We applied for a loan for one of the cars, and were told it would be maybe 2 days before we could come pick up the car. It ended up taking 3 WEEKS, and we never received any calls from anyone at the dealership. We were constantly calling asking for updates, being told they would call us back, only for them to never call back.Finally, after 3 weeks, we went to pick up the purchase agreement and take it to the bank. We were going to pick up the car in no less than an hour. After all the paperwork had already been drafted up, they sold the car to someone else. 10 minutes after we had picked up the purchase agreement.Biggest waste of time.

I went to purchase a Nissan Rogue which looked like it was in great condition. They told me that they had just given it an oil change along with a couple other fixes and that everything looked great. I didn’t have a good feeling about it so I took it to a local mechanic. Come to find out they never did an oil change, the horn didn’t work, there was no back taillight, the transmission wasn’t completely functional, and it would need a complete work up if I was willing to invest in a car. I brought the mechanic’s assessment back to the man that helped me and he said he didn’t know about the horn and that the he could do the oil change—but I thought they just did one? Why wasn’t he aware of something as simple as a lack of a horn? As far as I know it’s illegal for a dealer to sell a car that wouldn’t pass an inspection... Doesn’t seem very honest to me. The whole thing was very questionable. I won’t be going there again.

Went to look at a car there. Test drove it and they offered their lowest price on the vehicle. The vehicle was in good mechanical condition but extremely dirty on the inside with stains on the ground and even fresh straw wrappers from the dealership probably joy riding it and grabbing food.I had to think about the purchase so I left and I called later to offer slightly less. Dallin told me that they had another interested buyer and 16k is the absolute lowest they could go. Later that same night, I called them at 8 PM after they closed and someone answered and said the BMW was still available and they were good to do 16k and I could come the next morning to purchase. The next morning all of a sudden they had a “return buyer” who needed 3 days to get approved and they were waiting on them and I could only buy the car for full price now.Overall the entire experience seemed super shady and luckily the next day I found the same year, but slightly better trim of the same model vehicle and less mileage. I’m super happy I ended up not buying their car and glad they kept switching their answers.

We purchased a vehicle from Delgatti Auto and had a miscommunication at first but Dallin was able to step in and find us a vehicle that we were happy with. He was willing to work with us and and our budget and went the extra mile to make it a fast and smooth transaction with the car purchase. I recommend working with him directly if you ever visit this dealership.

TAKE THE CAR YOU ARE INTERESTED IN TO A MECHANIC YOU TRUST BEFORE PURCHASING OR JUST SIMPLY DON’T PURCHASE FROM THEM!I got an Audi from Delgatti last November. We asked them if the car was in great condition and they said yes, we asked them about the tires and they said the car had brand new tires perfect for the snow. Another lie.The same day I take it home all these things start popping up on the dashboard saying it needs work done and something about the tires. I take it to my mechanic the next day and turns out it needs new tires and my mechanic didn’t like the noise my car was making. I call Delgatti and they offered to have their mechanic take a look it (they also said they were going to help me with the tires but I never received anything).I take it in the next day with my mechanic to get the tires fixed and to look at the sound it was making my mechanic finds out the motor mounts and control arm were not working and had to be fixed as it was unsafe to drive the car in that condition.Delgatti’s mechanic fixes the control arms but not the motor mounts, they claimed the motor mounts were in good condition and didn’t need to be fixed. Lie. I go to pick up my car and they wouldn’t give me the keys until I paid them a certain amount.(the younger guy that sold us the car was also starting to avoid answering my messages).They told me I could connect my phone to the Bluetooth to listen to directions and music. Another lie. I could only connect my phone to make phone calls.All of this would have been avoided if only they had checked to make sure the car was in good condition or if they had just told me that the car was having some issues. I would not have purchased the car if I knew it had issues.This was my first ever car purchase and I trusted them.

Although the customer service was nice, I was disappointed with the lack of transparency with my car buying experience. They had told me that the car I was looking at had 78,000 miles on it - when I test drove the care it had 80,100 miles on it. When I picked it up to buy it (three days later), it had 80,300 miles on it and they put a lower odometer reading than the actual odometer reading on the car on my registration paperwork, it was not the actual odometer reading.I asked before I bought the car if there was anything wrong with it - they said there was nothing wrong with it. After driving it for about a week, I took it into BMW and it had two major oil leaks that estimated around $3,000.00 repair. They wiped the oil off when I came to look at it and that’s why I couldn’t see the internal leak. I would caution you from buying a car here. There are a lot of things that didn’t add up. The oil leaks and the dishonesty with the odometer reading really dissuaded me from supporting this company.

We called to check out one of the cars and when we got there the owner already had it ready to go for us to look at. We ended up getting a different car but the owner was very nice and helped us work it out. We did not feel pressured at all.

Very friendly. Car we tested ran really well. It was traded in, but well looked after and they had replaced the transmission and water pump. We were considering another car from somewhere else, but owner was very honest and wanted to help us find the right car no matter what.

They listed the car has having 32,000 less miles then it actually did on KSL. I ended up buying the car and was excited about it. I then had to put over a 1,000 into it after the battery died a few weeks later. Very frustrating experience.

Most competitive prices I have seen. They made the process totally easy. All I really had to do was bring my pay stubs and ID and they did the rest. My sister bought a car with them recently, and its been a huge headache. My husband went with her from Ogden to Provo to look at this car. He asked the salesman a question about a timing belt, and the salesman replied timing belts dont matter. It was clear the salesman had no idea about the mechanical side of vehicles.My sister is going to college in Idaho, visiting here, and my parents live in NY. She wanted to register the car in NY. The dealership made her believe she had all needed paperwork to legally drive the car, sent her on her way, to realize the next day that she couldnt legally drive the car. This is the point the dealership broke the law. We contacted the dealership and was told theyd Look into it.4 days since the purchase date and the dealership has not corrected the issue and told her SHE has to pay for their mistakes by buying a dealer plate so she can drive the car. An actual company that does the correct thing for their customers would have made sure the paperwork was in order before she left. And, if a confusion or mistake was made, then they should be paying for it & offering to deliver the papers to Ogden or pay for overnight shipping. The lack of customer service is disgusting.It is illegal to sell a car without a temporary permit unless they give a title within a short time period. That time period has passed.Weve been in contact with Department of Motor Vehicle Reinforcement and theyve told us we can make claim against the company. Well see how this resolves/if it does.She planned to drive 3 hours to Rexburg for college, but it seems we may have to drive her instead due to the slow communication of Delgatti employees/company.

This place is a joke. Talked to some guy on the phone about a van I wanted on Thursday and said Id be there Saturday to look at it... No one was there and the van wasnt either.... Then I called him again and he tried saying there was a second location blah blah blah. The building its self looks run down and ghetto. Theres an Audi out front with the front emblem being held up by tape. Dont waste your time here.

Honest, reasonable, funny and extremely nice!

They sold me an absolute trash truck, their “mechanic” overfilled the oil, coolant, power steering, and power washed the engine causing water to get into the distributor causing the truck to misfire among other problems. Their Orem location was very unprofessional and did not know a lot about the mechanics of the truck it seemed like and told me that I didn’t need any temporary registration to drive it but still made me pay all of the registration fees but refused to give me the temporary tags even after asking for them multiple times. Stay away at all costs.

DO NOT BUY. FROM THIS PLACE. This is another sketchy dealership. I paid thousands of dollars on a car note they make you pay a $400 paper work fee on top of the car. They told me they had the title. I paid signed the paper work and as I went to leave they tell me that they dont actually have the title and will not give me a temporary permit. They broke the law. LOTS OF DRAMA AVOID AT ALL COST. Trust me the drama and time you will waste is NOT worth it.

Dirty car dealership. Found a car on KSL and it said it had a clean title. I asked for a CARFAX from them when I went to test drive it. They said they don’t use CARFAX but a free online form of CARFAX. It said that it was clean. We went to go get financing and I thought for peace of mind I’d spend 39.99 and just buy a CARFAX. It was a good thing. The car had been in an accident and has structural damage to it. They wasted my whole Saturday. I noticed later on in the week they got on and posted a CARFAX to it. They wont be upfront with you unless you call them out on it. You can’t say it’s a clean title and now show me a legit CARFAX. Stay away from this dealership. Dirty owners!!! They will lead you on!

Drove from Ogden to see a car here and ended up not being what we wanted, staff was kind enough to compensate us for our time and gas spent to get there, they seem to value customer relationship and do what they can to make things right!
