Another 4 star rating for Hi-Line. Brought my 08 BMW 335xi in for brake fluid flush and battery issues. Cost was half the price of the stealership, checked battery out of courtesy, and car was ready for pick up in half a day. Found my go to service place

Called on Friday 1/8/2021 to schedule an oil change for my S550. Set it up for Tuesday morning 1/12/2021. Arrived at 8:40am waited 15 minutes before anyone came in the office to talk to me. Gave him my keys he said it would take 2 hours. I came back in 2.5 hours and he looked at me and said well, we havent done it yet. No apologies or we can get right on it . Just a disinterested well, we havent done it yet.I got the car and left. Im not sure what has happened at Hi-Line. Years ago it was great. Excellent customer service and quality work. It almost feels like the business has changed hands or a kid inherited it.

Hi-Line has serviced my Mercedes several years now. Prior, I serviced the car at the dealer. H.L. has done a banging job, and I would not take my car anywhere else.

Unfriendly, doesn’t want to go into discussion of problem, over price with their work.

Today one of Matt’s (the owner) mechanics replaced the battery in my car. First he told me that my car would never start showing 9.5 volts, but it did, it started right up. After the battery was installed and he was closing things up in the back seat, I said the battery terminal is corroded. He said never mind, it doesn’t matter, I said yes it does matter, so upon my insistence he cleaned off the corrosion. Then he snapped back on an orange plastic tag that came with the old battery and of course it had the old date, so I asked him to please correct the date. He didn’t want to do that either. Sloppy, sloppy work. The same idiot also was unable to replace a side view mirror and on my third trip back because the mirror kept falling off, someone else fixed it, the first guy didn’t connect all of the pins. In addition, he appears to be drugged up, can’t prove it, he appears. The goofy look on his face, his lack of attention and focus, then his obvious lies to cover his sloppy work.I will never go back there again.

Crew is nice for the most part. Good repairs. Cost isnt free but surely isnt as much as a dealership like the bastards at Fletcher Jones. All in all good.

This place is a little pricey but they seem to know Mercedes pretty well. I would recommend this place to others as long as you can afford it, but I guess if you have a Mercedes, you can. So check these guys out for your Mercedes repair needs. Just make sure you bring your wallet and credit cards, youll need them. Expensive but worth it!

Scared of dealership costs then bring your Benz to Hi Line.I purchase a used CL600 from an owner and reviewing the service records I could see the car was serviced by Hi Line. So I made an appt to have a oil change, trans fluid changes and noise issue resolved.The bays are clean and organized which says a lot about a business.Justin called me with an estimate and car was ready the next day all needs taken care of. The price is always high to maintain a MB compared to most cars, however Hi Line has been fair in the costs to me compared to a dealership, no complaints

Larry and his crew at Hi Line went above and beyond to help me when my car started having problems while on a trip to Orange County. Larry was honest, quick and professional. I would highly recommend this shop!!!
