After spending my first night in my new apartment sleeping on the floor, I needed a bed immediately. After calling 6 places with no luck, Richard picked up and told me that he could do a same day delivery. Once I arrived he was very helpful in suggesting several options for me all based on my needs and preferences and being a very attentive listener. He helped me find my ideal mattress.At the last minute, just as they were closing, one of his employees had something personal come up and told Richard he couldn’t deliver my mattress today. “No problem,” he said. “I’ll do it.” Mind you, they were just about to close for the day. I had already signed. Richard could have easily told me I’d get the mattress tomorrow, but instead he delivered it by himself over an hour after closing time. He honored what he told me on the phone and followed through on his word. Integrity is crucial, and that’s what he displayed. At Mattress Warehouse, I can assure you that you will be taken care of with honest, pleasant service. Great experience.

I was desperate for a good nights sleep. Christian assisted me in picking out the perfect mattress and accessories. His customer service skills were flawless. He was not pushy, led me to the solutions I needed, kept me aware of what was going on with my delivery, and when there was a problem (my queen box spring would not fit in my stairwell) he quickly found me a set of split springs in another town and delivered them and set my bed up the next evening! The best place to buy a mattress, great deals and very reasonable prices with great quality. We had a great experience with Christian hes very knowledgeable friendly and so professional, we bought the mattress but the delivery guy couldnt do it same day Christian called me and kept me updated and asked if we can have it delivered next day I said we dont have a place to stay and our house its empty but its ok we will stay somewhere else, christian went the extra mile and after finishing his shift he brought us our mattress in his personal car at night and it was raining, christian was our hero that night and I will never forget what he did. I purchased two mattresses from Mattress Warehouse and was able to receive same day delivery. David was very helpful and accommodating and did his best to make up for the delivery person that bumped my walls, set up a queen box spring upside down, broke my closet, and needed me (a petite female with back issues) to help him push a king mattress upstairs to the master bedroom. You would think my review would be lower, but David made the experience worth while. My biggest issue was that the mattress did NOT feel the same with the plastic off as it did with it on, which is a big issue for me with having lower back pain. Regardless, if you are looking for great prices and even better service, check out this location before making your final purchase.

Bought a decent product, but wasnt happy with the store or salesman. Only bought the mattress because he offered a competitive price for the time of year compared to other local stores. We were not prepared to find out day of delivery on the phone that he charged an extra $50 for delivery, payable only in cash. Made us very suspicious, then confronted about the surprise charge his attitude was immediately defensive and said we didnt know what we were talking about. It was then that I saw on the invoice that our money, second surprise, was not refundable. So we couldnt get our money back for a product we hadnt even taken delivery of. He didnt mention that policy at time of purchase and it was not posted in the store. Moreover, because we didnt think we would want to look for a way to say no we dont want to do business with you, give us our money back at the time of purchase we didnt look closely at the invoice to see the non-refundable notice. We asked ourselves Why does anyone provide a no refund policy notice after purchasing something? Felt we could not know fully what we were getting into with the surprises and the after purchase refund policy notification. Would NOT go back EVER again.

I recently purchased a home in the area and I shopped for weeks trying to find the best deal. OUT OF ALL THE STORES IN ORLANDO THIS PLACE GAVE ME THE BEST DEAL!! The only bad part was the mattresses where so thick that I had to buy new sheets to fit them. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a bed. These beds are twice the size and half the price of everywhere I shopped. In addition my back feels so good I dont even need my pain pills after work, I just go to bed!!!

I was recently in need of queen size rails for my new bed and I called around to a couple of places a national mattress store was charging $89 a local closeout was charging $79 and they were only charging $59 for the rails which included extra support... no brainer. They offered excellent customer support, ill be back in the future.

Place is small and looks very unfinished. Went to go into the store and the door was locked, took a few minutes for the person to get off the computer and come greet us. Almost felt is was going out of business. I had come in the month before and the guy working there gave me a quote and really tryed to work with me so I went back when I was financially able to. It was a different guy and he had said they had just opened a few weeks ago which I knew was a lie because I was in there the month before.The store was pretty depressing and nothing special prices were not good either so I left and got a much better deal right down the street.! Dont think this place will last.

My husband and I were on our way to Home Depot to get some things for our new apartment and happened to pass this store. We were greated with a friendly and helpful smile from the employee who was manning the shop. His name is David. He got us the exact mattress that we wanted and even saved us money. We spent about thirty minutes with him having a lovely conversation about where we are origionally from (my husband being from FL and me from WA and spoke about why we were here and some other small subjects. The process was much quicker than our past experiences with places like mattress firm and other mattress stores. I work in customer service and I can definitaly say that Davids customer service was amazing for us.
