I had gotten into a collision and made an appointment with the shop to bring in my truck in for repairs. Paula said they were real busy and scheduled me 3-weeks out. .They fixed it no problem, did a great job and delivered it on time.

If you need your vehicle repaired in a timely manner, DO NOT take it to this business. Theyll promise you a date and then blame it on someone else. You constantly have to call them to ask for status and then hoping that someone will call you back. Would not recommend!

I had a great experience. Staff were very helpful and my car was left like new. Also I didnt mind the chips and the free soda while I waited for my car to be pulled out to the front. Great job guys keep up the good work

This is the second time Ive used Century Collision Center and Zeke has taken care of me both times. We received the vehicle (2016 Civic) which had close to 10k in damages sooner than the days they mentioned. The quality of the work is professional and theyre honest. I would recommend friends and family to this body shop.

I cant review the quality of their work because I dont have my vehicle back yet. When they got my car we were told it would be ready in 5 days. Then we were told 2-3 weeks. It has now been 3 weeks and I still dont have my car back. The estimate indicates less than 30 hours of labor is needed. There are dozens of other body shops around. Go to any of them. It has to be better.

I have taken 2 cars to this location and have had nothing but the best experience. Great customer service and the work done on both of my vechiles have been beyond me expectations. Leaving my cars in brand new condition. I will never take my car to another shop after having such a great experience at Century Collision.

I have a 1997 Jag, Black...looked old...color was faded. Took it here. They repainted n made it look new. Awesome experience. Highly recommend this place!

The staff was very nice and helpful, but the manager put a lien sale on my car and didnt even notify me after the insurance company said it was a total loss. And made me pay $160 (lien sale ) before giving me the keys so I could leave this horrible place. Never going back, and wouldnt refer them to anyone!

Ive used Century Collision Center several times for my current vehicle. I originally found them after a friend backed into my car shortly after I bought it. They were one of the body shops the insurance company recommended. I had a lot of experience with body shops prior to finding Century because the car I owned just prior was involved in 7 collisions. People just couldnt stop hitting it. Centurys location and staff impressed me right off the bat. My car came out great, so Ive used them for several other things over the years and had the same good experience each time. Aside from the clean workmanship, Ive really appreciated the straight forward and honest approach from Cesar and his team.

I was so worried about getting my car fixed, I came in and Cesar and Paula were so nice and definitely cased my worries. I didnt have rental on my insurance and they took care of me w/ a loaner car. My car was ready quickly!

Even though some 1 star negative reviews are years old they still ring very true. If you have a choice of taking it here or not i would reaserch other shops for there history of performance.

So far not very good my car has been there for 2 weeks and no estimate ! Ridiculous !

Horrible service took 4 months for a job that would have only taken a month I had to call a the BAR to have them fix my car right ! They wont do everything on the estimate would not recommend shady people will never return calls ...

Nothing else because there is no zero if I did not put it, a super bad experience they are irresponsible and no professionalism in their work they had to paint my car 3 times, and I had to come to the shop several times to be able to pressure them to fix the My vehicle, the secretary and the manager who are there and are super stupid really do not take their car to repair to that place, a super bad service, I hope and they serve my qualification and my experience with century collision center.
