This store needs a crash course in customer service. Never had a good experience at this location. Will only go to Winter Park location going forward. If you don’t have your PB credit card, they can look it up for a purchase but not for a return with a receipt. Absolute bs.

Bought furniture. It had all the pieces, came together with proper instructions, glass was protected. This store assisted us very well and let us pick up from the dock.

I mean, who doesn’t love Pottery Barn? It’s beautiful, and you just can’t beat the quality. It’s also a pretty amazing place to window shop.The store is very clean and COVID conscious, and it was very quick and easy to pickup my items from the store.

This place is incredible. Not only do they have a wonderful selection of everything you need for your home, they are kind and friendly. We visited PB this evening and I was absolutely shocked. This store did the most beautiful tribute for the Pulse shooting victims. The display is proudly displayed in front with a beautiful display of candles at the foot. I was absolutely moved. They put a lot of thought into this display and they TRULY CARE about the community. Way to go PB, you will ALWAYS have our business.

Low quality products and customer service is the worst to deal with when something goes wrong. Very disappointed

Logan was the associate who assisted us. He was VERY helpful and knowledgeable. He provided us with ample swatches to help us make our decision as my sister will be purchasing a couch and chairs and we need to see the materials in the house before she pulls the trigger. The store is smaller than other Pottery Barns, but still has a decent selection of goods.

They have great stuff pricey but very nice!

I have a fabulous shopping experience every single time. I called and spoke with Jeff, who is very upbeat, friendly and professional. He went out of his way to assist me and find me exactly what I was looking for. Thank you!!

Its a Pottery Barn. If you think flax sheets are luxurious and sophisticated, want your artificial flowers glued into the vases theyre sold with rather than having vessels and display ideas of your own, and dont mind dinner plates made of plastic, theres plenty to delight. I think the typical Millenia customer will probably do better elsewhere.

Had a pretty good experience with an interior designer who said her name was Brenda. She helped us do a special order of comfort slipcovers. When the order came we got 2 out of 3 boxes, plus one that was supposed to go to Maine. Ooops! I called the store and spoke with a manager named John. He was terrific. Calm, cool, and collected. He resolved the issues (had UPS pick up the wrong slipcover and re-ordered the correct one for us) and was very pleasant to deal with. PB is lucky to have John.

Expensive like everything else in the Melania mall... It looks nice just more than I want to spend.

NEVER BUY A GIFT HERE and do not expect any type of post sale support. They wont even do an even exchange for defective merchandise that is Pottery Barn labeled original product unless you are the original purchaser. On a side note, if you raise your voice in the store, they will eventually get embarrassed enough to do the exchange, but it really kills the customer experience.

Well... Its a nice place to browse. They have some beautiful yet quality and pricey items. I came here with intentions to actually purchase items for a new home. Of the 5 associates I encountered, 3 mumbled out a feeble hello only after I made eye contact with them and smiled. The other two were engaged in an involved conversation about their own lives and design ideas. They paused for a moment to say Welcome but did not break their conversation to make eye contact, engage or ask if I needed help. I spent a particular amount of time browsing through their curtains and the design studio area. It appears they are more concerned with their own designs and had no interest in even asking me if I was interested- which I was. How disappointing. I wish I could have learned more about what they have to offer and things I could spend my money on. Oh well... Off to West Elm and Crate/Barrel.

Worst experience at a Pottery Barn. Big white sale in store. 20 customers shopping in the bed and bath linens and absolutely no one around to help. Finally go back to the front, get an employee who was just standing there to pull up an item. Computer shows they have 2. He supposedly goes to look for it, but we see him talking to 2 other people in the hallway by the offices. He comes out, and says he can’t find it. He asks the associate at the registers, she says they don’t carry it.Really. Why does the computer show the have it, they have it in other sizes, but now they don’t carry the item at all.Absurd.Pottery Barn isn’t doing well at all. I overheard that their payroll is barebones and the have no coverage. Well, 4 people standing around on the selling floor, 1 cashier and 1 with a customer in the design studio, and at least 2 more in the office hallway, it seems like there should of been plenty of associates to help during their 1 day only white sale.Won’t be back to shop this location.

While the goods being offered in the store are quite nice, the associates in this store are absolutely useless and cold. Walked through this store for nearly 15 minutes and NOT ONE associate spoke to me. Not a “hello”, not a “Can we help?” Nothing... All they do is look at stand around talking to each other. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Horrible workers are rude and disrespectful

Didnt have what we were looking for.

My husband and I recently went to the location in Millenia Mall. I was super excited to purchase some new items for my living room. Given that these items are pricey, this particular store had nothing in stock. Not even the lamps I wanted. I had to order everything online with the sales associate, which I’m fine with, but then I was asked to wait a ridiculous amount of time to simply pay for a lamp shade that was on backorder. After I left, I called asking to change my home delivery to store pickup as I was not comfortable having these items delivered when I was not home. The associate was completely useless, said it was “against policy” to deliver items to the store location. Additionally, she said I could log in to the UPS website and change the details of the delivery “if I wanted” to make the change. After spending such a significant amount for 4 small pieces, I’m beyond disappointed with the lack of customer service. As soon as I receive these items, I will never shop at this location again. If you expect customers to pay $1000 for a basic coffee table, then you better have the customer service to back it up.

Never heard of a furniture store that delivers but doesn’t put the product together. I have a full bed i have to figure out myself.

Nobody likes shopping for EVERYTHING, like this girl!!! Where ever there is a sale going on, Im already there!!! Whether I buy or not, I love to shop, and I do love to give gifts to people I care about, so it is almost impossible NOT to buy something and leave empty handed. This and OLD TIME POTTERY BARN has EVERYTHING AND MORE THAN YOU MIGHT WANT. ITS CRAZY!!!!! I COULD TAKE A WEEK IN EVERY STORE IN THE WORLD AND HAVE FABULOUS TIME!!!

All staff standing around and did not offer any assistance. Too bad since I was looking for all shams, accent pillows, decor, and drapes to match the duvet cover I bought from them online. Im going to the Winter Park store tomorrow instead!

I think most items are overpriced and not as great quality as they could be, also not aesthetically interesting. But a lot of people seem to love this place.
