Even with a short staff the store is great- the manager on duty was handling phones and in store customers. Getting assistance over the phone was tough as I was left on hold for 15 minutes- but when I went to the store the manager recognized the games I purchased from my request on the phone and immediately apologized. Theyre always willing to spend the extra few minutes to search for that random request that may not be on the shelf. Overall- the staff and store is great, just avoid phone calls if necessary

Good stock and reasonable prices. Was very excited to buy a like-new copy of Pokemon snap for a fraction of the cost. Lots of old games too.

This location used to be my all time favorite but almost the entire staff has changed to people who barely know what theyre doing within the last few months! especially with vinyls. 2 girls used to work here who kept the section stocked full of good stuff and were very helpful!!! Im not usually one to leave a bad review or reviews in general but the new kids working here are extremely disrespectful and act like youre not there most of the time! its rare I even get a greeting anymore its just very disappointing.

Great Service. Easy to speak to and social workers who made every visit a pleasure. Way better prices then gamestop and a huge selection, I personally love the little Japanese drinks and snacks! We are and will remain repeat customers.

They are very nice and have very cheap video games and a lot of collectibles for very good prices. I bought 2 video games worth $5 dollars with some dices for dnd. I went back before two times it was 5 stars now 4 stars DO NOT SELL YOUR THINGS THERE it is very good for buying but not selling they are like many other pawn shops very low prices for very high things. But the employees are nice and everything theyre is new employees everyday so I dont know if they are all nice

Sooo upset with the lack of professionalism in this place. The 2 boys that where in the store just seemed like lost. They where bouncing around form customer to customer and couldn’t just help one person at a time. Very shot answers and little to no people skills. What a shame because I love this place.

Bought an IPhone pad charger from here. Got home started using it, within 10 mins it stops working.I call within an hour of buying it, they said I can return it.The next day my dog tears the box open, I call to ask if I could still return it. They said NOGood thing about this place is they beat other stores prices, but if you buy any accessories such as chargers, controllers, wires, etc please be aware that they will come with shortages or will only work for the time being. Everything there is used so therefor there are some things that were sold with an underlying fault.

I would never go back to this location, they give GameXChange a bad name. The workers are rude and harass you the whole time. Never seen a store so mismanaged before. Also for being a game store you would think they would talk more professional dealing with children instead it was profanity. You have to double check that they give you the game. Bought three games and only got two, third case was empty

Typically good stock, clean store. A little cluttered now due to the push of new products like vinyl, gundam, etc but they still manage to make it not feel too much like a hobby shop going through a midlife crisis.

I came in today to try and sell some used DVDs to have a little extra money, the complete first, second and third seasons of Stargate SG1. The lady checked the DVDs, she looked it up in the computer, then she said she could give me $3.00 store credit and $1.50 cash for the DVDs, I decided not to sell the DVDs. I was almost insulted, $1.50 for three DVDs?!, come on. I was expecting at least $10.00-$20.00 for them, one of the DVDs cost more than $20.00 in a place like Walmart, Target, Best Buy, eBay or Amazon for crying out loud, theyre in very good shape. Two of the DVDs a good friend gave to me for Christmas a few years ago too. I went there a few years ago and sold some DVDs, I didnt get a lot for them, but the only good thing this time is the sales person wasnt nasty about it.

Great place to find games. The staff are very knowledgeable and have a passion for their merchandise. They gave me a great deal for an SNES and even threw in an extra controller. Would highly recommend.

Awesome knowledgeable video game people, so they are my type of people. Their prices are great and theyre willing to work with you. As far as using video games go and selling your old stuff this is the number one spot games that gives you nothing this place will give you cash or a ton of store credit I recommend them over GameStop I thousand times over.

A little upset with this place. Was given a gift of a Nintendo 3DS from someone and it does NOT work. Charger port is busted inside and machine will not charge. Not sure why this business is not testing the products before buying them off people and if they are and know the products do not work then they should NOT be charging the price they do for the item.UPDATE :Manager is pretty awesome and resolved the whole situation, even tested the product before we left. Made everything better. 5 star.

All of these places rule and this one is no exception. You want an older game or a used newer one and you live near one of these guys you go there, you wont regret it.

Best place for your video game and movie fix. ( they dont repair gaming systems. ) The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. They also give cash or store credit for your gaming systems, cell phones, iPads, and Mac books as well. Give them a try you wont regret it.

Good selection of old and new games, but the staff can be pretty strange at times. For example, as I was doing a trade in the cashier stopped working on my order and went to assist other customers even though there was another cashier available.

I really enjoy this store I always find nice little gems for cheap though the more desirable games are overpriced. I shop here often for N64 and PS2 games though N64 is limited in selection here. I love their prices except for the finer rarer items and their employees are a good batch but their knowledge is limited to what they have personally played. Terrible customer service. Bought an iPhone 2 days ago that didnt have enough storage. They didnt have a bigger size for the model I purchased. After the employee called the manager I was told that I can exchange it for a different phone but not for store credit. That absolutely makes no sense. No other offer to help besides sorry. I will not be returning and will advise others not to do so also.

Ive worked in retail for 10 years at both Best Buy and Target so I know when Im treated right at a place of business. With that said I knew that after shopping here I would be writing this review based on how painless my visit was. My experience with this Game X Change started with a phone call on a Saturday to the store around the afternoon. I spoke with Casey who confirmed he had a whole Rock Band 4 set for Xbox One in stock which included the guitar, drums, mic, and game. The total would be about $160 for this after tax. Good value considering at the time this stuff is overpriced online. Casey even offered to hold it for me and I picked it up within an hour.When I got to the store the checkout process was smooth and everyone there was friendly and inviting. What really set this experience apart from any average visit to a typical game store was how knowledgable Casey was. Also, he didnt try to push other products or services onto me. BIG PLUS. Since I was picking up a bunch of plastic instruments, this would have been hard to carry myself. Casey offered to help me carry everything to my car. Thats what you call customer service. Being thoughtful and making me feel like my business is appreciated.Im also amazed at the return/exchange policy. A 24 hour window for a complete return. Also, 90 days for exchanges if something goes wrong. WOW. Luckily, everything worked when I got home, so no issues there. I normally purchase most of my Xbox games digitally, but this company is making purchasing physical games fun again. I definitely know where Ill be shopping the next time Im in the market for some video games.

I was very happy I found some game that I was looking for and couldnt find them even in gamestop so thank you Game X Change for having all the games.

I recently purchased a Dreamcast controller along with several games. I was asked if I wanted a VMU, saw the $4.95 sticker so I said sure. The total came to $86 which seemed a bit high. I paid with my card and was then told that I may need to get a new battery for it and that they didn’t test them. The price for the VMU said $18 on the receipt despite another one having a $4.95 also by the official Sega brand. My only option then was to take the store credit for the $18. I sent a message to the Game X Change website and did not receive a response. Incredibly disappointed with this visit and location.

Customer service has changed dramatically. Conversation is like pulling teeth. Seems like they just want you to get in and get out.
