We were able to schedule an appointment online Sunday for Monday morning and get our brakes inspected and repaired. The service turn around time was about 2 hours. The staff here was friendly and helpful, they reminded us of the good old fashioned customer service that is hard to find today. We look forward to our future service needs for our vehicles, here at this midas location.

Amazing service! Went in for a a routine oil change and was informed a tire I thought was just leaky had a nail. The manager was patient, courteous, and accommodating. Didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need, explained everything in detail, AND got me out in a timely manner! This was my first trip to Midas but definitely not my last. Thanks again Midas!

Jaeson helped me out first thing Monday morning after my lil Toyta Matrix didnt start. I am not exactly sure why there is not a place for a ZERO on here. This place was HORRIBLE. Not only was their manager John a total flake, he ended up being rude after blowing me off for an entire month. I brought my car in, he said he could fix it, but had to order the part. He told me that the part would take 8 days to be delivered. After no call in day 8, I called only to be told that the part never came in and would be another week. John then tried to tell me that he had not received any parts for his entire shop. I waited another week, then finally after the 3rd week of lame excuses I went somewhere else. I called and told him that I had gone somewhere else and they ordered the part and had my car fixed all in the same day. Hmmm. Weird. But the real piece of work was when John rudely told me that he did me a favor by telling me what was wrong with my car in the first place. This place was a total joke and John fits right in.

Love John! He is the whole reason I go. he is honest and fair and ALWAYS calls me to tell me what NEEDS done and what will be needed in the future and can wait. I appreciate that instead of just taking everything together to get the most money out of me. The do use OEM parts so they may be a little pricey but I know its better for my car. Thanks John and team!

These guys are awesome! Squeezed me in for oil change, tire rotation, and a nail in my tire within a couple hours. Very professional guy named Johnathan helped out. The lobby is clean and comfortable for waiting too!

So my car is finally ready after getting a simple rear brake job. They give me the keys, and as I open my car I noticed a hole in the upholstery of my driver’s seat. It was not there when I dropped off the car. The manager came out, inspected it, and said that “there is no proof that the hole wasn’t there before.” And went on to say how the upholstery was worn. I could call back tomorrow and complain, but he would do nothing. During that time he was telling me this, a Midas mechanic was pulling out the car next to me. It hit my door in front of the manager. He looked at the door, there was no damage, and said there is nothing he will do for me, and I’m welcome to complain all I want. This is the treatment I get after a $200 brake job? Please do not take your car there if you value it at all.Note: 3 days later the manager called me, and offered me discounts for any repair in the future if I took my car in to a location further away. As much as I appreciate this, there are other repair shops closer whom do not have the unprofessional-ism of the Orange Midas.

Put my car on the lift within 5 minutes and completed oil change and tire rotation under the estimated time for just an oil change. I will only go here from now on!

I have a Hyundai with about 48,000 miles on it, never had brakes done. Rear brakes were making some noise. I expected to have all 4 brakes fixed. But, they found only the rear brakes needed work; front brakes were only half worn. Had no problem bringing me onto the shop floor to show me what they found. Midas just happened to be running a rebate program; this shop included it in my receipt without my asking and before they had my credit card! Plus, they had their own in-house discount, also applied without my having to ask. No overselling, great work, and automatically reducing my cost? Many thanks! You bet I will bring more customers!

I have GSA VEHICLE and instead of having the can-do attitude he has the excuse attitude of how you cant. you need to replace your front person to a person that has the mind of a business person. Wish you the best. But as for me and our fleet we will not be going there unless new ownership or a smarter way of making businesses

I went in there to get tires and oil change the person that helped me his name is John it was around 1:30pm today..He did not seen very helpful or wants my businesd very dry and no customer service clue could not give me black or while answers. I took my business else where.

I have really bad problems with my brakes...so i was planing to go to pepboys so i thought i can try midas for the first time...so i went there at the biginning was service was ok so tell told me that i need brakes and rotors and some other things so i told him that its ok.... so to make short this story they work in my car only for two hrs..so on parts was $299 i understand that part was a lil expensive...is for safety of my family...but what get me so upsed and sadness wa that they charge me 300 in labor and i ask him why..they said it was a flat rate....so few days i call back to talk to the manager they refuse me to giv me his last name and they were ignoring me...so i wont ercomend nobody at this place ever..go to pepboys they do the service $200 less.....
