My girlfriend and I came in with issues about a new bed we received and current back pains, he was able to direct us to a bed and frame that would alleviate our pain as much as possible, all the while handling our previous purchase. You can really tell these employees don’t care at all about the customers. Fist off, i purchase a mattress that was directive. I come back for a replacement and need to go pick up the replacement by myself from the warehouse. 35 mins away from the store…. Also the salesman insisted I needed a box spring when I knew I did not need one and over sold me. They only care about their commission. I’d recommend any other mattress store. They sold me the worst mattress I’ve ever slept on and tried “saving me money” by waiving the trial period. “Saving 40” ended up losing 950 from these A** holes. Don’t waste your time. Go anywhere else. Your welcome.

My wife and I have been unhappy with our 6-year old bed. We are moving so we wanted a fresh start and went into Mattress Firm. Cole greeted us and asked some very good questions (the mark of a great sales person). He took us to the perfect bed for our needs. It is expensive but as I told him, we spend 1/3 of our lives in bed and shouldn’t skimp on that. Nearing retirement we want a good night’s sleep and that’s what Cole and Mattress Firm provided us. Not that there was anything wrong at the location (maybe some minor and quickly corrected mask non-compliance).Tatiana however was fantastic. She asked the usual questions, did the usual show around and mattress trials, but she also really dug in and got a sense of how I use my bed and how my body feels while in it and when I get out of it. I didnt plan to walk out with a bed, but after she helped me find the perfect mattress how could I not?!

I normally dread shopping for mattresses because after trying a few they all seem alike and its hard to make a decision. Tatiana was a wonderful help, explaining why some mattresses cost more than others, and what to expect from each version. There was a huge range of prices, but she never pressured me to buy more than I could afford, and asked lots of questions about how I normally sleep to help me decide which version would work best for me. GREAT SALESPEOPLE, AWFUL DELIVERY SERVICEI’m giving them 3 stars because the sales people were amazing, we purchased a mattress with an adjustable base from Tatiana who was friendly and informative(which is what lured me in when I first called the store). The mattress itself is so comfortable but the cooling feature isn’t that great, the adjustable base is though and so is the vibrating massage feature. We paid to have the mattress delivered and setup but the delivery process was horrible, I mean awful!!!! they almost left the old bed because they couldn’t “make them fit through the door “ so we had to move it out ourselves, they didn’t communicate with us at all except to drop the new bed on the floor and take off but were talking to each other in another language the whole time. If I went back it would be for excellent customer at the store and not to have anything delivered.

While he was taking care of my mother, my wife and I began browsing their inventory. Jose caught up with us and began to educate my wife and I on the Tempur-Pedic brand. His approach was consultative which I really appreciated. We made an appointment to return the following weekend. When we did, Jose wasnt available so we worked with his co-worker, Troy. He was very cordial and professional and did not make us feel pressured to buy.. even after reclining on many mattresses. They were friendly patient and knowledgeable. I got to test out many mattresses. I Explained about my back pain and sleepiness nights to Tatiana. She explained to me the many reasons I was experiencing such a horrible experience. And pointed me to some mattresses that would alleviate my problem. I chose a certain Tempur-Pedic king size mattress. Surprisingly they were able to deliver it the very next day the delivery crew was amazingly fast and very good at explaining how to maneuver the mechanism to the bed. They remove my old mattress to another room for me and was very polite and professional. So far its been my first night on the mattress and woke up with no back pain and felt well-rested. And my fiance who also was suffering from the same experience woke up with no back pain and was well rested.

Tasha was very helpful, funny & resourceful in finding a mattress for me within my $400 budget. She helped me swap mattresses until I finally found one I liked, upon entering checkout she asked how Id prefer getting the mattress whether I wanted to pick it up or have it shipped to my house & she even gave me a free body pillow!
