I am very pleased with this shop, from the gentleman that greeted me as I walked toward the building, to especially one of the guys named Branden. He checked through my truck and helped me out so much, without forcing a sale of unnecessary work or parts.Because this was my first time dealing with this shop, having such a great experience and interaction with some of the team makes it an easy choice for me to return should I need to. Went for an oil change. Job was done quick. Asked about a cabin filter, which they installed before giving me a price. Be very cautious if they refer you to all transmission world. In fact, don’t goEdit: I was a customer and have a receipt to prove it. Along with a card for the transmission place I was referred to by your techs. I can add BOTH to my review if necessary

Oil change was quick and done correctly. They let you bring your own oil and filter here which is a big plus for me. Also, they don’t use impact wrenches fir oil drain plugs so no risk of getting it stripped. Will be back for sure

I had a screw in one of my tires and needed it patched. Its a quick and easy job but my usual shop in the area was too busy and said I would have to drop my car off and leave it. Im so glad I reached out to Express Oil Change. They told me to come right by and it would get done quickly. When I showed up there was no wait. The store manager and another employee quickly helped out and I was done within 5 minutes. On top of that, they were honest, reasonably priced and overall pleasant to deal with. They gained a new long-term customer!

They are always great. We have been going to them for almost 10 years and they are honest and reliable. Service is always fast and the prices are good. If they dont have what you need in stock at the time, they will help you find a place that might have it.

Very disappointed here. Girlfriend brought her car in 6 weeks before, at the direction of her dad who recommended the place, for an a/c leak repair. After picking the car up on that day, the tech said he wasn’t sure what was done with the car but that the leak had been fixed. Fast forward to now and her a/c is blowing hotter again, I was perplexed. We phoned the shop and voiced our concerns as this was an issue we assumed resolved. We bring the car in and they have it for about an hour before we receive a call that the repair will be $497 and change. $120 for the part and the rest for 2 hours labor (which equates to over $175 an hour, a rate not seen at most bmw and Mercedes DEALERSHIPS). I’m taken aback. I explain that this was an issue we brought the car in for and that issue was represented as being fixed. Joe’s (the person we spoke with) retort was that we were only charged for an a/c recharge and not a leak fix, despite the fact we explicitly brought the vehicle in for a “leak repair.” As we had already paid the $100+ from the last time we brought the vehicle in I asked if there was a solution we could reach in the middle. The response was a no, that the only thing that would be done would be a complimentary a/c recharge as we had just had that service performed. I expressed my disappointment and ultimately said that was fine. I intended to do the work anyway, but the shop came recommended from her father so I gave them a chance. Upon picking up the vehicle it’s apparent that not only has no recharge been done. But it seemed that the refrigerant had been vented out to the atmosphere as now the a/c was blowing hot (there was some modicum of cool when we had dropped off the vehicle). Between the poor service, the absurd labor rate proposed, and the flippant attitude of Joe, the person who I spoke with; I cannot recommend to stay away from here enough.

The staff is very professional and courteous. Most of all, very good at their job, and can work on any vehicle. I would highly recommend this shop...hands down!

Went there per rec from a friend of mine for a battery change of my GL on 12/11/2020. Called the store and made sure battery will be brought in from Interstate Battery of specific type recommended for this car with Make, Model, Yr etc to identify the battery so that no confusion. Again I called and spoke to the same Individual (if not mistaken Daniel and Most likely he was the mgr in charge) prior to my arrival to save time and catch my next apt on the other side of the town. When i called, i gave him the Battery specification loud and clear as MTX-49 H8 during both phone call. Unfortunately, upon arrival i was told by the tech, that battery was not available. I had to go and buy the battery spending 45 -60 min. The most frustrating part was his attempt of deception. However i was impressed by the professionalism and sincerity of the tech Steven . He finally took care of me to my utmost satisfaction. That tech is certainly an asset in that store. I dont mind going back there for Steven, for any future needs. Without Stevens awesome service I definitely would have given one star to this business. By the way, rest of the guys were very friendly and welcoming.

Today I went to get my oil changed and I asked the group of mechanics who were not social distancing to put on their masks before I would roll down my window, but they refused so I left. I got my oil changed there before and they wore masks and everything went great, but today they refused. I was very disappointed that they did not seem to care about the safety of their customers or each other as employees.

Overall very good service. Team there was professional and courteous. They have a number of “specials and discounts” posted on their website but unfortunately they have failed to maintain them and most if not all have expired by at least a year. If you don’t want to offer or honor your posted discounts then why have them posted.

They’re a little pricey but honestly where can you get quick service like this? I got my oil change done within 10-15 minutes while still sitting in my car, while other places give me 2-3 hour wait times. Lastly they have great customer service!

The prices are on the higher side, but the very fast and good quality of service makes it a good value.A weakness is complex repairs. For complex repairs go to a dealership. But for day to day maintenance, this is my go-to shop. Recommended!————In response to the owner’s question:Twice now I’ve had a complex issue that wasn’t best resolved by your shop. The first time was a few years ago and the details are growing faint in my memory, so I’ll give details of the second more recent time.I took my car in because of an unusual grinding sound. Your mechanics told me it was a bearing and that it would cost about $560. Seemed like a lot, but whatever. I dropped my car off and the mechanic called for the part. That’s when he told me he couldn’t get just the bearing for my 2014 Civic, he had to order the entire assembly so the cost would be $1300, not $560. I thanked him and took my car to the Honda Dealership where they fixed the bearing for $390.I hope these details help.

These guys are awesome! This place is a Quick Oil Change facility with an Auto Repair Garage in the back. They do a good job with the oil changes, competitively priced, quick and thorough, but the repair garage is great!! The guys are honest, will only fix exactly what is wrong and will tell you what you can wait on fixing and what cant wait on. They have installed performance parts on my car that I have brought into them with very reasonable pricing. They worked on my A/C and after a week it quit working again so I took back and turned out it was another electrical issue unrelated to the A/C itself and they fixed no charge. They are my mechanics from now on...

Amidst all the current craziness the men here have maintained timeliness and professionalism. My small car issues have been fixed in a reasonable time.

I recently came here to have my oil changed. The customer service I received was the best I have experienced anywhere in a very long time. I was greeted and welcomed as soon as I pulled my car up. The pricing was explained clearly, and nobody tried to sell me what I didnt need. The crew was efficient, thorough and very friendly. While the guys were changing the oil, another technician did a thorough safety inspection (brake lights, turn signals, tire pressure, etc.) My car tends to burn through a lot of oil, and they told me I could stop by any time for a free top-off. They really did a great job at making me feel valued as a customer. Nobody does that anymore. These guys were great! This place has earned a customer for life.

I decided to try this place out after my van was no longer under warranty for the free oil changes from the dealership and am so glad I did! I have had my oil changed here several times and have had excellent service every time. This is the only place I go now. The staff is constantly communicating with each other about what they are doing and they run like an oiled machine-- pun totally intended! They are so fast and thorough, super friendly and very fairly priced. Definitely a pressure free experience and highly recommend!

They explain the services I need, being a single Mom and working on a budget, they let me know what needs to be done first and explain everything in full detail. Definitely the cheapest and most honest company out there. I gotta tune up here on my cars years ago and they did it for half of what everyone else wanted to charge. Always willing to give you a ride back to your home, so you dont have to wait on it. I came in some time after that and my radiator hose was splitting and coming apart. They recommended I go and get the part from auto-zone and when I came back they put it on for free. I said I really appreciate this and Gabriel said, we appreciate your business and would appreciate if you bring all of your vehicles here when you need any service. Ive done just that and have been extremely pleased. Overall, they have saved us a lot of money over the years. My favorite things about this place, is how friendly the staff is and how honest they are about the work they do. Absolute professionals!

I absolutely love these guys! They are actually very honest and their prices are very reasonable. I go there all the time for the 10 minute oil change and absolutely love the convenience of not having to even get out of my car. But perhaps the best thing is I even took my car there for a full overhaul: replacing my coolant fluid, transmission fluid, spark plugs, etc. and the price was well under $800. Ive also brought my car there twice just to see if something was wrong because I thought there was and they have turned me away saying nothing was wrong so these are guys that are not going to lie to you just to make a quick buck. Definitely go by if youre in need of just a quick oil change or full auto service.

Very pleased with the customer service & the efficiency of your crew!Took my almost brand new Ford Edge in for its first oil change & your tech found a leak underneath. Filmed the problem with my Iphone so I could show the dealership, and saved my engine from blowing up.My most recent visit was 2/15/19, and I literally was in and out in 7 minutes! There were 2 other cars there as well. I was told I would need a tire rotation soon, but not pressured to do so.I complimented the Asst. Manager on this visit. Extremely pleased and will definitely continue to use your services.

Express oil change, is exactly that. Ive been to multiple shops to have my oil changed and none of them were willing to use the OEM oil filter that I brought with me. They all wanted to use their own generic filter, but Express Oil Change did it no problem.The service is quick and friendly and pricing is okay. There may be shops that charge less for a full synthetic oil change, but honestly the cost is justified. You also get what you pay for. The techs are friendly and thorough. They check your lights, horn, air pressure, windshield fluid, etc. to make sure everything is up to par.Ive been here twice so far and have yet to be disappointed. Hopefully that experience continues!

I just got ripped off by the guys at this location! I drove in and told the guys I was a return customer and I wanted the same service and type of oil that I had the last time. They found me in the system and then said that I had synthetic oil the last time. I have had my vehicle for over 10 years and knew that I hadnt had synthetic oil but when I questioned it, he gave me a that well, your vehicle requires...blah,blah,blah I then told another guy that I am sure I dont need synthetic oil and he said, word for word the exact same thing. Must be what they teach these guys to say to make more money. Anyway, because I was in a hurry and already there, I went ahead with the oil change. And paid way too much! I just got home and found a hard copy of the receipt from my previous oil change and guess what? They didnt use synthetic oil! It was because the guy who did my service was a friend of my sons and he is no longer there! I will NEVER return and will tell anyone who is thinking about it, to stay away from a company that will lie to a customers face!

The man Danny told me he is the owner so john all you have is his side of the story you have never made contact with me. When I called I was just looking for an explanation of what they had done if may be they had the fluid flush to see if that explains why it was so much. But Danny was rude from the start. And if you had made contact with me you would know my side ***** wow why would you put her name on here i you just release your costumes name you dont know who I am talking about this could be any one **** also no one told them the filter was more money. And that it was going to need more oil then the price given. Yes they said to do the full synthetic. That was 69.99 No one told them untill check out that it need 3 more quarts oil and a special filter. *******If I can give them no stars I would. My sister-in-law and brother went in there for the first time today to have the quick oil change in and out . It was there first time go by them self. This store took A vantage of them. No one told them on the website that there was discount and could have been applied. And when I called to see why they were changed $121.41 then own began to yell at me and would not let me talk. Very unprofessional would never go there again or recommend it to anyone.

Came here for an oil change a few weeks ago, but didnt need one. Im a twenty-something female who was by myself and was pleasantly surprised to see that they didnt take advantage and charge me for an expensive oil change that I didnt even need yet. I went to have my car inspected. I was referred to them by Carco. They took me pretty quickly. They went over the items on the inspection list. The explained the process after they sent the report to Carco who in turn would forward it to my insurance company. Very pleasant experience.

I have only taken my car in for service here twice but both times they have been honest and not tried to scam me into unnecessary service. The techs are polite and explain things clearly. Cars are taken first come first served so I recommend getting there right when they open. I will definitely take my car here for all of my service needs from now on.

Took my car for an oil change and 2 miles later my car started having issues that could not speed more than 20 miles per hour, I took my car back and they just turn off the sensor off and it had the same issue 10 minutes later. I had to take my car to another car shop to fix it. Plus the mechanic was harassing me and trying to flirt with me. So disrespectful. I wont ever go back to this place after being 3 years customer. Unprofessional.

Highly recommend for oil changes. I have brought my car in to this place for the past 4 oil changes, and each time they were able to get me in in under 3 minutes, and change my oil in under 10 minutes. I came here during my lunch yesterday for an oil change. I drove all the way from downtown, got my oil changed and was back to work within the hour. They even checked my lights, horn, wiper blades, transmission fluids, checked for leaks, and more while the changed the oil. The employees have always been pleasant, thorough, and swift. This place is the best thing I have ever discovered, it makes my life a thousand times easier. I used to loath having to get my oil changed because it took so much time, but these guys are FAST. Again, highly recommend for oil changes.

I’ve been getting my oil changed here for several years now, come to find out that my oil plug was stripped and I’ve been leaking oil. I had to get the oil pan replaced. I will not be back.

I usually stop here for a quick oil change; when needed, on my way to work. The price is reasonable and the service is great. They have a rewards system which affords you the opportunity to get discounts on future service. I have used that to my advantage.

Went in due to very loud squeaking from driver side front wheel. Turns out I had to get front brakes and rotors replaced. Daniel knew pretty much immediately what was wrong and gave great advice that saved me 100$. Got it in and out quick. Super polite and friendly staff. If I ever need auto work done again I know where Im going.

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Shop said they were phasing out using the type of oil (conventional) I asked for in an attempt to try to sale me an oil change that was twice as much. I’ve taken my car to this shop and multiple other shops and never had this “issue” they created. I guess they thought I was stupid, and tried to tell me my car needed the synthetic or semi-synthetic oil they were trying to offer me. Lol yeah ok!

This place is great for small things like oil changes, serpentine belts, filters, etc. They always do honest, fast work at a reasonable price.I have had problems for major work though. My car has consistent air conditioning problems and this place has been less than helpful. On two occasions they ran diagnostics and couldnt find the leak but still charged me for the diagnostic even though they didnt do anything. I had the compressor replaced and they tried to tell me the compressor was rusted out and needed to be replaced. I took it elsewhere and when I came back here they told me the compressor was fine even though it was the same one from the previous visit.They gave me a lifetime warranty on Freon and then stopped honoring their own warranty when I tried to use it to have the Freon replaced.Great for everyday maintenance, but not so much for air conditioning problems.

Had me and my son drive both my cars to this place for oil change, and neither one of us were greeted when we arrived, as we watched their techs greet two other customers. Paid $65/vehicle for oil changes and they didn’t even check the tire pressure, which is part of their service checks.Called the place to tell them about forgetting to check tire pressure, and no apology, just the words “Well bring it back in.”. Lack of customer service is my primary concern. Needless to say I will never visit this place again, nor ever recommend this, or any of their other locations.

Been going here since they opened. They are great for every problem Ive had so far (with 4 cars). I had an AC problem, they actually told me that AC work was not their best area of expertise. I took it to an auto AC place with no problem. They are closed on Sunday so you theyre not overworking anybody. Great place!
