Rip off alert! Brought my car here at the recommendation of mercury insurance.. Getting an appointment took two weeks and then I heard nothing from fixit auto for five days. I called them they told me they needed to see my car again – in another week-and they had not ordered the parts needed. They then preceded to tell me that they needed $200 from me to cover my deductible. However my deductible is $50. This is a very shady business and I do not recommend being involved with them.

This place was great! They did a great job on replacing/fixing my driver side door from an accident. They were on time fixing the car. Lady up front was very professional 👏. Great job guys. Thank you

Fix Auto (Orange CA) just completed a warranty repaint on my rear bumper, which they had repaired/painted in 2018. (2010 Lexus GS). A small spidery crack had appeared in the paint, and they repainted under warranty. No hassle, excellent quality work. There is no better indication of a companys character than their willingness to stand behind their work I would recommend Fix Auto Orange to anyone.

Fix Auto Orange made the process of fixing my car easy! They called me right away and scheduled an inspection. I was able to leave my car on the same day for repairs. They kept me updated on the progress and we’re able to return my car before their estimated due date. The staff were kind and friendly as well! Definitely recommend their service.

They did an EXCELLENT job replacing my hood after it was damaged by a parking lot sign. They fixed the bumper and repainted it and even polished my headlight lenses! The ladies were a dream to work with and I was kept up to date every step of the way. I definitely will go back if I ever need body work again.

Everyone was completely professional and fast. Their communication is second to none. When I got my car back (in a reasonable amount of time) it looked like it was brand new. Truly amazing!

Unbelievable. Brought my car in Monday morning. Picked up Wednesday nite. Beautiful job. Needed new front bumper and paint due to accident. Worked hand in hand with State Farm. Had rental car ready and even bright back to Enterprise. Stephanie and owner so gracious. And so reasonable. On a scale of 1 to 10. I would give Fixit a 15. Highly recommend them.

Worst Body shop ever, once they knew that the insurance will pay 60% & I have to pay 40% they stopped everything, I told them I will solve the problem with the insurance, but they refuse any solution, I got yelled at by the smart pants Regional manager of Fix Auto Orange, he called me and demanded that I come take my car as is... all broken, I even agreed to pay my 40% part and told his to start repairing the vehicles, he refused and insisted for me to go get my car out of there (he was literally yelling and blaming me and that his body shop have no needs to be in a conflict when I agreed to pay my share and calme that amount from the insurance through my lawyer) ... that raised a red flag in his mind and . Yesterday I went to pick up my vehicle (unrepaired) I noticed it was scratched from the right hand side, totally neglected, Im not sure if it was done in the body shop or was the Progressive insurance towing truck who towed it to that body shop. When I emphasized that to Fix Auto Shop they told me it wasnt them... and they cant do anything about it not they take any responsibility about it, and I should talk to the insurance company. No way I would recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent, professional service. Notified me regularly on their progress. Car ready when promised. Very knowledgeable staff, extraordinarily friendly. Would absolutely recommend their service. They even arranged my rental. Dont take your car anywhere else!!

Steph is awesome, down to earth, and 100% honest. Great communication and no pressure to bring in my truck until I was ready. Very clean shop and super fast repair thanks to the parts being readily available (Im pretty sure Stephanie had a role in that). If I ever need a body shop or someone is looking for a recommendation Im sending them here.

Conveniently located right next to a brewery near Old Towne Orange. They were fast, efficient, and above all honest! They did not know if my insurance for everything they can get. When I got the car back, the rear of the car look brand new! They also did a great job detailing it before picking it up. I am more than 100% satisfied with my service.

Someone decided to slash my tire while my car was parked in the driveway so I called AAA and they sent out Frank from USA Towing and he was there within 15 minutes and popped the spare on in a short amount of time!! He was so kind and professional :)

My car got hit in a parking garage and I needed to get an estimate to get it fixed. I called Chapparone and they were so friendly and had me come in the same day. There was no waiting and great service from the start. The guy who did my estimate even explained everything on the estimate without me having to ask.They took care of dealing with the insurance company and I did not have to do anything but drop the car off and pick it up when they were done. They experience was easy and stress-free!

I brought my 87 El Camino in for a hood misalignment problem from a past hood replacement. Joe, the manager, test drove the car, and then had Rick perform a couple of adjustments back at the shop. The adjustments corrected the misalignment. Joe said to bring the car back into the shop if the misalignment problems persisted. This shop knows older cars unlike any shop Ive dealt with previously; and noticed newer cars in their shop too.Fix Auto is the place to go for knowledgeable and quality repairs.

Went here about 1 1/2 ago to get my Nissan maxima fixed because my insurance recommended it. They did a great job. The service was fast, the staff was friendly. An the car looked great afterwards.
