If there were 10 stars I would give them 10. I wanted to have some Prosecco sent to someone checking in to a local hotel as a welcome/congratulations gift. The website offered delivery, so I placed my order and checked with the hotel to make sure they would accept the delivery. They use an outside service and the delivery service requires a signature from the purchaser which could not be done. They returned the items to the store. When I called and spoke with John, and explained my situation, he said he would call the owner and call me back. AND HE DID! Not only did he call me back, he went to the hotel himself and made the delivery for me. He said his boss Mr Knightly wanted to make sure they provided good service. With so many places that no longer care about good customer service, I was so glad this was not one of them. Thank you especially to John for taking the time to drive my items to the hotel and make sure they were give the security team at the hotel to hold for me. You have restored my faith in good customer service! *************

This is the best store in my area. I wont go to any other store. The prices are the best and everyone there is very friedly & extremely helpful. They go out of the way to help someone. The selection is pretty good & they have everything i want to buy. Love the knight out front as you can see. Always puts a smile on my face when i see him. 😆

The guys here are great! They have offered bringing stuff from their larger store to this location so that Id be able to get it. Fortunately, Im abut equidistant from the two locations, so I trade off going to one or the other. The selection is great, and the prices as well. The guys are so friendly and personable. I prefer to go to Knightly Spirits over any other place.

The store was fully stocked with a wide variety of spirits I had not yet heard of. The clerk/owner was extremely helpful and very friendly. Prices compare to major alcohol retailers. I would definitely go back here again!

Very varied

I arrived at this through referral from another site and it was a great find. Huge variety of drinks.My intention was the beers and I didnt regret it.One weakness I saw, which is not unique to this store, is in the US they sold local beers in boxes, where the smallest amount is four beers. This gets in the way of anyone who wants to discover various beer flavors and will be short of time.
