See Gibson fiberglass work was off the charts great work also pain in my trike which is also excellent five years ago.

Recently relocated from a one story house to a two story house and I can tell you my favorite part of the two story setup is being able to view the freshly painted roof of my truck every single day - it looks SO GOOD. The team at Precision Collision was professional, efficient, provided very competitive rates, and overall seemed like good people - thats worth something these days! Cannot recommend Precision Collision enough based on my one experience here.

I never used a body shop before so I had no clue what I was doing. I researched on the internet for estimates to the damage on my car, and found that Precision Collision gave me the lowest estimate of them all. Gibson was attentive and answered all of my questions. They did an excellent job replacing my bumper and the paint job is phenomenal.. They even buffed out a few scuffs that were not part of the bumper itself! The car looks brand new again! I will definitely take it back to them for dents and scratches that need attention, in the future.

Mr Gibson was super cool and professional. He did a thorough inspection of the damage done to my vehicle. A quote was written up quickly while I waited, it was very detailed in the work to be performed and the cost. At this point still getting estimates, but look like a capable shop to perform the repairs needed.

Best place in Orange to take your vehicle. Staff is courteous and efficient. Will definitely be coming back (if needed)and recommending this place to all my friends and family.

Very good, honest operation.I brought my old bucket in for some fixing up in anticipation of selling it. Karry was straight up and told me that it wouldnt be cost effective considering how much I would get on the sale. Then he offered to do a little touching up of the paint for no charge...Highly Recommend!!!

These guys saved me when I had a flat tire. They showed up quickly, were super nice and got me back on the road in no time. A couple of months later I got into an accident and had my car repaired there. They did a really great job and I wasnt charged an arm and a leg. They are awesome and I wont hesitate to go to them the next time I need to.

Im from Ohio and my car had some rust underneath the car and the shop still agreed to work on it. My insurance company was a pain but the people at Precision Collision were super friendly, helpful and kept me updated almost everyday. My window had gotten stuck in the down position during the week but I didnt have time until the weekend to deal with it. On Saturday I decided to bring my car to a few places that I had in mind but they were all closed. I happend to drive by Wills and saw it was open so I dropped on in.Will is a cool guy, honest, and accommodated me right away. Good vibes, great service, no funny stuff, and decent price. Wills will now be my go-to place.

I had my car worked on just last week, they did an amazing job an had the best price out of all the ships O contacted. They are very honest and are never shady as to accept only cash, reason being is the insurance company usually pays in both the insured and the shop. Some reviews I have read lately seem like they are made up. Especially the guy on yelp> wow

They definitely deserve five stars for the work that they did, and I am happy that I found them on google. I didnt use insurance and just paid out of pocket and it was VERY expensive for me, but it was definitely worth it for the quality of work. I think I might take it back soon so they can buff out all my scratches and do a deep detailing so I will report!

I have a late model Corvette that needed a lot of fiberglass body repair. When a friend told me about the great work Precision Collision did on his Corvette Body Repair I knew I would be in good hands. I took the car over and went over all the details, I felt really good about the choice to come here. The level of knowledge and professionalism was very comforting. In a short time my car was done and it is beautiful. I have to brag about this shop on here because they really know what their doing when it comes to Corvette body repair and fiberglass repair.

I have been going to Precision Collision Auto Body Centers for a very long time. They are Tops when it comes to auto body repair. I really like that they have paint booth rentals. There have been times that I have used their facility for auto painting. The booths are well maintained and very reasonable. Jason is a real professional when it comes to auto body repair, he has decades in the business and knows how to make an unfortunate auto collision look like brand new again. I highly recommend Precision Auto Collision.

Taking my car to Precision Auto Collision for collision repair was the best choice. Not only did they take their time and inspect every detail of my repairs, they were extremely professional and courteous. I picked up my truck a few days later from the damage that was done and boy was I impressed with all the auto repair and new paint. Everything that had been smashed and needed dent removal and replacement was flawless, the paint was as perfect as it could get. I have a beautiful boat with custom paint, when it became damaged on one of our trips I was really beside myself. Not only did I need to find a pro at fiberglass, I wanted to have the paint match the rest without noticing there was a big repair. Now Im not easy to impress so when I tell you that Precision Collision did an amazing job with such perfection, Im not exaggerating one bit. To get the best auto body repair you have to ask a lot of questions, talking to different people I found that this auto body shop was highly recommended. They have a great reputation for quality body repair and excellent auto body paint in Orange and actually throughout Orange County. I was really happy with the work they completed on my truck and if I ever need any other auto body repair or auto body paint, this place is the first phone call I will make.

When I brought my damaged truck over to Precision Collision I was with the thought that no matter what my truck would never be the same. The frame was bent and most of the side had a lot of damage. I spoke with the owner in great detail and actually felt very comfortable with the solutions that were offered. It took a while to get done, there was a lot to do and I didnt want 1/2 way work.Whey they called a few weeks later for me to pick up the truck I wasnt prepared for what I got back. My truck look great, it was in pristine condition. Seriously I did not expect it to look tat good. Great job! Great service. Thank you!

I needed my car fixed but I was on budget. I had received estimates from four other body shops and they were all extremely over priced. I finally went to Precision Collision and received an estimate that was literally 60% cheaper than all the other places! It was well within my budget and I was so relieved. The repair cost was so affordable and it was ready in only 3 days! When I went to pick up the car one of the back lights wasnt working so I notified them and they told me to bring it back. They replaced the bulb and made sure I was completely satisfied with their work; which I was! I will definitely recommend this body shop to any and everyone... Excellent prices and service!

I am currently restoring a 56 Chevy Truck, it had some body rust and a few dents that needed to be fixed. I also was looking for a great auto body paint shop. I needed a lot of body work done on my Ford Ranger, its old and still runs great. I wanted the best body repair for my budget. Having Precision Auto Collision do the job was the best decision. My truck looks great, its paid for and I hope to get another 100 k miles out of it.

Finally a place that has great paint booth rentals that are clean and organized. I have tried so many other places that turned out to be a huge disappointment after walking in the door. Precision Collision has excellent paint booth rental service and they dont charge a ton as well.

Precision does excellent work. Its very hard to find a auto body shop that doesnt cut corners and jack up prices. At Precision they are straight forward with thier estimates and always top quality work. Ive had 3 of my cars here and always quality work done on them and great service. The owners are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I will continue to bring my cars here without a doubt and have the reinsurance my vechiles will be treated as if they were thier own. No cheap cutter corners here.

I normally dont write reviews, however I am so completely impressed with the body work that was done on my car that I just had to write about it. I had several areas of rot and body damage to my collector car I didnt want to have someone just throw a bunch of bondo on it so, I wanted a professional. Bad customer service. Wont honor totally satisfied slogan on shop window. Used expensive ($1000), cheap, embarrassing Fast and Furious HID replacement headlights instead of factory OEM parts as stated on company Facebook page. Prior to work done, I sent email links from US and local vendors that carry replacement Original Equipment Manufacturer headlights from the Japanese Domestic Market. Precision Collision never called/emailed me to say that they couldnt find a replacement. When I asked why they didnt instead use OEM United States Domestic Market replacement parts, they didnt have an answer. Instead pushed the blame to my father-in-law who authorized the parts while I was out of town.To remedy, I asked for OEM replacement parts. They offered to get me a quote. Wont refund, resale, or exchange the inferior products it put on my car (nevermind replacing the rare OEM JDM parts I had on there in the first place). So, no, I do NOT want a quote. I want you to fix YOUR MISTAKE and YOUR BAD PRACTICE. And since only ONE of my OEM JDM headlights was broken, I want the one headlight that was NOT broken.Issues: Bad customer service over phone; doesnt honor company slogan or the practices it identifies on its own company profile; scammed and overcharged the cash-paying private party that wrecked my car in the first place (is this what Precision Collision does to you or the other partys insurance company?); used expensive (4x more than OEM) and inferior parts; has the nerve to ask me if I want another quote.Receives 1 star out of 5 because the actual work performed was merely satisfactory.
