The moment I met the family at RC Empire, I did not hesitate to choose them for repairing my vehicle. I was rear-ended pretty bad that I couldn’t even stand looking at my car. Isaac and his sister Emelyn were very helpful and communicative throughout the process. Their father did very well in raising hard-working mechanics! I appreciated the fact that they are a family-owned and ran business. Business is much more one-on-one and communicative. They went above expectations as they even removed a scratch that experienced body shops couldn’t even remove!! I was surprised that they went out of their way to remove it and even clean my car inside-out! I will forever bring my car here for routine check-ups and repairs. I have even recommended this shop to family and friends!

ALIGNMENT IS NOT RECOMMENDED. I brought in brand new coil-overs to be installed and get the 05 F150 aligned because I had brand new 35 Toyo Mud Terrains installed the day before. The truck was fine when I first brought it in. It now pulls hard to the right. Ive taken it back twice and still no resolution. ALIGNMENT IS NOT RECOMMENDED.

I took my Toyota Venza 2009 to get painting done which came out like BRAND NEW. Before taking my car, Antonio told me that they also offer tire and alignment service if I was interested. So, to save me a trip I decided to get my car checked. Tony, a very knowledgeable and helpful person told me I needed two tires and an alignment done. After leaving from the alignment shop I noticed a major difference when driving my car. I never thought of the difference it makes when aligning or replacing tires to your vehicle. Thank you RC Empire!!

Issac and his family are the absolute best! They were straightforward, honest, and very amiable. I was hit and run from the rear left. the damage was so significant that i had to have it towed. i was quoted 6000- 7500 from other shops for the repairs. My mechanic recommended RC to me so i had it towed from the other shop to them. Issac quoted me $3922 for the exact same repairs with all new parts. It was towed in on Monday and i had it back on Friday. When I got it back it looked perfect and they even did a complete interior and exterior detail. I will never go anywhere else and recommend all of my friends and family. THANKS ISSAC!!!!!
