Amazing prices and great customer service. Only downfall was I arrived for my 8am appointment and I was told my tires have not arrived. A notification of some kind would have been best to inform me of the delay.**took off another star. They forgot to inflate 1 tire. When I left, they told me my tire sensor would adjust while driving. I drove home and didnt drive the day after. The day after that, my rear driver side tire still showered 20psi. Checked with a gauge and it was. Inflated it myself to the correct pressure.

I brought my car here for 2 new tires and they were very nice, price was great as well. Z gave me a recommendation where I can get my brakes and rotors fixed and that place was great as well. Thank you for a great experience!

Went in because I had a nail in my tire. The service was exceptional. The gentlemen working there treated me kindly and with respect, something that doesn’t usually happen to a female customer in an auto shop. My car was ready just before the expected time and they repaired my tire for FREE! I definitely recommend this tire shop! Just make an appointment for your service as they get very busy.

Bought a couple tires here a few years ago and came back to patch one of them today. The work was done in less than two hours and they did it for free. Great service and great way to end the day.

Discount Tire was amazing!! One of my tires had a nail in it and was going flat on me this morning (July 26th, 2021) so I ran a few errands and then decided to stop at pepboys since thats where I have always gone but they told me my vehicle would be done by 7pm and thats when I looked over and saw Discount Tire. I drove over there and a gentleman came towards me and asked me what he could do for me, I explained my situation and he then told me that my vehicle would be done by 3:30 maximum. They worked very efficiently and were done a little before 3:30.

This was going to be a 5 star review until I found out that whomever patched my tire, didnt do it correctly and I was at risk of a friggin blowout. Thankfully, Chris was there when I went back to have it looked at. If Chris isnt there, Im going home. Chris is friendly, personable and remembers reoccurring customers. I stopped by one day after work because my tire pressure light had come back on after Id just had my tire patched at this Discount Tire 2 days prior. They were short staffed and I totally understand how that goes. No one greeted or even explained that there would be a wait due to them being short staffed until Id been standing in line for about 20-30 mins. They finally called for some assistance and Chris showed up, inspected my car and pulled it into the garage all within 15 minutes and explained that hed be handling the repair himself because he knew that Id just had my car serviced a few days prior. He also took me into the garage and showed me exactly what he did to make sure I felt comfortable driving my vehicle. THANK YOU CHRIS! Even with you all being backed up and Im sure you were frustrated, you provided exceptional service and kept an open line of communication and you are very much appreciated! 😌 You my friend get 5 stars. Oh and the tire prices and warranties are good too lol.

I went to this location because a week or so ago. My 2 left tires were stolen. I looked this location up and went in. The sales guy, Michael, was very cool, knowledgeable and empathic about my unfortunate situation. He was able to recommend 2 new tires with nice looking rims. They staff was friendly and efficient. WOMEN STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!I went to the W Colonial store last week b/c my tire pressure monitor came on and after my suv was in the bay a few minutes the sales person came out & said my lug nuts were swollen and needed to be replaced. (Not knowing this was my 1st RIP OFF) I said ok & paid $47.00. Then a few more minutes later the sales person came back and said they cant repair the tire & it has to be replaced to a tune of $300.00 (2nd RIP OFF). At this point I called my brother in law for advice and he said GET OUT OF THERE ASAP!! I left & went to Sams & told the mechanic about the lug nuts & he said yes you were ripped off b/c lug nuts last way longer than 7 years. So if youre a female dont go here alone.WILL NOT GO HERE AGAIN!!

My tire pressure dropped suddenly so I figured I had run over a nail or something. Turns out a small shard of glass had punctured my tire. They were able to fix the hole quickly and at no charge! I will definitely use them again!

I’ve been using Discount Tire since 2000. Since, I don’t relate “cheap” to the cost of tires it’s a mute point. My review is focused solely on customer service, which has always been stellar. Like any shop, they will try to up sale you, but that’s there job. I’ve at times felt pressured, but not to the point that I wasn’t educated enough about the product or services I wanted-push back and get what you want.Overall, I’ll continue to purchase my tires here so long as the customer service remains steady.

I never leave reviews. I do feel compelled to mention my experience @ Discount Tire Awesome!!!! They did everything as they said they would with integrity. I brought in my own TPMS, which they installed, I was told that one of the sensors was not working. I purchased a sensor from Discount Tire, after the installation they checked the original Sensor that I brought in and it worked. They refunded me for the purchase and put the sensor that I brought in with me. The easy and the dishonest way would have been to not say anything. Thanks Discount Tire for your work and honesty. I’ll be back

The prices of the tires are fair I bought four tires from them with insurance coverage they rotate your tires that you buy from them and it cost you nothing I got in there at 8:00 and they did my tires and by nine hours out the people are friendly inefficient when I got tires I also had them to put in two sensors so by the time I get tires Ill need the next two sensors so its not bad I like them good place to go very efficient

My car suddenly stoped working on a Sunday and I do understand that on the weekend it’s very hard to find a mechanic. I have a Nissan rogue and my first option would be taking it to a Nissan dealership but because I knew I wouldn’t find a open dealership on the weekend I looked on the Internet and found this place Mavis Tires and Brakes. I called them to make sure they were able to fix my car that day and they told me yes they were opened. They told me to bring my vehicle. I thought they were going to fix my car in the same day but when I got there they told me the mechanic was only going to be there on Monday. For me it was already a scam right there because that was not what they told me over the phone. But i had already towed my car there so i decided to wait until Monday. I was out of my home town so I stayed in a hotel one more nightTo wait for them to fix my car. On Monday I kept calling them to find out What was going on with my car they kept telling me that they had to wait on a part delivery when it was 4:00pm I decided to go pick up the part myselfTrying to speed up the process 5 minutes later When I left the place they called me saying that the part was just delivered I really think they were lying about it the part was there the whole time they were just giving me excuses. They finally “fix” the carBut when I got my card the only difference was that I was able to start the car other than that everything was just the same the car was Undrivable and they told me to take it to a Nissan dealership that there was nothing they could do about it. They charged me $333 for the job they didnt complete. I finally took it to the Nissan dealership they changed the same part again they told me at the Nissan dealership that these people damaged the part because they were supposed to calibrate it while changing it so because of that they ruined the part. Overall I had a awful experience. I just want people to be aware of that.

The skill level between technicians varies wildly. Mostly good experiences but there have been times where their work is less than stellar. This includes dinged wheels, not cleaning before sticking on weights, mounting tires backwards, overtorqueing and breaking TPMS sensors, overtorqueing lug nuts, etc. As I said, mostly good experiences but I think they need to train some of the new guys better. This is coming from someone who works in an auto repair shop.

I went in asking them to check one of my tires that has been losing air. They could have easily told me I needed a new tire and I would have believed them, instead they said there was a small screw in the tire, they fixed it and sent me on my way.... no charge. I went to have my tires rotated I waited an hour and 35 minutes which was fine, but after taking off something told me to check my tire pressure my tire pressure was at 31 on all my tires, the tire pressure should be at 33 I had already waited an hour and 35 minutes. I didnt feel like going back for them to air up my tires! All I ask is that you do the service and complete the services that you offer!!!!

This was my first time at discount tire. My technician was Jesus and he was amazing. He was very personable and engaging. He was very honest and explained everything to me. I felt he took his time and really looked over my car as if it were his own. He gave me great recommendations. I didn’t feel pressured at all. I dont normally leave reviews, but I felt I just had to leave one for this store. Excellent, excellent service! My husband and I have bought tires from Discount Tire before, but not from this location. As soon as we got out of the car Diego greeted us and took some information from our car. We arrived about 15 minutes early before our appointment, so this allowed my husband to sign up for the no interest free credit card for 6 months. Signing up was super easy. My husband was able to answer all of the questions on their card reader machine and he was done in no time at all. By the time my husband was done with everything, it was 9:30 (our appointment time) and they took our car back right away. We were expecting to be there for at least an hour after they took our car back, but we only waited 30 minutes! I was shocked. There was no pressure for us to buy more expensive tires and the customer service was top notch, which is hard to find in the car repair industry. We will definitely bring out other car to this location when its time for tires.
