Very nice high quality craftsmanship Scandinavian furniture. Staff is awesome! They even care for the stray kitty w/ food and also made a little house for it.

FIVE STAR Rating for Scan Design in Orlando and FIVE STAR to our Sales Rep Ivette Del Castillo. We walked into the store about 18 months ago and saw various items of interest. One certain item I had a strong interest in and was $2.5K - a little over budget. At that time we met Ivette who was very professional and wanted to help. Upon our second trip trip there she know I wanted the wall art that was one of a kind. Over many months she kept e-mailing me about some price drops. Than came last Dec. and she sent me a message about a half off sale. I purchased and she had the wall art delivered to me. Tonight its hanging in our living room She was great during the whole process and I would hire her if I was still a bank president. Great Job! Always a wonderful experience. The furniture is quality, durable, and contemporary. Our show room sales rep Jennifer, remembers my husband and I and refers to us by name. We always receive individualized attention while at the show room and away from the show room. Scan design keeps good communication regarding follow up of delivery of furniture. Although pricey, the pieces bought at Scan Design will deliver quality and durability for many years.

Excellent customer service always! I love the Scan Design products because of the quality and design of every piece they offer. But what I like the most about this business is that their managers and sales associates are super friendly and happy to help the customer every time. I have been coming to the Kirkman location for almost 10 years and I’ve purchased a variety of products, some that I’ve seen in the store and some that I have ordered over the phone and they have brought for me from their warehouse. Each time has been a wonderful experience! I definitely recommend the Scan Design products to anyone who is looking for high quality, long lasting, beautiful furniture and accent pieces.

Purchased a Teak Sideboard /Buffet On-line (215085) delivered yesterday (white-glove service). It arrived in excellent condition and we are very pleased. This was made in Thailand but the quality and workmanship is comparable to our other pieces from Denmark. It is remarkable that the wood-grain pattern were matched very well between the L and R tambour doors and they glide smoothly on the tracks.The website was easy to navigate and ordering was simple. I had a chance to speak with Holly(?) in the shipping department and she was very nice and helpful, she suggested I use the white-glove delivery option.Very happy with Scan Design...Thanks

ScamDesign. Most of scan design furnitures are China made They are smelly, poorly design, and unnecessarily heavy. The toxic chemicals in the Chinese furniture materials could damage your health the day you started using them. Do not buy China made furnitures from ScamDesign

My husband and I visited last week and had a horrible experience with the staff. One designer Sandra seems to be new to the furniture business because she didnt know ANYTHING. She claimed the items were Italian when it was actually Chinese crap. We ended up purchasing a sofa a Euroliving where is actually made in Italy and they proved it when requested.
