I unfortunately had to go here because of a minor accident. The associates were all very friendly. The repairs that needed to be done were explained to me. They arranged for the rental car company to pick me up. They called me with updates during the process. My car was ready when they told me it would be and they washed it before giving it back to me.

This shop is very professional & my experience with this shop was great!! I couldn’t be happier once I noticed my car had been fixed. They even released my car to me sooner than expected! 5 out of 5!

Arrived early to find no other customers in the location. In spite of this a man dressed in slacks and a collared shirt passed me a few times and eyed me through the showroom glass divider but didnt say a word. He just sat at his computer and occasionally looked at me. Another man carrying a small duffle bag also walked past me in the office and did not say a word. He was quick to go upstairs and enter his office behind a security coded door. You could tell he was hoping I would not talk to him as he sped by.Poor girl working the front office was so busy on the phone she could not help me. After about 10 minutes of no one stepping up to help this girl I left because it is clear how this place is run. If you get your car fixed here pay attention to the salaries you are supporting that do not directly provide customer service because they are too busy doing who knows what. REMEMBER NO ONE WAS THERE!! Imagine if it was busy. They claim to be AAA approved. Will be sharing this with AAA. Read the other review about a 1000 dollar repair turned 600 when circumstances change. Glad I didnt get the estimate but glad I was able to see the company has created lots of office space for their business as I dont want to contribute to the salaries of corporate paper pushers or bean counters that have no people skills. All the excellent reviews are obviously fabricated.

Over priced work, not wearing masked, not acknowledging when the customers in front of you.

So I went in to get an estimate on a minor bump on my rear end and whoever took my info didn’t listen to me correctly and thought I was just a walk in but I was there with mercury insurance and the first estimate they gave me was about $1,000 because as I said they thought I was a walk in, I had to go back a few weeks later since they never sent the paper work to the adjuster and since that time they knew I was with mercury they gave me an estimate of $600. Tell me how the same rear end had the value of suddenly $400 less. They’re rude and obviously rip off who they can

Glenn runs a great business. He fixed up my car after a accident and it looks good as new. He went the extra mile and polished my headlights at no extra charge. Highly recommended!

Glenn and his team have been providing my family with outstanding service for over 25 years. They have done amazing body work after car accidents as well as custom work on a classic car we restored. They are fair, fast and the results are always perfection. We wouldnt go anywhere else!

Had our work car fixed here from a collision under the insurance. They just didnt fixed/replace the damage part, but the whole area (panels and etc.) Best part is they even gave the car a good car wash (INTERIOR TOO) This place exceeded our expectations!!! Kudos!!!

This place does really good work on body repair for your car. You wont believe how it comes out looking like new. Definitely recommend if you need to get your car fixed and get it back quick

I was referred to Preferred Auto Body by a friend after I scrapped my car on my fence backing up. Glenn and his team did an excellent job on my vehicle and for sure they go the extra mile. They actually delivered my vehicle to have it tinted while I was on vacation then picked it up and even delivered it to my home. Talk about personal touch!

Would give a negative review if possible, cosmetically my vehicle looks good, but it seems like they rush their jobs. I went to change my brake pads on the front end and the caliper bolts were hand tight, among other suspension component bolts, and replaced parts that didnt need to be changed (my K&N air filter, really!?). This place is such a joke
