I really wanted to like this place. The customer service agent that helped me was nothing but courteous and helpful. The waiting area is very clean and you would never think you were at an auto shop. However, that’s about as far as I can say, was good.I already had an idea that a wheel bearing was going bad and after evaluation by their mechanic, it was confirmed. They suggested replacing both and after considering things, I agreed. Even though there was nothing really wrong with my other bearing, I might as well. We opted to wait for the repair at home since I was told it would probably take the rest of the day. The following day, I still had not heard anything. I called three times, before I was told they’d had a “hiccup”. The tech snapped my axle when installing the new parts and they would replace it at their cost. Okay. No problem.Waited and waited. No phone call. Called them an hour prior to closing to be told they just got the parts and it would be done first thing the next morning. Finally picked it up the next day and drove the 2 miles home.The next day, my wife and I leave our garage and immediately have to stop due to a strange noise coming from the front. I look and my brake caliber is almost completely off the rotor. I call and they say they will send a tow truck. An hour goes by; nothing. Hour and 30 minutes, I call back requesting the tow truck contact info to get an update. 3 hours later, we are back at the shop. The truck goes on the lift, and turns out they never attached my brake calipers at all.They ordered and replaced the missing parts and gave a partial refund. Also wheels scratched. However, I will not be coming back(except to fix anything covered by the warranty) and will not be recommending them to anyone.

C and G auto was great!! I came in for my first time today to replace my brake light. They were super fast and quick to fix it! I ran into some unexpected car trouble and was able to have my vehicle towed there right away.The staff was very kind and helpful, and while my vehicle was left at the shop, Jonathan made sure to keep me updated the entire time about the progress and issues they found. What an experience! I went in with my hybrid because the previous mechanic that worked on my car said he wouldnt continue working on my car because it was a hybrid. It was very frustrating especially because the thing that needed to be done had nothing to do with the hybrid system. Phil was my service rep and he was great! He communicated honestly and often. They offered to pick me up and drop me off if I needed transportation and they even offered me a loaner car. The shop is a little far from my house but I will make the trip because of the quality of the work and the customer service!

I was visiting the area and as I pulled off the interstate my wipers stopped working. I called 3 dealerships. None could get me in sooner than 4 days. I googled and found C & G listed. I called and as soon as I mentioned I was from out of town the they asked me how soon I could get there. As soon as I arrived they took the car in to look at it. Found the problem and repaired it. The bill was very reasonable and I was back on the road in 45 minutes.Trust your car with these people. The repair could have easily been inflated. Excellent customer service!! I was on vacation in Orlando from Atlanta. Our AC went out while in line waiting to get into Universal. The next day we dropped it off with them and they got our parts ordered and work done FAST and even provided am Uber back to hotel and back to get vehicle! AWESOME place & people hands down!

I had been chasing a vacuum leak on my Jeep for months. I had thrown several new parts at it but could not solve the problem. I dropped it off And within 30 minutes I received a call saying that they found the problem and fixed it.. I spent hundreds of dollars and many many hours trying to solve the problem myself They spent a few minutes and found that a $2 part whats the problem. Not only did they fix the problem, comma because it was such a simple fix and such a cheap part,They didnt charge me anything. They have earned a lifelong customer a lifelong customer and my gratitude for their professional, competent, And extremely generous service.I highly recommend C&G. 👍

Wow. Great people great service. My roommates car was was stalling out and thought it was going cost a tremendous amount. They gave a reasonable price of $1100 and just $30 each month. However, Carlos spent about two hours looking at the car and said it was a simple fix and repaired it with a new battery at no charge. I will be bring in my own car soon to give them my patronage as I can see that this place values it’s customers and treats them like family.

They are extremely friendly. Customer service is next level. They remember your name, explain things clearly, ask intelligent questions. They noticed I was wearing an Arkansas shirt and sent a very comfortable Razorbacks blanket to the house as a thank you for using them for my car. They got me an Uber home after I dropped my car off so I didn’t have to sit at the shop to wait and they called me with updates on what they found while looking at my brakes. I ended up getting new brake pads and they work great, it was also very affordable. I don’t go anywhere else to get my car looked at.

WE TOOK OUR SPORTS CAR HERE FOR THEM TO FIND OUT WHY OUR CAR WAS OVERHEATING, THEY 1ST CHARGED US $250 JUST FOR THEM TO TELL US SOMETHING BOGUS WE HAD TWO OTHER PLACES TELL US THAT THE RADIATOR NEEDED CHANGING WE DECIDED TO TAKE IT TO C & G AND THEY TOLD US IT WAS SOMETHING TOTALLY DIFFERENT. PAID OVER $1200 FOR THEM TO TEMPORARILY FIX THE ISSUE AND IT STARTED OVERHEATING AGAIN A MONTH LATER WE BOUGHT IT BACK TO THEM TO SEE WHAT WAS THE ISSUE JUST FOR THEM TO TELL US ITS THE RADIATOR AFTER ALL AND NOW THEY WANT $1600 TO FIX IT. THEY BUY THERE PARTS FROM ADVANCE AUTO PARTS WHICH IS UNDER $100 AND THEN CHARGE YOU OVER $1000 TO FIX THE ISSUE. I HAVE A MECHANIC WHO IS CONTRACTED WITH AUTO ZONE WHO LOOKED OVER OUR CAR AND TOLD US ITS THE COOLANT LINE THAT NEEDS TO REPLACE AND THE RADIATOR IS PERFECTLY FINE. PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND DONT GO TO THIS PLACE YOU WILL REGRET IT,TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could give ten stars I would. I was traveling from Florida to Illinois and experienced an engine problem in Orlando. I was very concerned that it was a trip ending problem. I picked this shop based on its online reviews. I can’t tell you how wonderful the experience was. The shop was honest. It could have taken advantage of me badly. It turns out I had a faulty oil filter. I was back on my way in under an hour. They even gave me water for my dogs and allowed them in the waiting area as it was hot. Thanks to Phil at the desk. I appreciate your honesty and professionalism immensely.

It ended up being an electrical issue as the root cause. They went above and beyond to not only get me home safely but to make sure my car was more reliable. If you are considering this place, this is my experience over the last 2 years.Being a female who’s husband doesn’t live here full time, C&G is who I call when I have issues or questions with my car. I have never been disappointed in their service. I’ve more so been shocked as to how great they are at what they do. Compared to how terribly I was treated at Hyundai and other auto places.. Their entire staff is amazing and they don’t hide or sugar coat issues. They are family to me at this point. I’ve got the AAA plus, but yet I call C&G before them or my insurance for anything and everything. This place does things for their customers that most or any place I’ve ever been to just doesn’t do. This by far was the best experience with my car I have ever had. I had my car checked out 6 times concerning a coolant leak (3 of them were from a Firestone). When everyone kept telling me either I was fine or I didn’t have my coolant cap on “tight enough” I knew that was not it considering my coolant levels would drop significantly. Then I found C&G auto and Phil found the problem quicker then I could have imagined and showed me diagrams and where the leak was and what needed to be done. They fixed it quickly and I have not seen a problem since. Honestly, they actually care and they actually know what they are doing.

I was a dealer technician for 20 years and now I run a repair facility in upstate NY. My daughter had car problems when attending college in Orlando. Given my position, I have high standards and expectations. Jonathan and his team met and exceeded my expectations. I asked them to do more than what most shops would do. I honestly don’t know local rates since I’m 1500 miles away but at the end of the day I got results and that’s what matters.

Phil was amazing, professional, and super friendly. He help me through two bad car situations in the same week. My cars engine blew up and my fiances alternator and pulleys went bad too. He worked with my warranty and us, and I give him so much credit. The work was done so fast too only took couple days for alternator and about a week for my new engine installment. The mechanics did a fabulous job on both cars and especially my fiances as it is soooo quiet now! 🙌🏽 I highly recommend this auto shop over anyone else and will be going back in the future for any other auto problems or maintenance. Stay away from big name auto places they charge and arm and leg for everything.

Phil was an absolute pleasure to work with. He represented C&G Auto Center with top notch professionalism! I bought my car used in 2016 and it now has 168K miles on it- it felt like a complete death trap. Phil called me with an assessment of the work that needed to be done. I was clear with him that I was going to trade it in for a new car. With that in mind, he made the car safe and steady - we changed the rotars, breaks, calibers, tires and bearings. The car feels like it’s floating and the breaks are super responsive. I’m now considering keeping it because the work was so fantastic! Being able to work with Phil and his team is fantastic. Reasonable prices, great customer service, and quality repair. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I drive a prius so its challenging to find an affordable mechanic that services hyrbid cars. I actually spoke to 2 other mechanics who said they wouldnt touch my car and suggested bringing it to Toyota- which we all know they would charge me both my arms and probably both of my legs for repair. First visit kept getting mailers from them. Professional appt time was spot on. They had quite a few people come in and they seemed to know everyone.

I had an emergency that my door on the drivers side wouldnt close completely shut so I came here because it was close to my location and it happened to be the most highly rated mechanics within the area and I was surprised by the service I was serviced in less than a few minutes with no cost whatsoever. Outstanding service! I went to C & G Auto to have a prepurchase inspection conducted on a used vehicle I was interested in buying. The staff was friendly and organized. The mechanic who looked at the car was very thorough, honest and knowledgeable. Following the inspection, the mechanic was able to identify some pretty serious issues that needed to be repaired. Thankfully, I did not purchase the vehicle and avoided a lot of problems down the road. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

Tried to tell me my radiator was broken and that I would have to pay like $500 to fix it on top of my speed sensor replacement quote price being $500, I took it too another professional and said that my radiator was working perfectly fine. Also replaced my speed sensor for less than $100 smh!

They also guaranteed their labor for two years, and if you ever need tow truck services; by doing business with them its free. They also have a seat-in lobby with free bottle waters and coffee.

I cannot say enough positive things about this crew. Carlos and Jonathan especially helped me so much. I drove my almost broken down Jeep in their shop and they got me in and gave me my options quickly. Carlos is informative, a straight shooter, and he is very fair. Was referred to C&G by a friend and I’m so glad to finally find a trustworthy honest mechanic. Had to install a new clutch and made the mistake of buying a cheap clutch. When that failed they recommended a better clutch which I declined. They installed a second clutch and didn’t even charge for labor. Well guess what. The second clutch failed as well. Don’t ever buy parts from Autozone! Anyway. I finally took C&G’s advice and got a better clutch. I really appreciate that they didn’t charge labor for having to redo the clutch so 3 times. Now I’m back on the road and not having any more problems. Thanks C&G

Greeted as you come in place was very clean and Covid spacing offered treats and drinks just made you feel like coming back good at comparing prices with the dealer when told about your service need and have a financial plan to assist you if needed especially in a time as such people not having the funds for what they need .

Check engine light came on. At home diagnostic found out it was a spark plug issue. Called Nissan to confirm and they wanted something like $150+ for just the diagnostic before doing any work. No thanks. Searched online and found this place, got an appt within a few hours. They did a free diagnostic, confirmed my problem, and even checked on an airbag light that Nissan said would be in the neighborhood of $700+ to fix.Was in and out within an hour and I paid somewhere in the neighborhood of $166 and change for labor and parts. Plus it came with free roadside assistance if Im not mistaken. Oh and that airbag light? No longer on, so whatever they did fixed that problem too. Thanks!

Used them for a PPI (pre purchase inspection) on a vehicle I was looking at buying since I live out of state. After going to 3 different mechanics and being quoted over 3k in repairs from all three ( and not guaranteeing the repair would work) Carlos and his wonderful team were able to tell me what was wrong with the car. We were in a bind, stranded 1001mi away from home. They got to work on our truck right away. The amount of hospitality was amazing! They were very respectful and welcoming to me having a service dog. They pointed us in the right direction for a hotel to stay at overnight and picked us up in our working truck the next day. We made the trip all the way back home. I would have probably done some of the repairs a bit differently but I will forever be grateful to them for fixing the truck in such a timely manner and not try to take advantage of our situation by overcharging us.

I found C&G Auto while looking for a local dealer of Interstate batteries close to my work. They had the best price so I headed over planning on just buying the battery and installing myself. I have to say everyone there was very friendly and they did not push any extra services. They offered to install the battery, which I accepted, and I was up and running in no time. Beware of this place! They try to rip you off like crazy. My car’s problem was that it was not breaking. They told me they would charge me $1200. They sweet talk you with financing plans but I knew they were scamming me. I went to another mechanic, and they said it was only one problem, not everything that this place was telling me about my car. I got it done for $200. You’re better off finding other mechanics who are honest.

C &G Auto Center is the best! I have been a loyal customer for about 6 years now. The technicians are knowledgeable and take excellent care of my car so that my car takes excellent care of me! Carlos, Margarita, Jonathan, and Gabriel treat you like family from the moment you walk through the door until you drive away. The atmosphere is professional and clean and the prices are affordable. Recently I had to have a major repair and the staff researched to find the most affordable parts for my vehicle so that I could stay within my budget and made sure that I was well informed of my options before work began. Simply - USE THESE GUYS! Id had a bad experience at the Jeep Dealer. They were constantly up-selling me and had bad customer service - they even broke a part on my car and wanted to charge me to fix it. I took my Jeep to C&G and even without an appointment Jonathan got me right in and treated me great. They were very communicative and fixed everything wrong quickly, and for a reasonable price. Ive finally found a long term auto resource.

I was traveling with my family in Orlando. One morning, I woke up and noticed a flood of green fluid under my car and assumed my car had a problem. Based on reviews, I took my car to C&G. I told them what happened and they quickly took my car into the shop to inspect it.After about 30 minutes, they came back and told me there was nothing to do about. Apparently the leak was from a car parked near mine. He told me my car could use an engine flush, but it could wait until I got home. My oil change was affordable with the coupon but they had me wait 4 hours for it. When I called they said it would take an hour, an hour and 30 when I got there, an extra 30 minutes 2 hours after I gave my car to them, and when they called me to come in because it was done after nagging me over the phone about my car, had me wait an extra 25 minutes. I’m fine waiting but they kept giving me the wrong time estimate and even told me it was ready and had me waiting half an hour when I got there.

The staff is very friendly. Their work always fixes the problem at a fair and reasonable price for professional work that is done correctly. This is a mechanic I trust. I bring my sports car here whenever I need work done. Would recommend.

Great shop. They took my unfinished project of converting a auto to manual swap in my corvette and within 1 day had it up and running when no one else would take the project. Thanks again guys! All definitely be back for any other work I need done.

Carlos has been the guy I go to, to fix my car for the last 2 years . The work is done as a team and the job is done so FAST, its honestly such great care they give to your car and its also really affordable compare to the other shops in the area, and honestly with all the extra bills i have, having car problems is the worst “unexpected” bill there can be. Carlos is a very honest man and will tell you exactly what’s wrong with your car. He is not like most mechanics with expensive prices and outrages lies to run up your bill. I’m a girl that will search till I find the right deal. I honestly trust the owner and his amazing team. I recommend this shop 100% not only to my family and friends but to everyone in the area that needs a good mechanic!!!
