As a woman who knows nothing about cars, I always feel skeptical going to the mechanics.I always feel like Im getting conned into spending more money than I should, but rest assured, that was not the case here.Most of my communication was with Omar who was attentive and knowledgeable. I witnessed him fight tooth and nail to get me the best deal on my car parts.Ive gone to several mechanics in my life and have never felt like anyone cared about my wallet more than him.Overall hes a spectacular man who goes the extra mile to provide the best service for his clients. Hes nothing short of warm of comforting.Out of convenience, I usually go to Jiffy Lube down my street for oil changes. However, after the great service Omar and the rest of the staff provided Im dedicated to making the extra drive to Orange Empire Service Center ❤️Id also like to give thanks to Jose who worked on my car. Brought my Dodge Ram 1500 Promaster in to get an alignment very last minute. They were able to not only accommodate me, but also helped me assess damage done from a recent collision, order the parts, schedule a follow-up, AND do my oil change. Awesome people, 10/10 will be back again.

Ive been taking my car to orange empire for 5 years now. Good people. Quality work. The best mechanic in my opinion in the all of those shops around there Jose Villalobos.. he is the most trust worthy mechanic I know. I would leave my cars with him with my eyes closed.

The service here is on point from beginning to end. I worked with Omar during the repair processing I will be coming back for all my car needs and recommending them to my friends and family in the area. Omar is straight up with you regarding what your car needs and he was able to work with me on the price of repairs. I needed a new clutch and components for my power steering and now my car feels brand new. They also guarantee their work for 24 months/24k mi. Arrive as a customer and leave as a friend! I honestly wish I had found them years ago. They provide an excellent mechanical ability with honesty and a solid work ethic and at a reasonable price. The honesty part is HUGE!! They actually discouraged me from changing things that didnt need it (costing them money and saving me money)! What mechanic does that? Only an honest one!

This review is intended for (UBER) since this location is listed as one of the green locations for their inspections. I came today walked up to the front. NO ONE WAS SITTING AT THE DESK! & THERE WAS A SIGN ON THE DOOR SAYING UBER, GONE FOR LUNCH WILL BE BACK AT 1:15 mind you I came on my lunch break wasted my time & gas. they need a contact number, or list the hours on the e-mail saying when they will be available. or at least have another attendant there when someone leaves instead of it being just one person. I HAD TO ASK ONE OF THE WORKERS FOR THE AUTO PLACE UBERS HOURS, HE TOLD ME THEY LEAVE EVERYDAY M-F AT 4:40? 4:40 WHY NOT 5? SO ODD. BUT ARENT HERE ON WEEKENDS BECAUSE WERE NOT HERE ON WEEKENDS. HE WAS A BIG HELP AT LEAST.
