I went to Bimmer Tech based on a referral from a previous mechanic of mine. They ended up replacing a bracket for less than $175, which would’ve been over $900 at the dealer. Super quick repair and great value. This shop will be my go-to for any maintenance and repair for my 330i.

Professional and labor is reasonable. Waiting area was comfortable and every customer that came while I waited was happy. They knew everyone on a first name basis. Definitely will be using them for more things. It’s a hour drive for me but it was worth it.

My 06 X5 had been parked for 8 months due to leaking brake lines and having no time to fix them myself. We are heading up to Canada in 2 weeks to visit my wifes family and needed our BMW back in action as we cant take the vehicle we have been borrowing on a several thousand mile 3 week trip.After getting frustrated that none of the other BMW shops in Orlando wanted to give me even a hint at what kind of cost Id be looking at for a brake line repair, I called Leslie at BimmerTech, and she gave me a rough cost over the phone. I understand a mechanic needs to look at a car to commit to an estimate, but theres a certain price point at which its a waste of everybodys time to even tow it to the shop.I towed the car in a few days later. After they looked at the car, the final estimate was right in line with what I was told over the phone - always a pleasant surprise ;-)The car was ready to be picked up a few days later. I drove it home. The car was able to stop without running red lights or rear ending anyone. Mission accomplished :-DLeslie is wonderful to work with and they do a great job, on the agreed upon timeline, at a fair price. Couldnt be happier and would recommend this shop to anyone without hesitation.

I highly recommend this shop! Was visiting from out of town. Power steering on my X5 was making noise..took it to Bimmer Tech for a diagnostic. They fit me in last minute and was so professional and courteous!I was in panic mode because I was going to drive back 500+ miles back home that same day and felt uneasy driving my car back with that noise.They explained in detail what was happening and gave me assurances I could get back home and recommend to get it checked out further. I was able to drive it home with no issues.Thanks so much again..when I visit my family down here will definitely come by to take my BMWs for service!5 star service!!!

This is the place to go when you need reasonable prices, patients, and quality service. If you purchase a part for them to put on that will not put on garbage only good working parts. I hate that I had to relocate or I wouldnt ever go anywhere else

This place is great!!! I have used them twice with issues in my 06 325I when I havent been able to figure it out. They were quick and concise with their diagnosis and Leslie up front knows her stuff. I highly recommend this great establishment over even BMW themselves. They are fair and dont over charge as well!!! Very happy and satisfied customer.

My husband and I were on a quick trip to Orlando to visit family. We lost our clutch. The manager, I think her name was Leslie, was friendly, helpful and knows her stuff. She was impressive!She told us when it would be ready and she was spot on. Also we told her we had just bought our Mini used and she went above and beyond and checked out the whole car.My husband and I highly recommend this place. I’ve been using Bimmertech for about a year. They are reasonably priced, get the job done on time, and, above all, are honest. Leslie knows more than most snout BMW’s, is always helpful and gets the job done without overcharging. The best in town easily.

Owning a BMW can become quite expensive with keeping up with the maintenance. And you cant let just anyone work on it. The mechanics here are amazing. A fellow BMW owner recommended me to Bimmertech. They do a very good job and the wait time was reasonable. The only downside is that I thought that not going to the dealer would save me a nice bit of money but the prices here are pretty much on with the dealer. I got a quote on a couple of things and the price was either right with the dealership or only a few dollars cheaper. But being able to get an appointment within a day or so and not having to get a rental car from them having my car too long is worth it.

If you have a bimmer or any German car you need to bring it to these guys. Simply put, they are amazing. They are true Craftsman and do the best work at the best price. I called around all different dealers that specialized in BMW repair and maintenance and Bimmer Tech was THE ONLY place in 6 places that I called who quoted me the correct amount of labor it took to replace the part on my vehicle. All the other places were ripping me off in the amount of labor they were charging me. Some places tried charging me 5 hours worth of labor when it only took one hour to fix from a professional. That company was Fields BMW (NEVER GO THERE)..I cant thank them enough for the honesty and integrity your company displays. I have sent several of my customers who also have BMWs to this place who previously had nightmares from Fields BMW and they were sooooo happy with the work they did and when they got their car back, they didnt have other issues with it days or even weeks later. Their service is top notch at this establishment and the turn around time is fast. I also like that they give you the option to bring in your own part, however they wont warranty it if you do...which is normal.

Last December (of 2015) I was at Bimmer Tech in Orlando. My car was having problems with the Dynamic Drive control and the service provided by the team at Bimmer Tech was phenomenal. It can look like a small place at the first sight. But the knowledge, professionalism, and attention dispended by these guys are just phenomenal. And, of course, you will pay 1/3 of your official dealers price for a much better service.

I am an attorney in Alabama whose daughter is in the Disney College Program. This fine, reputable company took care of my daughters 328i in a very professional and conscientious way. They came in under budget and had repairs done in less time than they originally estimated. I cannot say enough good things about all the employees that took care of my daughters Bimmer! I was having an issue with my car for nearly a year. I took it to many of Orlandos well known BMW repair shops and even the dealer. No one was able to pin point the problem until I bought it to Bimmer Tech. They not only fixed the issue but found and fixed another issue that I didnt know about. They are professional and extremely knowledgeable. They even gave me a printout of the service bulletin that my car was experiencing. I love details about the issues of my car. Best shop I ever been to, been going here for years as well as sending family and friends here who have all been satisfied with the repairs.Super clean facility, free beverages and a gym while you wait. Super reasonable with pricing, honest people from front reception to the mechanics. They dont just do a repair if not needed, and dont change stuff just because you ask. They even eat labor costs on certain repairs if you are doing multiple repairsLeslie is hands down one of the most knowledgeable people i have ever met to posses such an extensive knowledge of these cars. You tell her symptoms and 99% of the time she is on point in her over the phone diagnostics. Took my X5 Diesel in for an engine light. After reading the codes and test driving, Leslie called me with my options. The sensor was picking up a faulty intake control that regulates airflow. They gave me the option to fix it or just to drive it with the codes. We did choose to have them fix it. Leslie was great giving me a call when it was done; (in just 2 hours!) Great service and they did not try to sell me something I didnt need. Thanks guys.

I was referred to this repair shop by the used car dealership that sold me my BMW and they were absolutely wondeful and left me very satisfied. I recently bought a used BMW and already have had to put more money into it than I expected. Then sure enough the Automatic Transmission Module warning lamp pops up on my dash. Not a good feeling. So, naturally, I take my car to Bimmer Tech and they tell me they are glad to take a look at the transmission, but there is a $75 diagnostic fee (as with most repair shops). Also, they explain to me that if any work needs to be done they cut the diagnosis fee in half and any work over $350 the diagnosis is free (just to give you guys a heads up). So, the mechanic returns (I believe his name was Luis) and he tells me the only problem was a loose plug! I test drive it and the warning lamp is gone and it drives perfect! Then they tell me they didnt need to hook it up to the diagnosis machine and they arent even going to charge me anything! This really made me happy and is the true sign of a fair repair shop. He easily could have told me he hooked it up to the machine just to charge me $75, and I would have never known the difference. Things like this are what differentiate between a good repair shop and a ripoff shop. They really care about their customers and would rather see them happy than stick them with unnecessary charges just to make a buck. Again, I was very happy with my experience and plan to use them in the future!Also, the lady at the reception was very nice too (Sorry I forgot her name, I believe it began with an L!)

I have been meaning to write this a while back. Last year I took my 1997 BMW 318ti to this shop to see if they can diagnose the engine light (code), they told me they didnt have the computer to diagnose those old cars. But they could repair it (?) We ended up buying the device (cost $65) to read the codes. A few months later I thought I would give them another chance, since they are close to my work. My engine overheated on the way to work. I left it with them to diagnose. First, told me how could I have not noticed that the coolant had leaked in the cabin, with the attitude that I was stupid or something. Charged me $75 for diagnostic and quoted $1200 to repair the heater coil. I took it to another mechanic but first asked him how much it would cost for that job with him. The quote for the same job was a lot less. And it turned out the leak was not in the heater coil, a pipe had been tampered with. Cost me $125 to fix, as opposed to $1200 quoted at Bimmer Tech. I am sorry...

I came here last month for my 325i and had both my regulators fixed and a diagnosis on my coolant and windshield wiper spray. They only diagnosed my coolant and forgot the spray so I need to come back. The regulators (3rd party) still give me a warning sign they said cannot take off. I now have starter issues so I need to bring this in tomorrow, I want edit this review and give them a 5 star review. Lets see if they can fix my issue tomorrow.

My car has been maintained at Fields for 100k due to bumper to bumper war. Started using Bimmer Tech 2years ago. Just replaced my valve cover due to a bad pcv valve(which is part of the cover)terrible design, $1100 with bimmertech $1750 with fields. They changed it and it had a faint exhaust smell after. Ran great. Took it back expecting a bs story, but the tech took me in the back and asked me to explain what was going on and showed my there were zero leaks. They kept my car, went over it with a fine tooth comb and determined the new pcv valve was faulty. Replaced the valve cover again (oem bmw part). It is perfect. They apologized for my inconvenience. The car ran so well they could have easily told me it wasn’t on them. I surely will be using them in the future.

THESE people are crooks do not go here! I had an issue with my battery on my BMW, they replaced the battery but when I got the car back the car kept switching on and off and was in even worse shape then when I got it. When I spoke to bimmer tech they told me there was something wrong with my engine and that it would cost about $2,000 to replace! Well I ended up taking my car to DEALER SERVICE ALTERNATIVE which is not far from them and turns out BIMMER TECH put the wrong battery in my BMW which is why it kept cutting on and off, had nothing to do with my engine. Dealer service alternative replace the battery with the RIGHT battery for my car and it is working just fine. When I went to go return the battery to BIMMER TECH (which was about 1 week later) they told me I was not able to get my money back and I can only replace the battery. I explained to them they installed the wrong battery but still refused to give me my money back!! The battery alone cost me $189 plus tax, with labor my total came out to $249. I was not even asking for the cost of labor back, I simply told them to refund me for the WRONG BATTERY THEY INSTALLED and they still said it was not their problem. GO TO SOMEONE ELSE OR GO TO DEALER SERVICE ALTERNATIVE AND ASK FOR LARRY JOE. HE actually knows what he is doing with BMWs unlike these people!!! For a shop called Bimmer tech you would think they know what to do with your BMW!! All these good reviews on here are probably fake or they probably write them themselves. Do not trust them!!

I have a Z 4 E89 for that went in for needing new shocks but they honestly told me that they could not do it without having the special computer so I did not get the shocks done there but they did let me know that my engine seals were leaking and they gave me a very fair price to get it done.

Yes, The product and service was awesome! I was skeptical at first but after I saw the video on the installation I went ahead and purchased the Sirius/XM product. I downloaded the software that Bimmer Tech emailed me and set up a remote session with one of your tech’s and in less than 30 minutes I had Sirius/XM installed in my BMW 320i. I will definitely purchase more products in the future.

His exact text was sorry I can only support customers that purchased our products. I am currently now looking for another business that will happily help me and that care about their customers. I have 09 mini cooper s that has been the biggest struggle of my life for the past months until I found bimmer Tech. There professional services and knowledge of cars is outstanding. The team at Bimmer Tech knew exactly what to do, had the equipment to diagnose, showed me exactly what they were doing and fixed my problem quickly and for a very fair price. Their front office was friendly, and their waiting area is better than the BMW dealership. Free coffee, movies, fast Wi-Fi and comfortable leather couches with plenty space to work. Family run place by a family that cares for their customers. A++ and will be going to them from now on. Give them a try, you will never go back to the dealership and get ripped off again.

Worst Repair shop in Orlando I have ever dealt with, I called earlier to schedule an appointment and ask if they can program a used BCM on to my vehicle, they said yes it can be done so I dropped off the car, then that same lady who told me to bring the car in called me and said that it cant be programmed and that i have to buy it new from dealer because that is how they make them these days where you cant program them, all is good for now until she asked me to pay her $75 diagnosis fee although I specifically asked her if it can be programmed and said yes now she charged me for nothing ( note that I didnt ask her to diagnose the vehicle I only asked her to program the unit because I already diagnosed it and know the problem ) they are a complete scam and dont know what they are doing what a garbage shop, she even said if you dont pay the $75 we wont give you the car, instead of telling me that it is my fault I should have known that it cant be programmed...i dont even know how this place is getting above 4 stars on google, I bet it is a scam probably using friends to give ratings, what a garbage shop and low attitude No knowledge and No morals...

Took my 335i in on a Friday when the water pump failed. I had it back the next day (Saturday). Prices are fair and they did good work. Id recommend them

I had a lot of stuff fixed at the place and it looks like whatever They fix..breaks down or something else major breaks down. The last incident that happened was when they broke my BMW 5 Series Fob $300 value and poured glue inside it which glued the mechanism inside and ruined it...when i went to pick up my car the girl at the front said that it broken instead of admitting to what they did. NO MORE GOING BACK THERE!!!!!! 👎👎

DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE !!! They work very slow as I had my car there for over a month waiting on a simple repair turned disaster .... They charges slowly became thousands of dollars and even when I came to pick up my car after its been in their shop for soo long it broke down on me after leaving ... Then when I brought it back they said no refunds 😂😂😂 this place is a joke
