Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. We went to 3 places looking for a bed and went with Rooms To Go. Sammy was friendly and showed us and explained to us all the details of the different style beds we looked at. Not pushy at all and made the whole buying experience easy and smooth. Bed was delivered a week later and they set up quickly and took our old bed. Awesome service all the way around.

If i could give 0 stars i would. be careful when they rope you into a financing deal and then you’re still making payments on your furniture MONTHS later and end up paying way more than what the furniture actually was. very sneaky and the employees are giving very much SCAMMERS.

I had a wonderful experience with Sammy R. I had furniture, delivery and assembly. He walked me all the way through to the end. Antonio, the deliverer pulled through to the end as well, to ensure I got my delivery despite the fact he wasnt my original deliverer. Between Sammy and Antonio, they got the job done.Thank you for your professionalism and going through hoops and hurdles to ensure my purchase and experience was satisfying. And thank you for working hard to ensure the promised delivery date pulled through. This type of service and care is a gem these days. I would refer them to anyone and intend to.

GET TERRY! Terry is a wonderful salesman and definitely does not fit the typical stereotype at all. He is kind, respectful, and does not pressure you but gives you a relaxing experience. I really appreciated how he communicated but also gives you time for yourself to try out the products. This made shopping more of a pleasure and not a chore to do. He is very knowledgeable about mattresses and will find the perfect one for you!

I like this store. I bought a bunk bed and mattress there for my son.. it’s a very sturdy bed.. when it first got deliver it was missing the assembly kit(nuts and bolts) but I spoke with the manager Greg and like two days later a new kit was delivered to my home. I recommend this store. Good customer service.

We when to the outlet Saturday and Sunday to get furniture for our new home we find what we want and the store manager GREG FINKO VERY RUDE sis want to hold our furniture for us. Ashley the vendor and the girls in the office very pleasant and very professional. He didn’t want to work with us at all. You as a manager supposed to get the customer a 100 percent of your work and try to always keep the customer happy. With this been said. You could HOLD OUR MERCHANDISE UNTIL OUR CLOSING DATE. First time buying furniture for my new apartment. Me and my mom went to a bunch of other places trying to find a mattress priced reasonably. Christian helped us and he was amazing!! Not pushy, not forcing a sale on us like most other places we went to. He was so incredible ive referred friends to go there just for him. He answered all of our questions and helped us make the best decision. 10/10 will be back for sure

E Colonial Drive is terrible for traffic, but Rooms To Go is a great spot for furniture. Good value and quality.I recently went in to buy a sleeper sofa. I had done research online but wasnt sure exactly what I wanted. Staff were very helpful walking me around the showroom to each available sofa bed. They were very knowledgeable about all the products. Once Id decided what I wanted, they got me in and out as quickly as I wanted to (which was fast). No pushy sales tactics and no attempt to rack up the charges.Ill definitely go back to buy more furniture accessories to go with my couch (which was delivered on time and exactly as Id ordered).

Based on the TV commercials I thought there would be a better selection of furniture. Im buying a new condo and will be starting from scratch. There is a built in bookshelf in the living room but I have no other furniture. I did pick a bed many years ago. I just never bought it because it is a strong black metal 4 poster bed. I dont like the night stands that go with the collection so I am looking for a black or ebony finish for the nightstands and the dresses. I cant believe how difficult it was to locate! Three different store names and only RTG had an ebony set.

Well, it is an Outlet/Discount store. I walked the whole store and no salesperson approached me. I finally asked someone for help after standing for 5 minutes. The discounts seem to be @ 20% off their regular retail prices for what I saw. Store is only open Fri thru Mon.

On Sunday March 21, 2021 we visited the Rooms To Go store #903 located 5200 E Colonial Dr, Orlando, FL 32807. Upon arrival we were not greeted or acknowledged by any sales associate. After, trying a few mattress on our own we did have some questions and were able to locate the sales office where several associates were conjugated. We asked if someone could assist us in the mattress dept. The associate requested assistance on the loud speaker and about 5 mins later Madeline came to assist us. We looked at 3 mattress with Madeline. As we pondered upon our decision Madeline went to help another customer. We waited several minutes for her to return. We made a decision and expressed to Madeline we were changing from a queen size bed to a king. She never mentioned or offered foe us to putchase the bed frame. Therefore, we assumed the bed frame came included. Madeline, offered the Rooms To Go Credit option or Acceptance. The acceptance associate completed our application and Madeline said she would put in the order. We waited 30 mins for someone to let us know the next steps. We asked the Acceptance associate if everything was complete.... she looked confused and said she was waiting on Madeline. Madeline was missing again???? Madeline seemed like she was too busy to assist us properly. While waiting we decided to purchase a glass picture. We asked, if the picture would come in a box. We were told by Madeline, the acceptance associate and the manager that the picture would come new in the box. Unfortunately, when we came to pick up our merchandise we dis not have a bed frame and the picture was not in a box, nor was it wrapped in any type of bubble wrap or protection... we were surprised since this is a glass picture. The warehouse said it was the last one. The picture has several smudges and a hairline crack. I called the store and asked to speak with the manager. Madeline came to the phone and was very argumentative with me. I did not feel valued as a customer. I regret choosing Rooms To Go for my families furniture needs. We planned on visiting the new show room to furnish our bedroom, guest room and finishing touches to our living room. We definitely will NOT be doing business with Rooms To Go ever again. I have also shared my horrible experience with my friends, family and coworkers

Youre all sideways in regards to how you handle business. I was there trying to find a rug and this is the first time Ive ever been told that I cant personally take it to the register...... Ok, fine. We go thru the checkout process and then Im instructed to go around the building and out back to be loaded. I asked very clearly Do I have to get off the car? To which they replied, no not at all just show your ID and paperwork. Alright, well short story is, I got there and still had to get off walk back into the store all the way to the rug which is on the floor with the loading associate. He claims its to make the proc as quicker. Then walk all the way back, wait for another process to then walk back outside to the vehicle. I will never come back here, Im not going to get hurt carrying a rolled and packaged rug to my car. You wasted my time and showed me how much miscommunication you all have. Poor policies that make zero sense.

It’s okay, but very limited stock. This is an outlet location so all items are to purchase “as is” and there isn’t ability for them to order other pieces or duplicates of items.On my most recent visit (Jan 2021), most of the store was blocked off and empty.Staff was courteous.

As you step in youll be I interested to see what youll find there obscure paintings, fake plants, weirdly placed furniture, etc.. The staff was okay, I wish I could see them more often. One time I went there and asked for a furniture and one of them said that I can get it amazon, but wait, why tell someone to go to another store and not your own store. So, I wanted to see if costumers were wearing their mask and majority of them did not. In the end, this store is ok if someone isnt looking for specific furniture or doesnt care about CDC guidelines.

My Mom is 85 strong willed, knows what she wants but likes to make sure it’s the right choice.. We were greeted my a few nice reps but my Mom wanted to sit in almost every recliner before she would talk to anyone.. Finally a nice mature gentleman approached her and he seemed to have found the right words because my mom only wanted to spend 600 but after his advice and further testing of recliners about 3 hours she spend over 10000.. So the service was great because everyone was patient with her..Thank you

My wife and myself have been shopping around for a couch and finally found one we liked at this store. When I told the gentleman that I wanted to purchase the product he stated a new one wouldnt be available until November 1st. Its July 23rd they are having a sale and you expect people to wait over 3 months for their product. Special order products dont even take that long with the Coronavirus happening. I asked if I could buy the floor model and the guy said only if I bought the end tables and area rug which I didnt want. I wont be returning to Rooms To Go anytime soon after this experience I had today

UPDATE ALERT 1/31/21:I emailed Rooms To Go in response to their reply on my google review. Melissa from Rooms To Go stated their is nothing they can do for me since manufacturing is delayed due to COVID. That still doesn’t give them an excuse for a last minute notification a few days prior to my delivery date. In addition, Home Depot delivered a bed frame late because of a delay in manufacturing due to COVID and they gave us a $200 discount off of our order! Here we spent more money at Rooms To Go and they won’t do anything for us!Very simple, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! IT’S GOTTEN TO A POINT WHERE I HAD TO GO TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!Expect your furniture to be delayed by another two months and Rooms To Go will do nothing to make up for the inconvenience they have caused. Also EXPECT AN HOUR WAIT TIME JUST TO TALK TO SOMEONE ON CUSTOMER SERVICE!Our order was placed back in October 2020 for two couches with an expected delivery day of January 2nd, 2021. A few days before our order was supposed to be delivered, rooms to go called me and said our order has been delayed until March! I called rooms to go right away and after an hour waiting on the phone they finally answered and they told me they have to call me the next day to confirm my delivery date for March 2nd. I never received a call the next day and sure enough two weeks later I called rooms to go for an update on my order, they never booked my delivery date and was delayed another two weeks.I’m not one to complain but terrible customer service. If you order furniture with rooms to go and they set a delivery date upon your order, expect your delivery date to be delayed by another two months. As a result, Rooms To Go will not do anything to make up for the convenience. They might try to give you a complimentary $200 upgrade for a more expensive item but you still end up paying more money and Rooms To Go will make more money.

Went in with my wife to look at furniture, was taken care by Luis Sierra. He was diligent in answering our questions and showing us around. After seeing what we wanted and discussing prices and options he checked out the promotional terms available to use my Rooms to Go credit card and he said they only had 36 months 0% interests.Up to this point everything was good, had the furniture delivered before Christmas and we were happy. Today I see the balance and the term and realized we signed on a 24 promotional term. I have to admit I should have read the term and fine print before signing, but I guess Luis gained our trust and never though this sore of thing could happen in a company like this. I am writing this review so I alert other when buying furniture and going into this store BEWARE AND DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS INDIVIDUAL. I have been a sales professional for more than 27 years and always have been transparent to everybody I take care of. Not cool Rooms to Go, really disappointed!Update 1/23/2020Alex, one of the store Managers reached out to me and confirmed all the information I put on here. In the beginning he sounded a bit upset (I understand going through the hassle of confirming and making sure I wasnt trying to take advantage of the situation) he lowered his fence and worked on getting everything straighten out with the store and Syncronicity Bank (Term). I am thankful he took the time to verify and correct. I can see a change on my statement (as far as the amount I need to pay this month) but not clear if or when things will be completely corrected (2+2 have to equal 4, not 3.5 or 4.5)

In November 2020 I went to RTG to get some night stands for my bedroom. Before I went there I had gone to 2 other furniture stores and no one acknowledged me or greeted me so I walked out. I come from a customer service background so I know how important treating a client is. When I walked in to RTG, Sammy greeted me right away with a smile and asked me what I’m looking for. He was very helpful thru the whole process of finding me the perfect night stands. He was very knowledgeable and professional thru the whole transaction. I would definitely go back to this location. They applied and approved me for a credit card i never wanted, never asked for, and ultimately didnt even apply for!! Was never given an actual answer as to how it happened other then it must of been a system glitch. Then when i asked them to resolve the issue they said im on my own and have to contact the credit bureaus myself. BE CAREFUL there and check your accounts afterwards.

My mother and I went into Rooms to Go to inquire about a coupon that offered a $100 gift card when you spend $1,000 or more. We made our purchase online and wanted to see if we could still redeem the offer. The first lady we spoke to said she didnt know if we could redeem the offer for an online purchase and would email her superiors to see if it was possible. This left my mom and I very disappointed. On our way out Greg (store manager) stopped us and asked was we able to get what we needed. He saw our disappointment and helped turn it all around. We didnt get the $100 gift card but we got something better. Greg discounted us a rug that was way more than $100 off from the showroom floor. He was very patient and professional with me and my mom as we looked around. He was full of information about what would look best with the couch I had recently purchased online. Once the rug was picked Greg said his goodbyes, and we thanked him profusely. We were then handed off to Travis who helped us with the paper work. Travis was just as kind, professional and amazing as Greg. Thank you both for leaving a lasting impression on me and my mom. You showed us great kindness even when you didnt have to. 10 out of 10 would definitely buy from Rooms to Go again.

Bought a bed a year ago and it broke within the first 2 weeks. They sent somebody out (took a week) to fix it. Fixed it and it broke again. They will not fix it leaving me with no bed. This is also a safety issue. The quality is very poor. Save your money and buy elsewhere.

Wow! What an AMAZING team @ this location! I had a series of bad experiences at another RTG location in purchasing a sectional and as soon as I walked in this store I was greeted by the store manager Greg! He was so helpful in assisting me with my transaction. I was then paired with Iris and Lizette who further assisted me with my purchase. It was as if they all made it their duty to really help me! Ok... first and foremost I want to shout out managers Luis and Greg Because they were the only people who actually cared about my issue and made it right.Overall my experience with rooms to go wasn’t the greatest. If I am being honest, I fell in love with a bed frame and found a comfy mattress with an adjustable base that also gives massages. When I received the bed I wasn’t satisfied with the height of the bed. Went back and forth with customer service who was absolutely no help BUT Luis and Greg @ the store teamed up to make me happy and finally be able to get some sleep!

Today I worked with Ron Macnichol at the East Colonial Drive location of rooms to go. Ron was very professional and very helpful in assisting me picking out a couch and a chair and a half. No one even acknowledged us at any point we walked around the store, which looks like it is going out of business. One employee near the door didn’t even say anything to us but said something to the people that walked out behind us.

This Rooms to Go is ok, what can I say, it’s a store at the end of the day.BUT the care and customer service of Ron was something I haven’t felt in a long time! He treated us with the utmost respect and dignity. He even kept the store open a little later for us when we came to inquire about a few pieces that we ultimately ended up purchasing from him.ROOMS TO GO. In an era where more and more people like myself are BUYING ONLINE and being advertised every five minutes through Instagram feeds that we are tethered to.I humbly suggest that you EMPOWER your employees and pivot your approach to a new generation.Put the people first, continue hiring nice folks like Ron, possibly one of the last of a dying breed.

Worst experience EVER. Bought a bed over 2 months ago. I was aware of delivery date, however, never expected the manner in which delivery, or lack of same, would be handled. At time of purchase and during a follow up visit to store I confirmed time restrictions due to the fact that I live in a Condominium. Fromexpected time of 3:30 they kept delaying until last notice said delivery, expected between 7:30 and 7:45. Had I agreed, I would have been charged $100 per every hour after allowed condo restrictions. I had no choice but to ce el order and request deposit return. For this also I was given a hard time .AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I HAVE BEEN A RECURRING CUSTOMER HOWEVER, I WILL CLOSE ACCOUNT. THERE ARE PLENTY FURNITURE STORES WILLING TO GIVE THE SERVICE

I cannot begin to convey my anger and frustration with the experience that my 23 yo daughter went through yesterday when she went in to purchase her first living room set for her brand new place, she researched and found the perfect leather couches went to this location, applied for credit and was approved then thats when the sales guy Eduardo B started pressuring her to get the warranty, she explained to him that she worked 2 jobs, no kids no parties just work and home so there was not reason for it but he kept insisting she literally told him over 10x’s she didn’t want it then he called over another person to help him convince her and said “here talk to her she’s like my daughter, she doesn’t listen!” Needless to say at this point my daughter was feeling extreme pressure and after his statement to his coworker felt humiliated and small! Regardless of their tactics my daughter still said no!! Well to her dismay Eduardo wrote up the sale and added the warranty to her contract anyway!! She said the store was full of people and did not want to cause a scene so she walked out to her car broke into tears and called me! Need I explain my anger hearing my daughter in this state?? I took the high road and called customer service whom removed the warranty and apologized, I told my daughter not to go to this location again and she agreed! Well this morning I awoke to texts from my daughter that the sales guy Eduardo called her at 8:51pm last night to pressure her into putting the warranty back onto the contract!!!!!!! So I called the store and spoke to the office manager she apologized and had the store manager call me and he too apologize but I made it very clear that Eduardo is not to ever call my daughter again!!! Young woman (NO WOMAN) should ever feel belittled nor harassed by anyone! He literally ruined her very first furniture buying experience!!

The salesperson was great. However, the delivery was not done according to specifics we requested. I live in a very secure building with very strict rules about using an elevator. I requested at the store for delivery to come in in the afternoon. 2 days before delivery, I received an automatic message that the delivery will arrive in the morning. I called the customer service support, called the store and told them about the situation, they said they will forward it to the delivery manager and make sure it is delivered at the time I specified 2 weeks earlier. Nothing was done and the delivery arrived in the morning! I feel very deceived and unsatisfied with the delivery process.

The store manager, Jason made everything possible and stays involved! Delivery guys were incredibly professional,respectful and helpful. The prices were very fair and the entire staff will help you, no matter who you bought from. They were a pleasure,knowledgeable, not pushy and wonderful!I have received better care there than high end furniture places I spent top dollar on items purchased. My husband says happy wife,happy life.
