I dont usually post reviews but I felt people needed to be made aware. We purchased a 2019 BMW from Nexgen at the end of May. Yes, it has a branded title. We purchased a warranty plan from them to the tune of $5000 because they assured us the company was a good one to work with and it would cover many repairs without issue. THIS WAS NOT TRUE. We took our BMW to our local dealer and discovered we had two parts that needed to be replaced (and of course they would be costly) that should have been covered by our warranty. However, and this is important, since the parts used to fix our BMW were NOT SPECIFIC TO THE VEHICLE they would NOT cover them. This includes not putting in the correct windshield. Imagine our frustration. We really like the car but this was such a slam to us. On top of that, we discovered that the title for this vehicle has some issues as well and that is something we tried to ask Alex and Tyler about. Neither of them have returned our phone call. Instead we are going to contact the State of Utah to see if they can help us get answers. Most experiences seem to be good ones with Nexgen but its only fair that the public knows not every one is satisfied with their purchase. When you spend close to $50,000 on a vehicle, you cant expect perfection but you should be able to expect some honesty and communication from the dealer. Needless to say, we wont be purchasing another vehicle from Nexgen and if asked by someone, we wont recommend them.

Terrible experience I bought a truck from these guys and have had nothing but problems with the damaged part of the truck they rebuilt. So many clips are missing on the truck it’s a joke. The skid plate is missing on the bottom the front struts were installed backwards, the air bag light comes on and off constantly. The drivers side seatbelt doesn’t work. The warranty they sold me will not cover any issues so I’m stuck out of pocket replacing tie rods and reinstalling struts the right way. I’m also stuck with a brand new truck that has a long list of issues because shortcuts where made on the rebuild of the truck. Be careful buying from this dealer.

My contacts were Gabby, who initially responded to my request for info and Scott, who worked with me in person and finalized the sale. Both were very kind and helpful. Gabby answered my questions promptly and sent me a video walk-through which was super helpful, and Scott went over the car with me, answered all of my questions and patiently walked me through the paperwork. Wish all my contacts with business professionals were as easy and pleasant as this!

Not a secret - they sell branded titles. That means there are some great deals. Not only a good deal, but full documentation of what caused the damage, the fix, and a full inspection. We got our own inspection which confirmed they did good work. Separate observation, half of the sales staff had slicked hair... not sure why they work so hard to fit a stereotype.

I honestly had a pretty good experience. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. And the price was by far the best in the area especially with the car shortage. Tyler was very helpful and let me take my time. Also the financing process was very straight forward and they worked with us to try to get the right vehicle to fit our budget and not make our budget fit the right vehicle. I also appreciated that I could clearly understand where they were getting their numbers and not guessing how that all added up like other dealerships.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Nexgen did such an amazing job finding us our new car. The customer service was pristine and professional and they made the process worry free unlike other dealerships we had been looking at. The husband and I could not be more excited. I told Cole exactly what we were looking for and he took us around the lot and gave us very detailed breakdowns of each car and what we would be getting. I can’t give them enough praise for how wonderful and valued they made us feel. We will definitely be going to nexgen for any vehicle purchases in the future.

My daughter bought a car from these guys. BEWARE. They totally took her. She bought it for $18,000, the car broke down after 10,000 highway miles and was looked at by an outside mechanic. He found so many things wrong with the car that it wasn’t even road worthy. They would only refund $13,000. Total crooks. Again Beware dealing with them. I wish I could rate no stars.

Had a great experience purchasing our car here. The whole staff was very accommodating to our 2 kids while we were doing paperwork which made it much less stressful. Tyler was eager to help and do anything he could to get us taken care of that night.

We bought a used, clean title car from Nexgen. The car is great, but their service wasnt.- The head salesman was condescending.- Maybe Im just new to car sales but they seemed to intentionally waste your time once you expressed intent to purchase the car (to make walking out more costly I assume)- Some (not all) of the general sales people did not seem to know what they were doing, and 1 in particular very clearly just didnt listen to us.- They failed to carry through on a promised (in writing) post-purchase checkup on 2 parts until I  ​contacted them repeatedly over several days (and they said originally that they would reach out to me).- Like what I hear about most car places, they had bogus fees to skim off extra money. One in particular is their theft insurance - I forget forget they called it though. It was originally $x00 but we negotiated it down a bit. I asked if he could go lower and he said no, this is how much it cost (less than half of the original charge). So yeah, bogus padding spread throughout everything probably.- The head salesman trash-talked mechanics in general (after we said we took it to a mechanic - basically trying to discredit the mechanic)- They send the car to a company to check the status before they sell it, then try to tell you that you dont need to take it to a mechanic to get checked it out because of that. Comparing the report they gave us from their inspection company to the car after purchasing I think there are some things they missed.

Went into Nexgen Motors not sure which vehicle I wanted to buy. Patrick came out and told me the different options in the two vehicles I was looking at. He was so knowledgeable, honest and friendly. I never felt pressured the entire time I was there. We now own a new vehicle and Im so thankful for our car buying experience.

Cole has been great and patient to answer all my questions.It was my first time buying a car though so had a lot of questions to understand certain things. Once I got back to the finance room, they weren’t great in helping me not feel dumb for asking certain things. Need improvement there on understanding where their customers are at and helping them feel comfortable. Also, don’t be texting on your cellphone while a customer is sitting at your table trying to understand what they’re signing (This wasn’t Cole). Cole was great though, him alone was a 4-5 star rating. Throwing in the others on the financial side, definitely not more than 3.

Absolute best experience I have ever had at a dealership . They were beyond easy to work with . It almost seems unreal how they were able to help me out. The professionalism of the staff at Nexgen is incredible, and if you can, work with the GM Chris Sanchez. I was a buyer out of state, looking to ship a car to rural Colorado and they were great at explaining the process and helping me to consider my options. I found their prices to be more than fair (I was price shopping and comparing) and they use Carketa— a 3rd party service that certifies the mechanical integrity of the vehicle. All together I highly recommend them as a place to shop for your next used car.

I live in Spokane, WA, so it needs to be sent to me. My temporary license expires in 7 days, so I will not be able to drive the car I purchased because Im unable to get a license plate without the title. Voicemails for my sales person were unreturned. The titling department said they would send an updated temporary license, but did not.Great car and really easy buying process, but terrible follow through on providing the documentation you typically gather in-person at a dealership.6 days after they commented below theyd be in touch ASAP and Ive still heard from no one. Doing my own follow-up and chasing down paperwork after making a $40k purchase is terrible service.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. My friend bought a salvage title car from here that had supposedly “passed the safety inspection.” When they went to the mechanic to get it registered, the mechanic said that there was so much damage done to the integrity of car that hadn’t been repaired that they would likely die if they got in an accident. The mechanic recommended that my friend not drive it at all until repairs were made, so they had to tow the car. When my friend turned around to try to get their money back, Nextgen bought it back for thousands less than my friend bought it for. I’m glad my friend didn’t die in a car crash, but I hate to think that Nextgen is selling unsafe cars to people that could potentially cost their lives. Whoever completes their safety inspections needs to get their license revoked before someone gets seriously hurt.

I can’t say good enough things about Nexgen Motors and the way they treated me and my family . We have bought two trucks from them in a span of 3 weeks. Brandon and Chris have been amazing and done everything they could to make this purchase a good one. We bought a 2016 Mazda CX9 from them last August. They had it listed on KSL for 15,900. They were so pushy and rushed us through our trade and purchase. Didnt realize tell all was said and done that they had increased the purchase price of the vehicle to 19,900 on the contract. So they literally stole our trade. I didnt realize it until we got our first loan statement and the balance of our new loan. We have since paid off the vehicle but I will never do business with them again.

At First I was skeptical, my in laws told me about Nexgen where they bought their new truck. So when the Truck I had been searching for showed up on there lot I wanted with less than half the miles of the other trucks I had seen came up on there lot I rushed out to drive it. Yes it is a branded title they specialize in that and it looks and checks out amazing. Our salesman Brian was great, their whole team stayed after hours on a Saturday to help me. I love my New F250, I get tons of compliments and have already put it to good use helping others. Would recommend Nexgen.

The general Manager is definitely not one you want to deal with. I highly recommend you pick atleast another location. The salesman was actual pretty good, but the GM needs some training.

I could tell a few horror stories but again, I would rather not sound petty and rude, but I will say, we owned the car for 4 months, and after multiple repairs and money put into it, we got rid of it! It was the worst car buying experience I have ever had and I will not be going back.

Thanks Nexgen.My review is based in two factors. 1. The salesman Brandon was great. Thanks Brandon. The 2nd part of my review is based on the vehicle itself. I purchased a 2020 Toyota Tacoma from this dealer. The day I purchased it was a day of snow wind and sleet. The truck was very dirty from this and so I couldn’t do a real thorough look at the paint job. After getting it home and washing the truck on a clear day the quality of the paint job from the repair team was one of the worst I have seen. I take full responsibility for not looking at it better but I would think a 2020 Tacoma for $38,000 would not have multiple paint and clear coat runs all over, dust particles throughout the paint and in some areas just missing paint all together. My advice to anyone would be just really look at the quality of their work. While the sales team is great I question the quality of the repair itself.

Definitely agree with the review that BH left below. They claim that they have some company inspects their vehicles, if they do, they are horrible. Make sure you look at the repair really well! Most of them are actually real bad. Also after speaking with Bank, they basically have someone find out the max amount that can be loaned on the vehicle and price it accordingly. Dont fall for them saying they are giving you a deal, a majority of their repairs will end up having issues within the first year.

$1,000 non refundable deposit so I could take a car to be inspected for a day. Sounds like they dont want it inspected. Also, make sure you ask for pictures of the damage. They like to down play it.
