While I do like the service they do on cars, and the guys in the back are fantastic and helpful, the front desk guy on Sunday Im sure costs this place business (and probably generated some of the negative reviews). Nobody expects everybody to exude enthusiasm, but at least try to make the customer feel as if their business is appreciated on some level. This place does good work for a reasonable price. Just be ready to feel less than welcomed as a customer.....let alone a repeat customer ... depending on who is working the desk.
Great customer service and price was right! The gentleman at the front office very nice, professional and very helpful as well as the rest of the team. They showed me they care and I didnt wait to long. They scheduled an appointment 9/26/21 at 9am and the job was done in 20 minutes or less. Keep up the good job Good Year!! 👍 Thank you!
Be careful when dealing with Goodyear!! They quoted me $772.00 to replace the brake pads and new rotors for both front and back brakes. Pep Boys did it for $388.62 - rotors not needed.
JUST got done coming from here & let me tell you. The best service !!! I had called to see if a service can be done and without hesitation Andy was able to gather pricing and an appointment the very next day !! Andy was extremely kind and patient with me. Someone like myself who doesn’t know much about cars and he never took advantage of that. I am grateful for his friendly service. I cannot say enough good things about this location! Everyone knows what they are doing & treats everyone very professionally. They do not talk down to anyone, they answer that phone that rings off the hook, and they do it with a smile and no sign of frustration or impatience. I have been here several times after realizing that my tire(s) was/were leaking air and they got me in even though they were obviously super busy. My mom was in town recently and I immediately reminded her that she needed an oil change. I brought her here and she was very happy with the service and attentiveness of the staff. Literally cannot praise them enough. I appreciate that they do not try to push sales on you for no reason. They respect their guests/customers and, let’s be honest, we do not see that as often as we would like. Be patient; they take care of your car and that takes TIME. Trust them with your car and your safety, but give them the patience that they deserve while operating safely. Love this place SO MUCH.
Would recommend going to Goodyear on Bumby for Andy alone. I serviced my car there a few years ago and was so grateful for his patience in staying late and helping me with my car. When my husband needed to get the tires on his Tesla replaced, I recommended that he go see Andy at Goodyear. He provided such great care and service that I still remembered him years later.My husband had a great experience as well, service was very efficient.Would recommend this Goodyear location to anyone looking for great, efficient service.
Goodyear team has been outstanding and particularly Tony. I realize its hard to find a reliable auto mechanic you can trust but Goodyear stood behind their work. I recently started having problems with my car vibrating after changing the axles. Since Goodyear did the original work, they reviewed the car twice at no charge and still working with me to find a solution to my problem. I could not have have hoped for a better service and I would absolutely recommend Goodyear auto service on Bumpy Avenue to friends and Family.As I noted above, I specifically appreciate Tony from GoodYear. I’ve been to this Goodyear location about 3 times since I moved here to Orlando, every single time I’ve been helped by Andy over at the front desk. He’s always been super cordial and always explains everything being done to my car. Furthermore he’s always honest about what needs to be done sooner rather than later on the car, which isn’t common at car repair places. Definitely ask for Andy if you’re stopping at this Goodyear location!
I had a nail in my tire and came to the Goodyear on Bumby solely because my friend had told me what a great experience she had with Andy when she needed help. I was so happy that Andy helped me out as well! He has such a friendly personality and brightened my day just in the short time I was there. I will definitely be going back to this location in the future because of him.

The service was good but not quick. I dropped off my @ 9:30 am on a Tuesday for a tire plug that turned into a replacement. I arrived at 3:30 the car was not ready I was told about 30 minutes. It is now 4:30 pm and I am still waiting.
I took my car in on a Sunday to get my oil changed. They told me if they couldnt get to my car by the end of the day they would get it done first thing in the morning. The guy even wrote down 8am on my paperwork. They didnt get to my car until about 10:30 the next day. I informed him that I had a headlight bulb out and asked if they would replace it. They charged me 43$ in labor to replace a headlight bulb, something Ive done myself before and took me five minutes in the parking lot of an AutoZone. When I dropped it off they said they would call me to give me the details on the cost of the bulb, when they called they didnt mention the cost but brought up a few other things and gave me a total, probably to hide the inflated labor cost of something so simple. Theres even a line item on the invoice for advise on cost of lights out yeah right. Ive never been so unsatisfied as to leave a negative review before, but this takes the cake. Dont take your car here unless you want to be ripped off.

I want to thank the men who worked on my 2007 Nissan Exterra this past week.My truck never starts during the winter and we have spent thousands and thousands of dollars on trying to fix it and figure out why only during the winter months it doesn’t start.I thought my battery was completely dead, so I took it to Goodyear to be replaced hoping that’s all it was “this” winter !Sure enough they put a cold cranking battery (didn’t even know those existed) and this is the first winter my truck is up and running! I seriously cried. I can’t believe they fixed it!!!!!!!!!!Goodyear has always ALWAYS been extremely good to us, my grandpa always said take your car to Goodyear!Thank you guys soooooo much for helping me.I was literally listing it for sale until you guys fixed it !!! I could never ever ever thank you guys enough!

So...this is my experience.. I bring my truck in on 11-9-20 @ 12pm. I needed 4 new tires and an alignment.($965) The tires had to be ordered. So I had to leave my truck there..cool thats fine... I already told them I knew my tierods needed replaced but I didnt have the money until Friday. So do not replace those. So fast forward to this morning at 10am. I get a phone call telling me about my tierods and they have to replace them before me getting my truck back...Yea I never heard of that before, but I need my truck for work and he said it would be complete in 2 hours which would be 12pm So now my total is $1326. I sat in that parking lot from 12-345 waiting on my truck. And now my bank account is negative $356.69 and my truck is knocking when I turn the wheel and every cap under my hood was completely loose. Like someone did that on purpose so I would have to go back there and spend even more money. My concern is that the tierods they put on were no good. I am not happy with the service I received. They screwed me over with a smile on their faces just to get extra money in their pocket. Im furious with this company. Absolutely FURIOUS!! All of my equipment for my work is in that truck. Dont promise me my car will be done at a certain time and I make plans for work then I have to turn around and cancel. That makes me look bad.
UPDATEI received a call from the General Manager of this location and he did everything he could to make things right.While he could not explain why my car was left outside, I was given proper explanation why certain repairs needed to be done and the service was done for me at cost due to my experience.I felt the General Manager really took his time to make this right and took responsibility for the wrong doing. I asked if I could walk back and pick up my car at around 1:00PM which is my lunch time for work. I confirmed and asked them again to call me when my car was ready so I could walk over and pick up my vehicle before they closed.An hour later I get a phone call from a male soliciting me for a $750 break job that included new break pads, rotors, and complete break fluid flush after him telling me I still have a little wear on my break pads which means all I really needed was just new break pads which I would have agreed to, but he wanted to do all that other work so I told them no I just want the oil change done and I will take care of the break pads myself.I NEVER got another phone call again telling me my car was ready and when I made my way to pick up my car. THEY WERE CLOSED! Furthermore, my car was left OUTSIDE and not inside a secure garage. I had to UBER home and now I will have to UBER back next morning costing me $60 and I am hoping they will do the right thing and not charge me for the oil change as a result of their lack of communication.THE ONLY COMMUNICATION I RECEIVED FROM THEM WAS AN ATTEMPT TO GET MORE MONEY!!!This place does not care about their customers as they have inconvenienced me and they dont care about their customers cars by leaving my car out in the open vulnerable to theft and vandalism. Highly RECOMMEND!! Excellent, fast service. Perfect professionals with wonderful manners. Very busy but reliable and understanding! I had a bad flat tire on my car and barely made it there driving at like 6:30 PM. The techs were mostly gone but 2 finishing up customers cars and they didnt have anyone available to fix my flat. They were still busy and couldnt really stop to change the flat either, so while I was trying to find a friend to help they stopped their work and offered to change the tire for me, no charge. It was all done in less than 10 minutes!
Yesterday I came out from work at 5 p.m. and couldnt start my truck.I called road service, got started and made it to my Goodyear Store about 6 p.m. They close at 7 but they somehow got me a battery, installed it and sent me on my way home before they closed. That was the best customer service ever!! Very relieved not to have to try to get back down the following morning. I wouldnt go anywhere else to have my car/trucks repaired. Came in with good attitude because salesperson gave us a discount and I was happy with the warranty. 7 hours later of being stuck in the city (I live out of town).. I am disappointed. Was quoted 3 hours. If you go here expect to multiply actual wait time by at least two.
I had a tire mounted and everything went flawlessly. They quoted a price of around $50 on the phone and when I came in for my appt it ended up only being $37.82 out the door which was nice (under-promise and over-deliver ftw). It was done in 40 mins and the guys there were easy to work with.
I went here this weekend to have my oil changed. They were wonderful. The staff was so nice. I particularly remember a gentleman named Andy who was so friendly and kind but everyone that I came in contact with was awesome. It did take a little longer than they had estimated but I went without an appointment so I can complain. They were honest with me about what my car needed and I didn’t feel like I was being swindled as some mechanics try to do that to women. I highly recommend using Good Year. Fair prices and awesome service.

Came in to get a tire plugged, which I know takes less than 20 minutes even without an appointment. After about an hour and a half I haven’t even been told if they’re able to plug the tire so I asked for my keys back at which point they told me the car wasn’t going to be ready until the end of the day - Andy failed to let me know this upon dropping off the car. Taking my business elsewhere and do not recommend. Wasted an hour and a half of my day.

My family has been going here for years. Always polite and sincere. Theyre always busy, which to me is a good sign. Lots of people who rely on these guys have been local regulars for years. Some of the comments on her dont aknowledge that they are limited by corporate governance for certain policies. If they are allowed to do it, theyll be glad to help you. Ive had private mechanics tell me they can take a job and have no idea what theyre doing. Ive gone to this goodyear for advice on my rusted old 2004 Wrangler more times than I can count. Theyll diagnose the issue, and fix if they can. If theyre not allowed to (transmission fixes for example), theyll point me to someone who can. I had a gentleman the other day pull out the entire tire manual and objectively go through my options with me. Many comments on here also dont mention this is a general service. They dont just do oil changes all day. They dont slack on service just to go faster. If theres a bigger problem that needs to be addressed, they call and leave a message if need be. Ive always found that they have good communication with me about maintenance. Keep it up guys!
Service was great, people were nice. I have no idea why but my child’s car seat was unbuckled in the back seat when I got the car back, had I not noticed this it would have been very dangerous for her. Also, why would anyone need to unbuckle the car seat if I was getting an alignment, oil change and tire rotation?
Very impressed with this place! Had my insurance company tow my car to this shop because I had a flat tire. Had never been there before, but chose them because they were close. They were very helpful helping me find the specific tire that I needed but I told them to please check out the car when it arrives and call me first so I could decide what to do. Turns out, I didnt need a new tire and only needed a patch. I go to pick up my car, and they didnt charge me anything for the patch! They said they just wanted to give me excellent service in hopes I would bring my car back there again in the future. Absolutely will! James is who I worked with. Excellent customer service. Not saying everyone will get free service, but this definitely showed me that I can trust them to do whats right which is sometimes hard to find in an auto shop.
Really fast service from this place. There really wasnt a long wait which was good and they gave me a pretty accurate time of when my car would be done. There are some good places go eat at if you want to stay near by or even shop in the neighboring mall.

Best car care anywhere. I called Jay because my car wouldnt start. I explained the symptoms and he mailed the diagnosis as a simple case of totally dead battery. My progressive roadsde assistance got me started and I drove it to Goodyear where Jay had Mario install the new one Jay had ordered in. Jay insisted we do a diagnostic of the charging system which proved all was well. In and out in 20 minutes. WOW. Love this place.
My AC has always been a bit dodgy and I get it recharged once a summer. Since living in Orlando the recharge has started to last less and less each time. After one of my recent visits with a recharge, Robby notified me that the team couldnt find what was causing the issue but recharged my system for FREE so I could run it for a bit and see if the solutions they had tried stuck. After about a week I heard the evaporator core give way and the freon poured out. I returned to the team and they said they could replace the core but that it was a pretty expensive job and that while it would give me AC, my car was pretty topped out on money invested into it. They explained this would likely put me at the ceiling for repairs that didnt out weight the cost of the car. I weight my options and decided it was worth it to me.They completed the repair in no time. I came back to frosty AC and left happy. The next morning when I got in I noticed that something had gotten on the passenger seat and a bit on the dash. Thinking not much of it I cleaned it off and drove to work. That night when I drove home I noticed the lights behind the AC didnt come on. I called the team and Robby said to bring it right back for them to take a look. After they found the issue they fixed the entire product FOR FREE! They also made special note to keep the seats clean and not leave anything behind after the repair. I have never been treated so great by a mechanic. John who works the counter is always pleasant when i come in and was very apologetic about the experience. They got my car in and out in no time. Not to mention the new AC cluster they installed is nicer than the one I had before! It has the silver limited edition accents on the knobs that match perfectly with my cars radio and steering wheel. I couldnt be happier and will continue to recommend Robby, John and the whole team to anyone who asks. Keep it up team, you rock!

WHAT?! Why had I not known about this place. Great service, great folks, and quality work - not to mention theyre in bow ties. Who would think Id be all giddy about an oil change, but this place is amazeballs!
2hrs after my appointment.....havent even began work on the simple task of a rotation and balance. If I were paying out of pocket for the service and hadnt purchased the lifetime service of the tires I would have left much earlier. Also scheduled a transmission service when,the appointment was made. When I got there I was given a price double what I was quoted and told they didnt have the correct tool to do the service and I would need to come back. Wasted half my day without being provided the services I needed. Would have went somewhere else had I known. This is the 4th time I have been to good year service centers to perform tire services with similar results. This has been my first and last tire purchase from good year. Staff at this location were helpful, polite, and friendly. Doesnt change the service received.
If you are trying to get anything repaired, other than just getting an oil change, be prepared to have these people misdiagnose your car so that they can charge you more when the find something wrong with it again. I had a bad compressor and cracked belt; thank god I went to Ice Cold down the street for a second opinion, because they explained all of the problems with the car, whereas Good Year just gave me the run around. I paid them $200 to fix a crack in my AC, only for them to tell me that more things were wrong after that. They do this so that they can find other problems as they fix it and charge you more, instead of just telling you all of the problems up front. They will push the credit card on you, and my mistake was saying Id apply for it, just so they can milk more money out of me. What they initially quoted $745 for, at the end of the day they wanted $1,100. They will screw you if you know nothing about cars. Terrible customer service. I know that mechanics arent always honest, but this is unacceptable. Ice Cold, for the same work, quoted $800, so needless to say, they will get my service. Theyre a mom and pop mechanics with great reviews, and theyve fixed things for me before and actually explained things to me by showing me. Good Year just wants your money. So be prepared to pay. I used to always just get my oil changes there, but they will never have my service again.

I blame my daughter 25% and the service manager 75% for not explaining things correctly. She went in to get a flat fixed and somehow walked out with a tire not on the rim. Told they could not do it that day. (your whole job?) Thankfully they took the tire back and we will never visit any goodyear ever, anywhere.
Vans running rough... Goodyear does diagnostic test shows nothing. A full day of wasted time.... Goodyear takes off the cap and sees two wires are fried on top of manifold. Goodyear charges me for unnessary diagnostic test. A visual inspection done first could have saved me a hundred dollars. Goodyear charged me double for a full set of wires and $98.00 labor for a half hour job. Goodyear had my van for 36 hours... $276.96 for a hundred dollar job. This experience is the latest in a number of ripped off repairs due to negligence by Goodyear. Im sad to say this is the norm and not the exception in dealing with Goodyear.

Came in for tire going flat but they were swamped. Andy was very kind and filled my tires so I could get home and I made an appointment for tomorrow morning. Who knew they had free tire repair!?! Hoping I can get tire patched tomorrow but Ill definitely use them in future now for other services!

3 hours for an oil change!!! Are you kidding me?!? And we had an appointment. This isnt the first time this has happened here. I could see if this was a one-off type of situation. This is the third time weve had exceptionally long waits for simple procedures at this location. Never again. I will not be back.
I had a bait and switch on the price. I confirmed what the total cost would be before having the new tire installed. After they were done changing the tire and I went to pay and the total cost was 60% ($50) higher than was we had discussed before. I was able to get some of the costs removed but had to settle with paying 38% ($32) higher than we had originally agreed to because they had already performed the work. Keep in mind this was just for one tire.

I am not from this people who like to complain, but my last visit was awful. When I called in and asked how long it will take to do alignment for my car, they told me it will take 1-1:15min. Instead it was 2 hours of wait. My Toyota Prius gas tank was almost full 9 strips of 10. When I got my car back, I was surprise to see my gas tank was half full!!!! Only 5 strips. Its was super cold inside of my car. When I asked explanations, the guy who did service for my car told me he forgot to turn it off, and he was working on other cars in the same time. All this time, 2hours, my car was on +ac was on maximum 65!!!! I v never put it so low. The good thing, I had my tank full otherwise the car would run off the gas!!!!! What irresponsible people!!!! Just waisted my money for nothing!!!This is not first time that they do dump staff like that. In other location also on colonial drive, they broke exhaust pipe in my Ford Mustang ! In the end, they fixed, but it was very stressful time for me and sleepless night since at begging they didnt want to tell me what happened with my car. They just wanted to get rid of me with roaring car....
There was a little bit of a wait to be helped after walking in for an oil change, but the staff (though short-handed) was friendly and accommodating. Once i was being helped, Chris provided me with some useful info about car maintainence along with excellent service, and he never tried to sell me anything i didnt need or sneak any weird fees on me. Not a place to go if youre in a rush, but affordable and friendly.
Today I had a 11am appointment, & I got there about 10:45am. Long story short I left the business around 1:30pm. They give great service & the assistant manager was more than professional & friendly...things happen & I truly understand that. It was just a bit longer wait than I expected.
I had called before heading to the store about a flat tire I had. They said I could drop the tire off since I already had my spare tire on my car. They said my tire would be ready the next day. I went to the store and the guy at the front desk examined my tire and said there was no way a patch would fix my tire and my tire was damaged so how about I look at some new tires. My tire had no damage and was practically new. I told him no thank you and took my business else where. I got my tire patched up somewhere else and my tires rotated within 15 mins. Will never go back.
I don’t write a negative review lightly. In college I was a manager at a pricey quick service restaurant and constantly had to deal with guests expecting the world for their missing piece of bread. Because of this, I rarely ask for anything extra than an apology and my issue resolved. On Sunday afternoon I brought my 2017 vehicle in to get a minor leak fixed in the back tire. I usually go to Tire Kingdom but this Goodyear is closer to my new house. I was surprised to hear they offer free tire patching and happily left my keys with the nice gentleman behind the counter (Bill?). He called me an hour later to say my tire was shredded as it was being removed from the rim. Unfortunate, but accidents happen. The closest tire was in Miami and they wouldn’t be able to put it on until Tuesday afternoon. I took my wife’s car up there to grab work items and jokingly said wow, you guys really did a number on that tire. Condescendingly, I was then told by a couple guys that it’s crazy I don’t have a spare tire and all new cars come with a spare. As if they were telling me it was my fault they ruined my new tire. Nobody apologized or offered to put on a loaner tire or get me a rental car as I have to go to work and back for the next 2 days. Geez, you could drive to Miami and back in less time. Flash forward to Tuesday I call at noon to get the status and am rudely told they will call me when my tire gets there. The older gentleman who ended up giving me my keys and paperwork was very friendly but still as far as I remember never offered an apology or any way to make up putting me and my wife out for 3 days. Ill admit my white vehicle needed a wash before I dropped it off, but still there were a few greasy hand prints on the body and the wax they used to slide the tire on was caked on my black rims. The tire still has paint marks from being shipped. I plan to detail it this weekend but every time I see my car it makes me mad. I came out far worse than when I came to this Goodyear Tire. If you come here for their free tire patching just remember: nothing in life is free.Fair is fair, I gave 2 stars because technically they did fix the leak..
I was very disappointed in the service I received. I had spoken on the phone to Bill regarding new tires I wanted, he was very kinda and helpful providing advice and a quote over the phone. Upon arrival Jay handed me an estimated cost stating $100 higher than my quote. Felt like he was trying to sneak in the tire warranty that I did not ask for. Then he mentioned an alignment would be extra if needed, I asked how much and he stated $182 which seemed very high. I was given a 2-3 estimate time to complete, I dropped off early and had not heard for almost 4 hours so I called to check on the status and sounds like they started working on it then. Then turns out I needed one and luckily Jeremy was very professional and called to let me know that it was $90 for one time and $182 for 3 years. I did not want the 3 years after that as I felt like Jay kept trying to sneak in money and was not very professional. Jeremy and Bill were great though, but unfortunately due to Jay and the service he offered I will not be returning. In addition to their delaying my plans for the day, had I not called who knows when they would have completed my tires.
Will never go back to Goodyear, long waiting time, rude staff and overpriced. I got 4 tires at Sams Club with better warranty for a couple of dollars more. It sure was a difference when it comes to customer service. I do not recommend this store.

I would first like thank Andy for his knowledge and helpfulness.I took my vehicle in to take care of a hard knock I hear when going over bumps. My vehicle was assessed and a man named Rich told me that I needed to change my stabilizer links, and it would cost around $250. Ok. I thought that wasnt too bad. After they fixed my vehicle, Rich tells me that I owe him 250, but that didnt fix the problem. He then tells me Ill need new struts, which will be $457.Okayyyy. So, he incorrectly assessed what was wrong, and I was still charged. Basically, I went in, and he didnt fix my problem. I spend $250 for nothing. I didnt get my struts fixed there. Why would I spend an extra $450 when he was wrong the first time? Im sure its not easy being a mechanic, and I cant be too hard on the guy, but I dont think I should have been charged $250 because of his incorrect assessment.I wont go back because of this, and I would recommend others not to do so.
Claimed we did not have an appointment. Had to go all the way home to print the appointment confirmation to prove our appointment. Only to be out of time and they dont have the tires for our vehicle. A Chevrolet Silverado they did not have tires for. Seriously?
I wish I could give them no stars. The staff needs to all be fired. They don’t care about anything,they’re rude and incompetent. I could see if this was a mom and pop shop ran by a family but this is corporate heathens charging you way too much to give such poor customer service. It’s great to see how many other people think this store is trash.👎🏻
It’s disappointing when I’ve gone to this shop many times in the past 4 years for oil changes, tires, minor fixes etc. and then I go in there yesterday and have a different guy handle my business than before and he tries to sell me on multiple things, told me my battery was leaking (I had AAA check it out and the battery was not leaking and nothing was wrong with it) then tell me it is 100% my starter that’s not working so I get it replaced and then they call me and say they finally find out what’s ACTUALLY wrong with it (after already replacing the starter) and tell me it will be $100 more to check what they (think) is now wrong with my car.Proceeded to treat me these past 2 days with no respect and acting like I know nothing about vehicles and ask me if I need to “talk to my parents.” I thought this place was different than most shops do when a young woman walks in and needs work on her car.He then decides to say I was involved in an accident since I brought it in last just to get my ac checked (2 weeks ago) when I have not been in an accident I only hit a bird...You’ve lost a loyal customer out of this and I hope you figure out who this employee is that is just trying to make money vs. helping out their customers. I won’t name names because I am not accusatory unlike the gentleman that I dealt with.Treat your customers with respect and do not proceed to argue when someone needs a second opinion. I don’t care if I am a woman, young, a man, old or a certain ethnicity it is extremely rude to treat anyone the way you treated me and the people who helped me get this straightened out.
Take tire issues to tropical tire on 441 and pine Street. Talk to Matt. He will take care of you. This place is a corporate joke. Local shop run by Florida natives for 2 generations. Tropical tire.
I’ve taken my car here a few times for new tires which was obviously on the pricey side but I called them a couple of days ago asking for a quote on a basic oil change and they told me $55! I didn’t ask for synthetic oil just for basic oil! I thought it was ridiculous so I called another Auto Service shop and they quoted me $45 for synthetic oil and they were done in 25 minutes. I would never recommend this place. Too pricey for my taste.

They have a large banner in their window that says Free Tire Repair. I had several screws lodged in my tire. They made up all sorts of excuses why they could not do one of them and so i asked them to atleast fix the others. They took the tire and said I can pick it up the next day at noon. I showed up to get my tire and the guy at counter told me the tire was ready. I was shocked. How could they have fixed it with patches when it was obvious they never even removed the tire from the rim!. This company is running a hook scam to get you lured into their place with free tire repair then make up phony excuses why it cant be repaired the lie that they made the fixes when intruth never even touched at just wasted 24 hours of my time. I took the tire down the street to their competition who told me that yes indeed it can be fixed. And was. Goodyear is a good name but the people working at this place are disjonest scam artists. I will never again go back to this place.
I can always trust my car with good year. They are always so helpful, efficient and kind.
I was with my family on vacations, and arrive this place because a tire is flat, a man PEDRO, is her name, asome, he put all attention, he really helped some much, TKS!! Pedro!!!
7 guys working on Friday evening an hour before closing....allegedly. One at the counter, didnt even say hello or Ill be with you in a minute. Four Guys blasting another customers stereo with I hear them saying it has 3 f....ing amps in a pickup truck using all kinds of foul language. One guy on his phone vaping. One guy actually driving a car to pull it in for service. One guy working on his own red Honda. It looks like one guy is working at the counter he was not even concerned about being courteous to customers. Do you think Ill come back here? Not a chance!

Absolutely worst customer service I have ever received ! I came in for an oil change and they called me an hour later to let me know that they were too afraid to service my car because it wasnt a nice enough car for them to work on. Mind you I am pregnant and would love service on a car that my future child will be in so if you are going to have a kid obviously dont come here because they dont care about you your family or anyone else besides themselves!
Worst customer service ever. Arrived at 11:46 am 5 hours later to replace tire in stock. Had to instruct mechanic how to lift car. Sad warrenty people havent paid. Person who waited on me left my paperwork. Had to show other associates what needed to be done.

Tried to get my wife for $400+ in unnecessary work. Wife had puncture fixed, tire kept leaking so they tried to sell her two new tires.Took it to another place that properly noted the tire was seated poorly from this places previous patch job and leaking air because of that. AVOID
Avoid Avoid Avoid!!! 2 hours after my appt time, they finally got around to my 10 min flat repair. last time I was there they swore up and down I needed a new battery and Id be a fool not to replace it right then. Battery was still under warranty, and tested just fine when I took it to advanced auto parts. Didnt even need a charge. Shady, slow and over priced.

The guy behind us got the same as us an oil change and tire rotation. He left half an hour ago. He didnt have an appointment. He entered his info just like us and this place is disgusting. I took pics of the bathroom and giant cockroaches everywhere. Now the kid and his mom who came after the guy after us is leaving. Weve been here since before 8am . Its now 1130 for an oil change :(
