I ordered a chair a few months ago. After waiting and waiting and not updates about it. I requested to cancel the order. Suddenly the chair is about to ship to me. I told them, sorry I dont want it anymore. They refunded me the money a month later and they decided that the shipping fee wont be refunded to me. I tried to contact them and not answer nor solution. Why am I supposed to pay for something never delivered. Anyhow STAY AWAY FROM THIS PEOPLE-!!!!! BAD BUSINESS FULL TIME.-!!!!

This business lacks customer service phone communication skills and in store professionalism. I called inquiring about a possible online purchase, spoke to someone who did not speak english, so I decided to visit the Kirkman showroom, where no one acknowledged my presence nor greeted me…2 sales agents just sat, talked and giggled while showing pictures to one another. I was completely ignored. Walked out after 15 minutes of browsing. Employees like this should not be in this line of business. Such a shame, I spent 28k elsewhere.

Adriana is very special 🤩🥰 she is very diligent & she is the best find the right furniture for the space at my home . I ordered over 2,000 dollars in decor items in May. We are in October and what a disappointment. I had to chase them in the past couple of months to get a response if they were going to ship or refund. Their staff is non-responsive. You call and no one picks up, you email and they may respond after ten attempts and they just respond 10% of what you asked.I ordered these decor items as a test to see if they were any good to then buy bigger items like beds, for example. Not only the items are not the highest quality, but the service is just the worst.Never again.

From the moment i walked to the store everyone was super nice to me, they helped me to what i wanted and needed. I love my furniture and will definitely buy with them again in future. 5⭐️ Company.

Bought a bed from here and it was missing most of the screws needed to assemble. Called them to let them know if it was possible to ship the missing screws to my location. It’s been over a week and now no one answers. Carlos was “too busy” to do it one day and ever since that day I haven’t heard of him. Based of the other reviews this is nothing new haha. How many bad reviews until they actually do something about it??? Definitely disappointed. All i needed was for them to ship me the missing screws. But i guess Carlos was “too busy” to do something so simple.

STAY AWAY!!! This company is a fraud! Beware! You will be told items are from Italy in reality all is from China. I purchased a table and 6 chairs, when I flipped the chairs, all said “Made in China” such disappointment. Terrible customer service and communication, no one speaks english well! I will be shopping elsewhere!

Incredibly disappointed with Casa. Found a great bookshelf online - purchased it and had to follow up for a week to find out about delivery. Got a date for delivery and they didnt show until the following day. They arrived (nice delivery guy though) and attempted to assemble the bookshelf only to realize that several parts were missing. Had to email, text and call several times to find out when a new one would be delivered and it would be another couple of weeks so I asked to cancel the order. Not only have I STILL not received a refund ($1000) to my credit card, someone called today to ask about coming to repair the bookshelf that was never delivered and left here. Emailed to inquire again about my refund - still no response. Do NOT buy from here!!

A Nightmare!!! When you enter in the store is like a heaven, all beautiful, nice chandeliers ... but you are just starting the worst purchase experience in your life. I spent more than US$ 10,000 in furnitures ... after more than 200 days!!!!!! (I purchase them in January, 24th, 2021), I still didnt get all furniture!!! DONT GO FOR CASA!!! IF YOU BUY, YOU WILL REMEMBER MY REVIEW!!! This is not all ... damaged furnitures were delivered, exchanges need to be done, hundreds of calls and text messages (really!!! more than hundred) with Adriana, Gisele, Monica, Moore, Carlos .... if you are having trouble like me, probably you know one of those names!

Really dont know what happen!!! This store charge you immediately, in day 1, but keep with your money for more than 180 days, in my experience, for more than that and THEY DONT DELIVER YOUR STUFFS ... some of the excuses are covid, sometimes is because of the ships (they brought those furnitures from others continents) ... but a ship takes from 1 to 2 weeks to travel from Europe to US .... if you buy from any Chinese website, you will get your stuffs in 30 days ... SO, HOW CASA FURNITURE WORKS? Totally disappointed with tons of excuses from different people, like Adriana, Moore, and others that manage those furnitures.

Very nice Euro furniture, I went to the store and the outlet. I recommend checking the outlet first, they have first quality furniture. Friendly and helpful teams at both locations. They have delivery service (obviously!)The outlet is not open on weekends. I have my eye on a chair at the outlet . I keep you posted.

Horrible! Bought a bed from here with 2 canvas and some wine holders, order was supposed to be delivered around April 15 as they said when I purchased back in February. The order not only was delivered super late (june) but it also was incomplete, they forgot to send the canvas and the wine holders. I called and they said they will send it nect week, its been 5 weeks after that and I haven’t received the rest of my order. I call the shipping manager (Carlos) and he is always busy yo tell me whats going on with my order, tells me he is gonna call me back with information about my order but never does. I even offered to pick it up but he wouldn’t tell me if it’s available for pick up either. Super disappointed 6 months already

These people are theives!!! 🥷I have made my order since January until now I STILL can’t receive the one I asked for after like 3 freaking appointments for delivery the one they bring is still not the one I ordered starting from the color, the size, the style and they can’t even bring the one I chose!! This is not fair !! I’ve been sleeping on a mattress on the floors or almost 6 months !!! I deserve an apology right now!! Or I’m taking this up with the police and maybe even court.I am disappointed very very disappointed. Ughhh now I don’t even know when I’m getting the CORRECT one . Casa Furniture made my life like a hell. After buying lots of furnitures they are making me waiting more than 7 months to have all delivered and nobody cares!!! tons of calls, tons of emails, tons of SMS ... they simply ignore ... but after I opened a bad review on google review, Adriana called me an solve 1/10th of my troubles with them .... it is been not easy ... if you want to buy good furniture in a serious store, DONT GO TO CASA ... there are some good ones that I have an amazing experience like Kanes furniture ... City furniture is also very professional .... I hope you may read that post before finish your purchase ... and if you already purchased ... be ready to suffer.

I have never encountered such poor customer service when purchasing furniture. I don’t even know where to begin; there was absolutely no welcoming greeting, no approach from any sales advisor, and just simply blank stares as if we couldn’t afford their merchandise. We felt discriminated as two young gentlemen’s in the store. Due to the lack of professionalism and disgusting service, I highly don’t recommend this furniture place to anyone. Please look elsewhere where your presence as a customer is appreciated and sensed. At the Kirkman location off of International drive in Orlando Fl.

Bought a leather sofa about 7 years ago. The leather is breaking apart. Great look, poor quality. My parents bought a leather sofa about 30 years ago (not from Casa Furniture), the sofa is still intact aside from a couple of wrinkles here and there, but has not broken apart. There are small tears all over the leather, and any wrinkles have just broke into open cracks.I also bought a TV center piece. Again very beautiful. It arrived at my house and it was installed. There were broken parts and it took Casa Furniture 6 months to fix it. They never called me to give me an update. I was calling on a monthly basis to try and get the updates.

I am writing my own experience, this is a cheap furniture place. I have bought sofa sets from this place 3 years ago, and leather is all peeling off, it has only been used very rare. I strongly suggest not to go this place and buy any sofa sets. Their employees write their best reviews for consumers out there.... when I called them about my sofa, they said out of warranty and can not help.... very very bad experience. DO NOT EVERY BUY ANYTHING
