Lisa B offered my partner and I the single best furniture shopping experience we’ve had. She was knowledgeable and was able to help us pick items that accommodated what we were looking for. We offered a little bit of a challenge because we were a little indecisive but she told us she had a great time working with us and laughed the whole time. We would recommend this location simply to work with Lisa! She made sure to get us the best past sale price so we could upgrade a little to mix two furniture sets to purchase for our living room. This review is specifically for store manager Phil. We had our patio cushion disintegrate when we removed the cover to wash. Customer service was awful. Accused me of doing the damage myself. Before I took it up to corporate, I called the store manager and after an hour of being called a liar in customer service, he was the first one to show understanding, compassion and a resolve to fix the problem. He even called me back a week later to follow up. R2G has replaced all the cushions and I credit Zoe @ corporate and the Millenia store manager for it.

We had a wonderful experience at this Rooms To Go. We were looking for Patio furniture and they had a ton of options and styles to fit all decor needs. We went with a teak table/chairs/umbrella, lounge chairs and a sectional set. David really made sure we had everything we would need to fit our space perfectly. He went as far as texting us photos of the measurements of each piece we picked so that we could go back to the house and measure our space to make sure it would fit perfectly. The customer service here has been top notch and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND going to Rooms To Go over other options in the area! Ask for David to help you if you need patio furniture!!!

The staff at this location are exceptional. Ruby responded to my request on her day off and passed the sale over to Omar. Definitely buy your patio furniture from David at Rooms To Go Patio. Nobody knows RTG sells patio furniture, only the Millenia location does. David was incredible. We bought our entire patio set for around the pool from him. Great selection, great pricing, and David made sure it was delivered and personally showed up to help ensure it was setup correctly! I ordered an extra umbrella and covers for the furniture and he personally delivered them. 5-Star service all around. I cant recommend them more!

I came into the store with a specific agenda and had not decided if I was going to make a purchase or not. I was leaving the business office as I walked around the corner, I met Michelle who asked if I had any questions or was I doing ok. My 1st thought was to just say I’m ok and walk away, but instead I asked my question we ended up talking and walking over to the furniture I had seen. Michelle discussed several options that I had not been made aware of which really helped me to make a decision. In the end, I was able to open an account to take advantage of the 0% financing. I am so happy I walked around the and met Michelle. I never felt pressured and she took the time to get to know me and my interest. That one wasnt going to work, so she showed me a few others that she tailored to what I was describing to her. She was very honest, helpful and personable. My family and I went to Rooms to Go to look at patio furniture. We had been there before and we had decided on an extendable patio table. We went on Memorial Day weekend to get the special deals. When we got there, we looked at a beautiful extendable table. The salesperson, Jason Neal, showed us how cool this table was: with just a touch, it extended. With another touch, it retracted. We talked about how this was the table we wanted: something small for our small family; but extendable for holidays since we have a new baby and the family wants to visit (the new baby was there with us). He told us the table had a special going on: buy the table and two chairs and it would come with two chairs for free! Great! So we purchased the table and added some chairs to the free chairs. Jason said he was having some trouble getting the special deal so it took some time to get the paperwork ready. The invoice said, “PARK WALK WH - DINING TABLE WHITE,” and at the time, I had no idea there was even a “Park Walk” table that did NOT extend. I paid for a warranty because I thought the extendable feature might go bad (being that it is an outdoor table). So over a month later, the table was delivered. To my disappointment, it was a regular patio table. NOT extendable. This was not what I ordered. I looked at my invoice and cut and pasted my invoice into the Rooms to Go website and saw that I was sold and paid for a(n overpriced) non-extendable table. I called as soon as I realized and after a waste of time call to “customer service” I was told I needed to call the store directly. I called the store directly. I was told I needed to speak with Jason Neal but he did not come in until later but they would have him give me a callHe did not call so my husband called a few days later and spoke with Jason who told him that is what we bought and he would talk to his manager and call back. There was no call back and this is why I am leaving this poor review. They sold me something else. So if you point to something and say, “This is what I want,” you probably won’t get it. And then they don’t care to do anything about it. At my job, if I don’t give what someone wants, I make it right. I also paid for assembly for my extendable table- I didn’t need assembly for the stupid table I got that needs 4 screws! Speaking of screws, I got totally screwed!

I’ve been searching for a dresser set that matched my bed for almost two years! I bought one that I was not pleased with and was back to the drawing board.This was my second store of the day and Ian made everything smooth! I really enjoy shopping for my sons big boy beds Omar Haddani was extremely helpful with us to be honest I was lost in the store so many choices In the end we got the best beds for my space and my sons only thing I didn’t like was there was a lady telling my son not to try the furniture he need to try and see if he can lay down he on another bed not tuning or jumping or nothing I guess she thought he was alone until she saw me my son is tall for a 7 yr old so we needed a bed to last and his expertise was help full and we ended up with the perfect bed he was helpful listening to my needs and my husband definitely will recommend to people and will be back for anything else home wise better then Ashley’s they are rude and disrespectful on the phone but thank Omar ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🖤🤍

After visits to other furniture stores and even other Rooms to Go locations, we were pleasantly surprised with our experience here. Our salesman Eugene was not overwhelming nor high pressure. He gave us the space that we desired and once we were done looking for what we wanted he was there to answer our questions and finalize our purchase. We left other stores because of the pressure from sales people and their inability to give us time and space to shop and figure out what we really wanted. We are moving to Florida and since we’re not bringing much with us we needed to buy furniture. We had to furnish three bedrooms, a living room and a dining room plus ancillary stuff like carpets, end tables and lamps. We came to this beautiful new Rooms to Go store knowing this was going to be a monumental task to find what we liked and needed. As soon as we entered we were greeted by Rafael and after explaining what our needs were, he took over leading and navigating us through the store. He led us to the appropriate furniture that we needed for each room in our Villa. He explained our options and suggested pieces and color schemes for each room to make our purchase not only functional for our needs but also to make the room visually appealing. We spent two half days with Rafael to get our furnishings just right. He was patient with us and always made sure we were happy with the pieces we chose. He would even bring pieces of furniture from the other end of the store so we could visualize how everything would look in the room. After two days of shopping we finally had everything we needed to furnish our new Villa. This monumental task was made less stressful and even pleasant thanks to Rafael. We certainly would recommend this Rooms to Go and Rafael to anyone needing furniture in the Orlando area.

Alex Blue is Awesome!We are setting up a VRBO in Laurel Mississippi and went to RTG to order the furniture and have the MS location deliver everything.Alex Blue was our sales associate and was so organized. Alex is the most professional associate we have ever dealt with. He quickly led us to the living room groupings (leather) that would be available at the MS location to ship within the short time frame. We looked at the different groupings chose one and then moved on to the bedroom groupings. Within 1 hour we had purchased all of the furniture, set up a line of credit and had our shipping set up for delivery.It was an amazing experience and I would recommend RTG and especially Alex Blue for all your furniture needs he made it a positive experience and quick.ThanksPaul & Beverly

Terrible experience. Furniture took 2 months to get shipped. Then arrived damaged and it will be another month to just look at the furniture to tell me they cant fix it. Then who knows how long it will be to actually get good furniture after that. BUY ONLINE, youll get more customer support and help than you will from this store. Terrible customer service.
