I could not be happier with our experience at Ken Garff VW Orem. We feel like we have been ripped off by other dealerships in St. George and that was absolutely not the case here in Orem. Chris acted quickly on a busy Saturday morning and got our VW Atlas ready for us before we had even gotten to the dealership. Once we were there, he made the whole process very smooth and he had a lot of knowledge about the vehicle that put our minds at ease that we were purchasing the best SUV. Buying a car is never an easy process and they all jumped through several hoops and gave excellent advice to get me in an awesome car the day I test drove it with zero car salesman “pressure.” Their service team is quick, friendly and efficient as they provided me with courtesy transportation while a minor issue was corrected (at no cost!) I had a great experience with Ken Graff Volkswagen service. The customer service is excellent and so willing to help in any way. Even though I dont live in Utah they acknowledged my free oil change and tire rotation. I had planned on having to pay for it. They also knew about a recall that I didnt know about and they took care of it. What amazing service!!! I will remember this so when Im in Utah again I know where to go. Thanks 😊

What a place of happiness and joy. Go for the hot chocolate. Leave with the car. No I’m not even kidding this place has the absolute most delicious creamy chocolate hot chocolate you will ever have besides Hatch‘s hot chocolate in Salt Lake. I’m about to buy the same $6000 Starbucks machine just so I can have the exact same delicious hot chocolate instead of having to drive here every single day and get my fill. Took my car to get my cabin and engine air filter changed. The price for labor is very reasonable and the service is quick. Book your appointment online, grab a free soda inside the dealership and watch some tv while you wait. Whole process took about 20-30 minutes. Great experience!

I live more than two hours from the dealership and needed to get in for a warranty repair at the last minute. I didn’t have an appointment but they worked me in anyway. It took some time but I’ve got no complaints considering I didn’t have an appointment. It goes without saying that the waiting area is comfortable and immaculately maintained.

I had an oil change scheduled for 9am. I was told at check-in it would take an hour to an hour + 10 minutes. I checked to get a status at an hour + 10 minutes, and my car was still waiting to go in the shop. I was told it would only take another 25 minutes...I understand everyone is super busy, I feel like my time was completely wasted, and I had to drive away without my service being done because I needed to get back to work. Oh, and they had popped my hood which I didnt notice until I was driving down the road, and had to pullover to secure it. I prepay for their service, so now I need to decide if I count the money as wasted or go back hoping they properly set time expectations.

If I could buy every new car I ever buy from this dealership. Love the warranty on my Jetta. Any time I bring it in for an oil change or whatever, they always give me a free all-around check up. I can bring it in for anything and get it fixed for free because of my warranty. I haven’t had to bring it in for anything, but I love the peace of mind knowing that my car won’t give me any unexpected costs.

Living so far away from the dealership was not an obstacle since my VW representative kindly offered a Lift to and from my house as a complimentary addition.I look forward to many years bonding with my Passat, thanks to the timely maintenance I have and will continue to do to keep it in pristine condition.I had a very long day and was grateful that Denis willingly offered to wait until I could go pick up my car late into the evening.

Typically I service my own vehicle but I bought a service package with my vehicle because it was a good deal. The first time the service went fine. The second time went terrible. It took 2 1/2 hours to service the vehicle. My appt was at 8:00 am so they shouldn’t have been backed up to much. My biggest complaint however is not receiving the service I paid for. I paid for an oil change and tire rotation. I mark my wheels so I can verify if they actually do rotate my tires. They didn’t. When I called backed and asked about it, they said they did but would check the video to confirm and call me back. That was a week ago, they still haven’t called back. I don’t write reviews very often but I take issue with companies who don’t deliver what they promise and they didn’t. I guess I will stick to doing my own maintenance.

All good experiences here. I chose the dealership because they had a car I wanted there. The employees were SO kind, the dealership is a little far from me and they met me halfway for the test drive. The whole buying experience was so smooth (Im a first time car buyer and thought itd be much harder). No pressure from the employees, just good conversation and happy to answer all my questions, even over text they were so responsive! Id definitely recommend the dealership to anyone looking to get a car.

After a short wait I was greeted and walked through the services due on my 2018 Jetta, in a friendly and courteous manner. I was given an estimate of cost and an approximate time frame. I received a video of the inspection on the car almost immediately after I left, and received a professional courtesy text from Dennis when my car was ready to pick up, at exactly the time I’d been told. The bill was less than the estimate—a nice plus. Everything went smoothly and pleasantly, and my car’s in tiptop shape once again. Well done, Ken Garff!

I made an appointment for Monday morning, arrived early and got great service at the desk and a quick ride home.The technician who took a look at my car sent the coolest video explaining everything. He suggested an air filter change, which I tried to reach out to approve.Things took a turn from there. The “text dealership” option that came with the video was never answered. I texted three times and didn’t hear back from anyone. So I decided to press the “call” button...nothing...like 5 minutes of ringing. So I called the phone number in the website, more ringing.When it was all said and done, I was car-less for three days, without any contact from the service desk. I called the front dealership desk, I called the service desk, I even tried the chat feature on the website. One evening I reached someone, and they said they’d have the service desk take care of the air filter, and it would be quick in the morning. The next morning I just found my own ride and decided to just show up to come to get my car... I tried calling first. I just kept selecting options when the main menu would start over and it rang for 20 minutes before I got to the dealership and hung up and went inside.The initial issues were resolved, but despite my texts and calls the air filter wasn’t replaced.

So we made the drive to Orem to talk with Ken Garff Volkswagen and boy were we happy we did. Working with Ken Garff was a completely different experience, it was a dream come true!!The managers Alan and Corey were great! Our salesman Robbie was so kind, thorough and professional. They went above and beyond, gave us a much better deal on our vehicle and were transparent without the games of the other dealership. I just bought my first car, a used 2005 Chevy Classic. I did some research on the car before hand and the website was very user friendly and easy to ask questions about the vehicle. There was cosmetic damage, but clearly pictured and no surprises when I got there. The carfax report was easy to access on the website. Cory stayed in contact with me through email and text before I got there. He as super kind, but was just leaving when I got there, so we worked with Josue.Let’s take a minute to talk about Josue Aguirre. He just started working here a couple of months ago, but he was the nicest guy to work with. He was no pressure during the test drive and for the rest of the process. There were some cracks in the windshield, so we negotiated a lower price. Both Josue and Molly were good about walking me through all the paper work to make sure I knew what I was signing and what was happening.The only thing that really went wrong during this purchase was that I forgot to test the horn, and I didn’t realize that it didn’t work until after I had bought it as is, but that was a blunder on my part. Overall, I had a extremely positive first car buying experience here, would recommend.

I am new to the Volkswagen experience. With a 2004 GTI I had a check engine light come on. I had a 7am appointment that led to needing a timing belt and some odds and ends. From the service writer to the technician all the way to the service manager was an absolutely wonderful experience. Kept me very informed and updated. The text of a video of the issues with my car was a wonderful touch. Thoughtful, persistent, and caring. This was my first experience buying a car, and I really enjoyed the process. The sales associate Josue searched several options for me based on my financial situation and what I liked in a car. Although I didnt immediately buy, he kept working with me through text until I found a car that I liked. Since the car I bought had been a lease vehicle, it had a smoke smell when I bought it but they paid for the vent/upholstery cleaning to remove the smell. All in all, it was a great experience. I would recommend Ken Garff to someone looking to buy a used car.

I’ve taken my Passat in 3 times to have my compressor replaced over a 2 year period. They have never been able to properly fix the issue. They have broken my defrost and refused to fix it. I took my car in again for routine maintenance in which they replaced “dirty” filters, now my a/c runs hot air. So to get this fixed I either need to bring my car to Ken Garff where I don’t trust their mechanics or go to another shop. Don’t use Ken Garff mechanics if you actually want your car fixed and to run properly. Save your money and find another shop.

I never once was notified about what was wrong and needed to be repaired, I had to call, even when I was told that I would be notified. I dropped off the vehicle for a 1:45 appointment and I called at 5:30 to find out if it was ready to pick up. Had to leave it overnight for repairs to take place.I called multiple times and waited over 10 minutes and no one answered the phone, this happened 3 times.I asked for a specific nose to be looked at and it did not get looked at.I have several issues with the car that I didnt have when it was returned to me.If I could give a zero star rating I would.

Also note service tech dusty claimed to have done something with the coolant but that is false, Young VW topped it off a day prior. So it did not need to be touched at all! So the service tech did indeed lie or he over filled my coolant reservoir. General manager in sales proceeded to scream at me and say that Ken garff doesn’t lie. When in fact dusty did on video.

This dealership will over diagnose issues with your car. I have had issues with them trying to charge me more money for services than they actually cost, adding on extras and acting like the car absolutely needs that service. When I have a male person in my life check in on the quoted service they’re suddenly able to lower the price and explain that they added on extra things that aren’t actually required and I should’ve known that somehow. I shouldn’t have to have someone with me to avoid being taken advantage of by a mechanic. I do not recommend going here.

I logged in on Ken Garff Volkswagens website in the morning and was able to schedule service for my daughters turbo Beetle Convertible that afternoon. She and my wife dropped it off and the service technicians took great care of them. I was kept up to date with text messages and even a video.When my wife and daughter picked up the car there was no upsale and it was surprisingly inexpensive. We we only test driving a car, but for whatever reason it took an hour just to get into the car. The salesman helping us was pretty awesome though. We liked him a lot. Decent prices on the cars we looked at, but still pricey. The receptionist was very unhelpful though. She seemed to not care about us whatsoever and said she got a salesman to come to us, but we waited for around 15 or so minutes before a salesman who had just finished outside came and asked if we had been helped yet, which we really hadnt. As I said before, Robbie was awesome. Fun to talk to and very knowledgeable, which is why it took us a long time to actually test drive the car, but we arent upset about that at all. Just giving a general timeline so others can know what to expect.Id say 5 stars if it werent for the receptionist. We didnt even know she was there because of how much she seemed to be hiding. We had to walk over there in order to see if there even was a receptionist. And she seemed annoyed that we interrupted her Facebook scrolling. Again, if it werent for her I would give 5 stars.

The facility looks great. And the employees are awesome. But I brought my car in a few months ago to have the heater fixed and it broke within an hour of using it. Ken Garth was very good to repair the heater a second time. I brought my car in yesterday to have the secondary exhaust system fixed and before I could get home, roughly 5 miles away my car had a loud alarm stating to pull over immediately. The coolant was all but drained and I had to walk to the auto parts store to get more. After filling off the coolant my Check headlight warning light turned on and now my left headlight is out. My car is not old and I haven’t had issues other than the heater in the secondary exhaust system unless I take it in to get fixed and then I have lots of problems afterwards.

Do not buy a used car here! I purchased a used VW Wagon about 2 months ago and now I am stuck with a huge repair bill. The engine fan was worn out and blown. Only had the car for about 60 days and they would not even offer a discount on labor! I spent a bit more at a VW dealership than I would privately hoping that the car would have been properly inspected.

The valet was 20 minutes late picking up my vehicle and only left the dealership after I called. I was quoted a steep price for an alignment and when I called around to get another quote, I was informed that the alignment should be covered by the warranty. While this may or may not be true, when I asked the sales rep,(Dennis) I got very short responses and price changes (albeit lower) made me suspicious. The guys who picked up and dropped off my vehicle however we’re great.
