Once you have an appointment they are able to attend to you rather promptly. Service Representative is very courteous, goes over your service request and informs you of approximate wait time. Santiago kept me informed and service was completed in time frame. I was pleased that they washed my car also. They always give me quality service.

Arrived just in time for my appointment. I thought I would spend endless hours so I brought my laptop and newborn baby entertainment. My service went so quickly, I didn’t really need my laptop. I was there yesterday morning at 8:15am and waited for CIRRI. I come everytime I needed for my car maintenance and CIRRI is my 3rd staff representative and I was NOT satisfied for the previous 2 employees.. The quality of her service is highly recommended and excellent. other employees are very helpful too but CIRRI PIERCE, she is incomparable to many others. She is very nice and honest staff, and quick when it comes to service, she also recommends the best promotion and deals. I arrived very early before 7:00 am. My appointment was at 7:00 am. Andres L.was taking care of my vehicle. He was very attentive and explain to me everything that it’s needed to be done. Most of the people was very professional and attentive. They take good care of my Tacoma. When my vehicle was done I went outside, there was this girl, Toyota employee. Short brown hair with glasses in a hurry and very rude. She wants me to go and I was not even in my vehicle. She turned the back on me. I talked to her but she ignored me. People like this don’t deserve to work in Toyota or at least with customers.

I have trusted Toyota since they helped me get into my Corolla about 7 years ago - Ive taken it into the dealership for maintenance and repairs ever since. Having just moved to the Orlando area, this was my first time bringing my vehicle in for maintenance since my move and this was the closest location. I was assigned a service advisor was assigned at random based on my appointment time, and I was very pleased to have been assigned Jose Castro. From the moment I entered, he was very pleasant and professional, addressed my questions and reviewed my vehicles maintenance history, and advised that hed contact me as soon as my vehicle was ready to go.I made my way into the main area of the building which was rather busy, but not uncomfortably so. There is a selection of tables and armchairs as well as an area to watch movies in addition to vending machines and charging stations. In about an hour, all of the service was completed on my vehicle and I was ready to head out. What I really enjoyed was how most of the documents could be signed online - even the payment could be done online as opposed to walking your paperwork over to a clerk. I just checked in with Jose when I was notified my vehicle was ready, got in my car, and drove off.Id be very happy to come back here - it makes me happy that I once again trusted my business to Toyota.

Dropped my vehicle off just before my appointment time and expected to be there for several hours. Took my laptop with me figuring Id have to work a few hours from the dealership. But that didnt happen. Sam, my service consultant was very helpful and kind. He saw me right away and got me out of there within one hour and I got back home in time for work. Great experience!

I was in a really stressful situation when I had my car towed to Toyota. A locksmith had messed up the electric in my car and the electricians at Toyota as well as the staff were extremely accommodating and kind. They could tell I was stressed out because I am from out of town and had been stuck in Orlando for a lot longer than expected . The technician who fixed my car was very communicative and let me know what he was doing every step of the way and gave me updates every day. The rental staff also helped me with a good deal on a car while I was there and helped me feel a lot more comfortable in a bad situation! I would recommend anyone in the area see this dealership for help as the whole staff is kind and communicates very well! Thanks Toyota for a great experience in a less than ideal situation!

I went there to get maintenance done on my car. My appointment was with Nick Sanchez. He was super professional and even offered me a shuttle home since I had just worked a 12 hour overnight shift. He made sure to check on me and update me on my car and where it was in the process. I would definitely go back and schedule another appointment with him. It made my experience so easy and simple.

Jerry Raymond from the service department is hands down the best guy they have at that shop. Had some serious issues on my Lexus and he took the time to explain the process and took care of all my needs. Customer service is hard to find during these times. He exceeded my expectations. Excellent communicator. Not once was I not informed what was going on with my car. Via email and phone Jerry communicated every step of the way. Jerry, Thank you so much my friend. I will be seeing you again soon. Getting all my car maintenance there from now on. And yes I will bring my wife’s Nissan to be serviced there as well. Two thumbs up and 10 stars for Jerry. I just ask management to move Jerry out of that corner and give him a better view. No one puts Jerry in the corner!!

This dealership needs a major investigation regarding their ridiculous charges for repairs. The maintenance technician are making up repairs that aren’t warranted. This shop integrity is on the bottom of the list. The general manager should be fired. Over charging people should be considered a crime. For example I needed a car repair the dealership wanted 9,288.53 for things I needed however after their diagnostic charge of 142.00. I took my car to an independent repair shop and paid 853.00 for the repairs. Honestly goes a long way. This is straight up theft.

We chatted a bit and I also saw the dealer that always helps me which is Edwin. I really miss the popcorn but other than that my experience is always great. I been going to this dealership for 8 years. There was ups and downs, but the ups more than downs. They have one of the best services around and when there’s an issue, their leaders follow up and solve any matter. My service agent called Serri and she is professional and knowledgeable, takes care of her customers and very respectful. I would definitely recommend Central Florida Toyota either to buy a car or servicing at their dealer.

Cesar in the Service Department took care of getting my passenger side front seat repaired as it that was stuck in forward position. He was attentive to my needs and communicated to me with his tech what they advised for resolution. This was my first time at this dealer since moving from San Diego. It was a complex issue and they did their best to to fix and I think they did. But when I left my tail lights were not working. Not related but I was 1/2 way to CT from Fl when I found out. But they were were helpful and did their best to get my car back before I had to leave.

Quick service! —However, the reason why I didn’t give this 5 stars is because of the gentleman that assisted me. He was way too pushy. He tried to get me to do other services done on my car when I just came for my regular tuning and/or maintenance. So much so, that he made a “receipt” of all the things he recommended I should do on my car which I completely understand and appreciate concerns, but actually doing the receipt without me authorizing it is strictly not cool. He wasn’t rude or anything, but he needs to relax. Then, he proceeded to say that “why is it that I don’t WANT to do...” the things that he was recommending. I let him know that, it’s not that I don’t want to. It’s that I can’t do them at the moment. Plus, it wasn’t a life or death issue. I’d understand if that was the case. He also, did not put it as a 15,000 mileage maintenance, but as a 20,000 mileage maintenance checkup. He didn’t really explain why, but I was just over 3,000 and he insisted as putting it as 20,000 which leaves me with just one more go at a free maintenance where as I paid through the dealership MOST OF ALL to get their free up to 25,000 mileage maintenance. If there’s anything, you’d like to consider. Consider this issue.

I was very happy with the salesman Carlos Estrada that met me and checked me in and took my information he was a professional.But I was not happy with the service person that did the oil change and check the car he left the engine hood rod just hanging and when I opened the hood it almost hit me and he left the battery cover plastic just lying beside the battery instead of it being put back on the positive side of the battery these are simple things to do and I think they were just overlooked by that service technician

I want to thank Ciri for making the process of getting my 2014 Camry into the shop as fast as possible and for the constant communication and updates with my I surance company and me. Aldo for going above and beyond for having my car washed and tires shined.I also want to thank Eddie the Mechanic who removed my water damaged engine and replaced it with a rebuilt one. He did an awesome job!!!!!! You could never tell that all of those parts were removed and put back in. Engine is running great!!!

The only thing they did was rotate the tires and shot the maintenance light off in almost 2 hours that I was there. They didnt even check the air pressure of the tires n didnt wash my car like they used to. The oil n filter wasnt changed cause they said is at 30,000 miles but the sticker they put on the glass the last time before this one said it was at 24,000 miles, they said it still would be free at the 30,000 miles so I hope is like that. Theres a piece of plastic that goes under the car right next to the tire in the back tires and it doesnt have one of the clips that holds it and is hanging and scraping with the tire and that was not like that before I took it to the dealer.

I brought my new 2021 Toyota Corolla in for its first service to Central Florida Toyota - the place from which I purchased my car. Santiago Aguirre was professional and personable in handling the service. I knew that one tire would most likely need to be replaced. I had run over a screw I was not able to completely repair the damage. Mr. Aguirre kept me informed of the progress of the service and the work on finding a tire and replacing the time. I have owned Toyotas since 1982. Since moving to Florida a few years ago, Central Florida Toyota is now my go-to place for service. And yes, I do recommend Central Florida Toyota to others.

A few months ago I had a horrible experience, and just yesterday I went back to give my usual Toyota location a 2nd chance. Let me say, it was a complete 180° difference! I requested Cirri as my service representative, because quite frankly she’s the only female in the “car service” department. She was amazing!!!!! I had told her about my terrible experience with a different representative and she blew me away. Within a male-dominated industry, she gave me the best experience ever at this Toyota location. I will now on always request her, she made my experience quick and easy, and that’s just want I wanted!!
