This place never come again they fix my toyota tacoma truckthe geico insurance paid over $2200 and i paid $500 deductibleplus extra oem parts $590 and $400 with flair on the size $400they make me not happy first they call me to inspection to take the truckwhen i inspection color two tone i did not take it and the assembly not caliber front hood and front trunk off 0.25 inches and i asking them too recalibrationwhen i come back they are did not recalibration until i come then they recalibrate but not the same my truck before and i asking them they saidgo to difference place to fixed and i do not want to take back my truckthey said i am not well come here any more if i do not take my truck they will charge for storage $60 per daythey not finish my truck if i do not paid they link to my truckthey tell me go to the other shop to fixedthey keep my truck all most 4 week not finishdo not come there ever againthat very rudest they are discrimination because i am vietnammess not well come thereso i have to paid and so said when i go homenever and ever come there again

Caliber Collision Santa Ana did an amazing job with my auto collision claim on my 2019 Ford Fusion. Edgar was handling my claim and he was very thorough throughout the process always keeping me informed via calls, text, email and vm he always took the time to answer all of my questions and very transparent with all the work that was being done on my vehicle all the way down to parts delivery info. My vehicle was returned to me looking like it just came off the dealer lot. Its back to its new perfect condition and days sooner than promised!

Caliber customer service was top notch. They kept me up to date on vehicle status almost daily. They met all commitments and even offered to drop my car off to me and return rental car for me. My car repair looked great and was done very efficiently.

My experience with Calibur has been a nightmare from HELL ! Never ever take your vehicle to Caliber Collision. You will be sorry that you did. Caliber has had my vehicle 125 days. For an estimate of 40 hours of work. They have a very distant relationship with honesty and the truth and will lie right to your face. They finally called me after 109 days telling the vehicle was done. I arrived to find The paint job was terrible they spot painted the vehicle blending new paint into old paint that made the vehicle look like a checker board. There were bubbles and fish eyes in the small areas they did in fact paint. The paint colors did not match The trim color did not match. I had 4 colors All the way around on the vehicle when there were 2. The conducted unauthorized work to the vehicle. The door panels were not realigned correctly. I could just go on and on. I did auto body work for a company in my late teens and we would have never ever attempted to pass a job like that off on a customer, ever. This was 3000 in new parts and a 40 hour work week.a 5000 dollar job at most with a total repaint. $14,000 they attempted to charge with a spot painting of 3 panels. The went beyond their price estimate. They Deviated from the work outlined on the estimate. They got some kind of epoxy all over the rear tailgate handle that melted to the plastic. They broke several laws contained in the California Business and Professional Code Section 3 Chapter 20.3 subsection 9884.0 Which I invite everyone to read this please and know your rights and what the law says. Please allow me to save you your own personal horror story. Avoid Caliber Collision unless you want to be involved in another accident. CALIBER COLLISION IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST AUTOMOTIVE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. CONSUMER WARNING

Very unprofessional. If you are willing to deal with the irresponsible people who Does not pay attention to Major or minor.. And does not care about your own safety go to this place.One of the times when I went to check on my truck. I personally saw a caliber collision employee burning rubber on vehicle that was getting repair.Its been about seven months since I first took my truck to caliber collision Orange and still not fixed till this day.Its like getting into a toxic relationship.
