Got my car serviced at C andJ Santiago Canyon Car Care. From the very first minute, I was approached by several employees asking me how I was, what kind of care I needed and the like. MB dealers cant treat you this good. I received an estimate for the care I needed. No surprises. My car was ready the time promised. I highly recommend this car care to friends and family. I give them a 10+.

Ive been to many different car washes and this one is by far, the best. The inside of your windows actually get cleaned and not all streaked.

I use a lot of detail centers and they are far better than the rest in the area

This place is terrible. Didn’t vacuum very well and then left a stain on my seat from a dirty rag. $41 for this and now I have to go somewhere else to get it fixed.

Very disappointed with not only how my family was treated, but with the job itself.I paid for a carwash and interior detailing and when we picked up the car, they hadnt cleaned the front bumper at all. Its as if they didnt even touch it.We asked for clay wax, but they didnt do that and even said we never requested that even though that was the first thing I asked for when I called in earlier and spoke with Juan. When my father went to speak with Juan about the job and the clay wax we asked for, he said he talks to so many people on the phone a day and doesnt remember, and frankly he didnt care either.We brought up the wax streaks that they left and didnt buff out, the water spots they sprayed and left on the windows and side mirrors, and their response was that it was because they moved my car under a tree and stuff might have fallen on the car. That doesnt make any sense and it was a poor excuse for a simple followup with a towel.Weve been going here for years, but after this poor and unprofessional experience, we might have to find a new car wash place for our vehicles now. Sorry, but youve lost our patronage and our 5 cars that we used to bring you regularly.

They were great! My truck looked fantastic.

First experience was good; that is why I returned.Second time going to this car wash Was not so good. I paid extra for interior detailing, and it was very disappointed the level of quality of the detailing. I had to tell the cleaning tech to re-do severa areas. It was evident he cleaning tech was not thorough enough and only provided excuses.

Go here to get all the things you could ever need. Chevron subway. Just upgraded this location is so nice they should build a hotel! All you workers here rock stay good. Visit today.

Used to be the best car wash, now they want to charge for every little thing, I have chrome bumpers that had water spots, asked for them to be removed and was told I had to pay for water stain removal lol!!! Took me 2 minutes to remove stains with winded... been going here since 2005, I’ll never go again

Birds Detail was excellent. They came on time, the technician was friendly and he did a great job - even despite some morning rain. My car has never been so clean, its just a shame I now have to return it as my lease is up! Highly recommend!

Plenty of items to choose from, carry most if not all flavors of Rockstar, Monster and bang and a few others as well as Gatorade, plenty of snacks as well. Go to place after riding the trails in Santiago Oaks.

I purchased the #2 car wash. The exterior was done mediocrely and the vacuuming of the interior would be given a one star. They didnt even vacuum the mats. Inspect your vehicle before you hand out a tip, otherwise youll wish you had your $5.00 back like my dumbass does right now.

I paid $30 for Santiago car wash. I was waiting outside for my car, after the wash all the shampoo and everything was still on my car. The interior is all dusty and looks the same as before. I’m not recommending this car wash at all .
