This store is a pleasure to shop in. They have pretty much anything that you will need, from sushi to souvenirs, they have it all. Anytime I have shopped here the staff have been friendly and welcoming. The produce is always fresh and top grade. The bakery always has nice treats and the deli and cheese counter is always well stocked. There are always beautiful bouquets in the flower section and they have nice plants and balloons. This Publix has a cooking school and a nice selection of wine (they have a separate liquor store). As you weave through the store you will find a great selection of meats, and dairy (as well as non-dairy options) and the shelves are always well stocked. The pharmacy is well equipped and it seems this store has it all (bbq and pool supplies too). Employee Frank (one of the managers) is always very helpful and friendly. Such a nice store.

Super nice publix with a coffee area which Ive never seen before.

Because of the conservative owners Publix pharmacies do not take affordable Care act plans. The prices on their food keep going up. Ill try to find somewhere more affordable to shop that treats everybody equally.

This store is immaculate, and well stocked. Being a tourist area, prices are a little high, but shop smart and look for sales. This location has the lottery, sells alcohol, and has a wide variety of Disney and Florida souvenirs.

Jose in the deli was absolutely amazing. I had 17 sandwiches to be made at 8pm and he smiled and joked around the entire time. He was patient and kind. The world needs more Joses.

This place is exceptional! Clean and the staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. Great selection and very traveler friendly options. Surprisingly reasonable prices for such fresh options. Our go to in Orlando now for sure!

Not so happy with this Publix. Service was lacking. Variety was lacking. I feel the region is lacking for Publix. I have been to better oitside the Orlando region.

This is how ALL Publix stores should be! It’s the reason you go to a lot of different stores AND Publix combined that and made one great store with all of those delicious offerings. That being said I would like to see a lot more Publix stores in Central Florida designed and stocked with the products they offer at this store. This is a high-end area and it also caters to tourists. The sushi was REALLY good. I asked the associate for extra ginger and he accommodated me. It was delicious! There is a seating area similar to Whole Foods. The store is busy, there’s plenty of parking with easy access to the store. I don’t know that I want to drive across town and deal with traffic though just to experience of all the delicious fresh food they offer here. There’s a Sprouts in Winter Park - i’ll stop again if I’m in the neighborhood but I think I’ll stick to my side of town.

Where else can you get good fruit. Those strawberries and cool whip.

You can always find parking near the store short lines in the cashier and all the employees are nice with smile on their faces. I think it’s the best publix store in dr Phillips area.

I like shopping there for the variety, but it is so much more expensive than Walmart.

Nice store, a bit on the high-end of things compared to Ralphs or Krogers back in California. If I had to compare it to something, Id say Vons or Vons Pavilions!Lines tend to be long as you are in the resort area.Again, Publix is your primary grocery store in Central Florida. Its a great store so please dont misunderstand my remarks. You can find a Winn Dixie, Walmart, even a Target if you look around. But Publix is the big boy in town. They own the market!Lastly, if your looking for booze? Don count on finding a large selection in the grocery store. All stores have a liquor store attached to them. If not directly, its one or two doors down from the primary market.The good stuff (almost all of the booze) is sold in one of these stores? Im not sure if it harkens back to the dry county thing, prohibition, the Bible belt? I really dont know why its like this but it is.

Miss Wanda in the deli/fried chicken section has the attitude and patience of an angel. She is helpful and courteous, and you can teyshe loves her job. Definitely an asset to this store.

Ive had to make a number of special orders and the grocery manager has been amazing. Sometimes you get a bad day but this staff is wonderful at their jobs. They take personal responsibility to answer or find the answer when Ive had to ask a question.

I really like this store, it is always very clean and everything is organized nicely.

I prefer Publix over n e stores in area. I hate dealing w Walmart. Publix reminds me why I come here vs Walmart. Kind, helpful employees that care about their jobs.

The girl at the customer service Natalia is extremely rude. I am not sure why would publix put such a rude person at the customer service. I have been coming here for past 20 years and I cant belive how rude staff at this store has become.

Moved away from Publixs a few years ago, so was excited to get to visit one while in the area. Always clean and well stocked.

1 word. I love this publix. Also the pharmascists are so helpful caring. I had just got out of the hospital and i didnt have enouh money to pay for the prescription that i needed. It was just the sweetest gesture.

Friendly staff and quick check out lanes. I never have an issue finding anything I need because they always have what I need in stock. This location has a lot more to offer than other smaller stores.

This Publix is the Elite version of Publix! There are so many natural grocery stores in this area! They have competitive prices. But they win!

Chelle in catering services at Publix Store #1439 assisted me with an order and delivery to a new real estate office, Whitty Real Estate Group that had just opened in Turkey Lake Plaza. I had pre-ordered with both Bakery and Floral but at the last minute had a delivery issue and didnt want to cancel. So I called the service desk and the gal connected me to Chelle. In the moment, what seemed to me like a quarterback throwing an impossible catch, was quickly resolved. Chelle not only took on my issue without hesitation, but she carried it into the end zone for a touchdown, lol! She scored BIG, not only with me, but the new real estate team!! I also want to thank Delores in Floral for making a beautiful arrangement and Amney in Bakery for the amazing gourmet cupcakes! But overall... Chelle was the champion of this event and I am so grateful for her help!!

If finding shreds of lettuce in the grocery cart as you enter the store is considered clean. Then I think someone needs to define the word CLEAN to Publix. Next time I will go way far out of my way to their competitors.

The prepared and hot food options used to be great. Ever since covid they have cut back on their options and now a lot of it is pre packaged. Its just not the same. How we fried chicken is still awesome.Weird issue, I couldnt seem to find any pushpops in the novelty ice cream section. They do have plenty of options for premium icecreams including blue bell and Tillamook.

I called the store from out of town and placed an order for a bridal bouquet etc for a small wedding in the area. This was within a week. The young lady at customer service was so polite and helpful and readily informed me that Diane the florist would not be at work until about 2 days but would get me someone who could answer my questions. The gentleman to whom I spoke was equally professional.I spoke with Diane who did not hesitate to assist . She was very accommodating, gave me ideas and choices of flowers. Easy to get in and out. I like Publix layout being standard. I needed to make a quick stop for 2 items and I have never been at this location before. I was able to go straight to the items. As always the store and parking lots were nice and clean. Pleasant and fast checkout.

A wonderful store, great selection, but the prices are a little steep here in Orlando. We paid $210.00 for groceries for the weekend. Perhaps thats normal for Orlando, but it still stung to fork out that much money for what would have cost ~$90.00 back in Ohio. But there -ARE- purple sweet potatoes, thats awesome!

BEST PUBLIX EVER! Seriously, this is my favorite Publix location! They have some really nice, gourmet items not typically found in other Publix stores. The store is clean, well stocked and even has a cooking school. It can get pretty busy, especially with the Instacart shoppers who can be super aggressive-theyll push you out of the way and cut you off etc. But the store is great! Excellent produce selection and meat selection-butcher is friendly and helpful. Staff are friendly and lines move pretty quickly.

Bad customer service, also men’s bathroom is not properly clean, and no toilet paper inside (picture attached), is a shame that management allow this Publix to be in a such poorly cleaning situation, this should be top priority considering we still are in a pandemic, but unfortunately this place does not comply with minimum clean and sanitize standards, do you a favor and don’t come to this place

It just keeps getting better and better. I love the produce department and deli and Shannon in the Seafood department is doing a stellar job. He has a great sense of humor and gave me great advice and tips on what to buy. I always love this Publix, but the customer service is constantly getting better and all of the staff seem to really enjoy their job. Everyone is helpful and genuinely cares about your experience.

Early shopping hour is very nice. Employees are always friendly and helpful.The pharmacy has gone above and beyond to be accommodating.

Regular shopping day. People at the deli were courteous and friendly. Best of all, they didnt make me wait while they filled on-line orders.
