in that exact one but other than that all of the other Publix are great and friendly helpful staff. And a by the way an employee who was a bagger had his own service dog right there with him while he was working so why was mine or myself not aloud in there

I dont know why this publix get so many 🌟I went to customer services desk to get the lottery and pay for some food. After waiting for almost 10 minutes in the line, the lady ring my items and than told me I need to make the line again in order to get the lottery. Another 10 minutes of waiting since they dont have enough people or the ones available they walking around and talk with other employees or in the phone. About the food chikent always over cook and dry .Para nada recomiendo este publix

Love the staff everyone is so very nice and welcoming. They always ho out of there way to help you out. I highly recommend this Publix.

Later the customer service it is not pleasant, a lots of new workers not training on packing, not enough people to take care the customer in the customer service station, managers walking around and dont help or dont do nothing to take care the customer that they are waiting in line. Some times people waiting in lane to pay and the employee are talking and dont even looks at you and let you know that they know that you are waiting and you will help soon. This is in customer service station, I have been waiting to play lotto and I have to go because nobody is there, I am really disappointed.

Always quick and fast. In and out. Every lane is always open. They are definately keeping Americans working. Love it.

We love this Publix because is very clean and organized. Every time my husband and I go to Publix the Manager Evans always smile at us and said hello. He always help us with anyting with need. He is amazing very professional, helpful and polite. Publix is lucky to have such a great employee. We cannot say enough nice things about him and the way he runs the store with the employees. Deli wings not cooked enough bone bloody. Shrimp were overcooked and dry. Someone needs to train properly. Dont overcook shrimp. And sample chicken and look at bone.

This might just be the highest priced grocery store in town!I quit going a year ago because of the gouging but decided to check it out again only to be disappointed by even further increases. Also have recently caught on to their shrinkage strategy. Keurig KCups quantity is 2+ lower than competitor store with similar sized box-funny how the price isnt though! These people are SKILLED gougers. I Understand the whole spiel about service but Im happy to push my groceries out to the car and pay 30 to 40% less in a Publix competitor that I now frequent. There is definitely no prestige in paying more. Since they are starting to replace human cashiers/baggers with self service checkouts, should we expect price reductions? $5 gallon for milk?...7/11 even beats that-With BORDEN.LMAO

If I could give less than one star I would. Don’t waste your time at this pharmacy. Horrible service, lack of training and no communication. This has happened time and time again. No more. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Bakery staff (especially George) was extremely helpful in making a wedding cake last minute for my sister in law. She ordered a cake elsewhere and it looked and tasted terrible. I called Publix bakery less than 24 hours before the wedding and they quickly helped make a new one for us to pick up in time. Cake was delicious and looked perfect. So thankful for the help and understanding particularly in a pinch!

I have shopped at this Publix for years (1995?). Rarely have had a problem. I have also used their delivery service several times and it has been great! Was disappointed when Manny (manager) left a few yrs ago.

I always visit this store because I live nearby and where else do you get fresh produce from other than publix(that’s just my personal opinion) but today I had a horrible experience I guess their Is a first for everything. I went to return a small fruit tray that I purchased hours prior because I found a bug in the strawberries I didn’t want my money back I wanted just a store credit because AGAIN I ALWAYS SHOP AT PUBLIX so My cashier today Kerri (04/22/2021 12:55 S0692) decided her words to me before I left the store was I will bring this up to my produce manager to find out “ if it was from here or somewhere else”!!??? I’m sorry KERRI SOMEWHERE LIKE WHERE BECAUSE THEY CUT THE FRUIT IN THE BACK SO THE ONLY OTHER PLACE THAT LEAVES IS WHERE MY HOME ????? The time stamp and the date I literally bought it home put it in the freezer opened it to make a smoothie an in between the strawberries there was a bug . I didn’t make a big deal of it so your comment wasnt necessary

My wife went to the Publix pharmacy at 4402 Curry Ford Rd in Orlando Fl, this has always been her favorite store and she knows everyone there and visa versa, she was at the Pharmacy picking up 2 prescription for me, the rep asked for my info and pulled 1 prescription and when she asked about the second the rep said it had expired, when she said she had brought in the bottle showing their was a refill the previous Saturday to have filled and let them know the prescription would be expiring the following day they said they did not have it in stock but would be able to order it and fill it by Tuesday, now the rep says its expires and your not going to get it, this infuriated my wife and she continued to explain the prescription was valid when she brought it the previous Saturday, the Girl said (sorry for you) and at that point my wife asked for her manager, the assistant Pharmacy manager Daniel Motta walked up with his arms crossed and said whats the problem, my wife explained once again that she had brought a valid prescription that she was told would be filled and now she is being told its expired and you will have to go back to your doctor and get another one, that was the whole point of coming to Publix, to get it filled before it expired, the Pharmacist acknowledged yes the prescription was valid at the time but was now expired and he cant fill it.at that point he retuned to his station and my why wife asked a young man behind the window if she could get his name, it sounds like the Pharmacist overheard her asking and he walked and he walked back over toward her and banged his fist on the wall saying (its right on the wall for the whole world to see) when she looked his picture was hanging on her side of the wall.after banging on the wall the pharmacist walked over to the young man in front of my wife at the window and said out loud whats his name? Paul Mcneill? Ill remember that.today I was in Publix with my wife and I told her I was going to go ask the pharmacist why they did not fill my prescription, but when the rep told him what I was there for he said he was too busy and I could tell he had no interest in looking at me or talking to me.the first rep and the Pharmacist are very unprofessional at this store and it sad they make the store look bad.

Rotten pork. We bought a shoulder and two prepackaged pork loins. (Total $30.) The shoulder had some kind of black rotten tissue deep within it that we couldn’t see until it was cooked and falling apart. The prepackaged loins had stinky connective tissue with the same rotten smell on the top. Bc it was covered in herbs I didn’t smell it before I cooked it, but I definitely tasted it. We threw away the receipt, so I didn’t bring it back. I’ll never shop at this location again.

I have been shopping here for most of my life, & I have only good experiences to report. But tonight was exceptional. I want to praise Nathan, the team member handling the hot items in the deli. What a friendly, courteous, helpful young man. He gave me a sample, which yielded a sale of 2 hot food items. He even gave me the list of ingredients in one of the soup recipes, to be sure it did not contain my food allergen, for future reference.All of this while he was preparing to close his area for the night. Not once making me feel rushed or heckled to buy something. I do hope his managers can read this & give him the praise he deserves. This review is being submitted without request; I just want to report a good experience & not a complaint. (Not that I ever have to complain about this store.) Bravo, ladies & gentlemen. (^_^)

This publix is super UNFRIENDLY. Theres a weird vibe in this place and the workers stare at you way too much. The cashier showed he was annoyed when my deaf father didnt hear him ask did you find everything okay?. And his attitude was rushed and irritated. The bagger lady rudely told my father not to grab his own bags because that was her job, and made things really awkward when it came to lifting the heavy cat litter. Shopping was NOT A PLEASURE HERE.

Cashier (Pam) needs to do a better job of taking care of customers than talking to her manager about when shes getting paid. Watched her blankly ignore me and another female customer for nearly 5 minutes while her and her manager finished up their conversation. We were literally the only two people in line. Absolutely ridiculous. Ive honestly never seen such trash customer service. Let alone at a Publix.

The manager need to hire someone and train them in preparing the chicken. Rotisserie is dry and overcooked. Fried greasy and dry. Neither ready at dinnertime.
