Just bought a used 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe at the Olympia Titus-Will dealership and had a great experience. “Grandpa Gus” was fantastic and ensured I had a seamless experience. The windshield had a ding/crack and I didn’t have to worry about it as he and the dealership ensured it will be fixed per contract. Even got me a better loan rate than my Credit Union. Would recommend Gus and Titus-Will off Carriage Rd. to anyone looking.

Titus-Will is a good dealership. The service department always takes good care of my vehicle, and they never try to hard sell me expensive add-ons that I dont need. Jennifer the Department Manager is very visible and says hi to customers. Nice comfy waiting area with coffee!

Thank you Tyler Gibbs! I inquired about a used Volkswagen I found online, and from start to finish Tyler was attentive and a great communicator. I live about an 1.5 hours from the dealership, we did everything via phone call and text message. When I got to the dealership, looked over the car and everything was as promised. Went into finance and all of the numbers and pricing matched what we discussed. I was in and out in about an hour. I can strongly recommend.

Two hours for an oil change and I even had an appointment. Absurd. Evidently the people signing you in are also supposed to tell you when your car is ready but there was a steady stream of people coming in and they couldnt get away. I dont know how long my car had been ready, but it took me going to the guy checking me in to get it pulled out. Never again. The dealer in Tacoma has great reviews. Im going there next time even though its a half hour drive. Yeah, it will still take two hours with drive time but I probably wont be sitting in a waiting room for two hours.

The wait was a little longer than expected, BUT I had the best customer service experience ever. Nick, Im really hoping that is his name, notonly realized that it took longer than anticipated but made sure I wa aware that they were finishing up and even helped with the cost as a appreciation for our patients. We talked about my family recent move from TN and gave us ideas for places to eat locally. I usually hate going to dealerships for anything, but he has changed my opinion and I will be bringing my vehicle back as needed for care. Thank you so much Nick. You are a gem!

Brought my car in because it is burning excessive oil. Needing to add several quarts between oil changes. I’m averaging around a quart per 750 miles and it only gets worse as the oil gets used and thins out. I’m being told this is an acceptable level of oil consumption based on Hyundai’s warrant. Currently have 3200 miles on this oil change and have added 4 quarts. How is this acceptable oil usage? Service guy is nice enough but basically tells me there is nothing that can or will be done.

Drew, the salesman who helped us, was respectful of my dads masking requirements and made us both feel comfortable. After answering many questions, Drew let us go on a test drive. When we returned we were offered cold bottles of water as we started the process of buying the car. When it was time to go talk with the financier Shawn, we were again given the mask on/off option. Everything was laid out and organized. Within 3 hour the new car was mine and Drew helped me clean everything out of my trade in vehicle including moving my dads folding electric wheelchair so I didnt have to. The car was washed and shined and had a full tank of gas. I was in love with my 2005 Hyundai Tucson but the trade in for the new 2022 Kona was worth it. Titus Will made the process easier and less stressful. I would purchase another car from them in the future.

Scheduled service and recall were done in timely manner, but had problem with my request to determine cause of slow leak in tire. Even though I was very specific about the problem, the service tech only did a visual inspection . At my request they took it back for further inspection but failed to take into account that they had rotated tires and consequently inspected the wrong tire! By that time we had to leave, and now must take the car to a nearby tire shop to to fix the problem. Won’t be returning to this dealership.

These guys are classy start to finish! MY husband and I were looking for a more economical car for him and purchased a 2021 Elantra N Line. Everyone we saw there that day was respectful, down to earth, funny and transparent through the whole deal (it was an EXCELLENT deal). So, after talking it over, we returned this past weekend and got a 2021 Elantra for me as well (EXCELLENT deal). We both feel significantly more comfortable with at least the next 5-7 years both financially on the deals as well as piece of mind as the warranty alone took a huge weight off of our shoulders. Total misrepresented the vehicle in the add. No wonder it was on Cargurus for over 100 days. Sales manager acknowledged that they did, a do within what the law allows. Unbelievable,,,,and it was just flowing out his mouth like he explains this conduct all the time. Told me to better educate myself, even though I had to explain to him what premium package is. They just ad it to make the car more appealing in the pricing. Then he proceeded in telling us he, they, bought this car for $3000 more then they are asking for. Just sounded more incompetent with each word.

My husband and I have been looking for a specific Palisade and discovered late on a Tuesday afternoon that Titus-Will had it. I called to confirm it was on the lot and not in process of being sold and spoke to Tyler. I made plans to come the next morning because we were almost 2 hours away but after talking about it with my husband, we decided we better go that evening. I texted Tyler with my ETA and he immediately responded and said hed have it pulled up and ready for us to look at. We arrived shortly after 7pm and as promised it was right out front.The whole team at Titus-Will was great to work with and you could tell they worked well with each other. Our interactions with Tyler, Andrew, and Shawn in finance were relaxed and friendly despite the late start to our transaction. They gave us a very fair value for our trade in. This was the least stressful car purchasing experience Ive ever had and would drive 2 hours to Olympia to work with this team again.

Bought a brand new 2020 Sonata Hybrid SEL, and it already has electrical and sound issues! Brought it in to be checked, and techs couldn’t replicate the problem; so I was told to record the issues and send them over, so they could come up with a game plan. Issues came up again in a matter of days, so I sent them over and am still waiting for them to call me with a solution (so far it’s been a week). Also, don’t show up to pick up your keys close to the end of the day because chances are their Services department decides to close early. Luckily, the Sales department was willing to help me get my key.

I had a 10:30 appointment for my 5000 mile service. After waiting 2 hours, I asked about my car only to find out that they had not started it. Seems they had trouble with the car before mine. When I said I had an afternoon appointment they offered a car to use until mine was fixed. This was nice. However, they should have informed me of the situation instead of letting me sit there for 2 hours. They should have offered a loaner without me having to say I had an appointment so now what am I supposed to do. Consequently I give them a 2. If I hadnt been proactive I could have sat there for 4 hours for an oil change.

Not happy at all !!! I had planned on buying another vehicle next year from Titus Will Hyundai but I am not going to now. Not only did they try to take it vantage of me by getting me to buy things that weren’t needed for my Tucson. Ever since I took it in for a recall campaign. My car has not ran right it makes a rattling, grinding noise. That it never has before. Now I have to take it back to have them make it run like it did before. All I can say is they better pay for it being done. Not a happy customer at all

The only thing I was disappointed about this time was that they stopped giving away the free car wash coupons. I understand it was a management decision and no reflection on the service I received. After my truck was totaled, I found a nice looking truck at a great price on their website and contacted Tyler Surprenant, a sales manager. He said hed love to sell me the truck, but could not sell anything due to the Covid19 pandemic. He took my number and said hed call me if sales reopened. About a week and a half later, I saw on the website that they could now sell to folks with totaled cars, but I hadnt heard from Tyler. So I called Tyler back and he sent me some pictures I asked for and I filled out the credit app online. Tyler said they were busy, but would call me back in two days. After a week went by, I called again, and was told a finance manager would call me. A finance manager called later that day, I believe his name was Charlie, and he said our credit was great and it was an easy approval, but blamed a change in management for not knowing what the price had been lowered to. What dealer doesnt know the prices of their vehicles? He said they would honor the price, but would only do a 60 month term, when my credit union approved me for a 75 month term. Then he has the nerve to offer me GAP protection on a vehicle well below book value. He also let me know that there was a cash buyer also interested, but if both of us backed out, the price of the truck would be raised by $4,000 the next day. This is on a truck that had been on their lot for 260 days at the time! Pic below for proof. Dismayed by the lack of honesty, I told him I was not interested. Beware of games with this dealer.

I am very unsatisfied with buying a Hyundai at this dealership.I bought a 2015 Genesis in 2018 and does not run with only 60,000 miles on it.The problem is the ECM computer module box is dead and this is the part that controls allelectronics in the car including starting it.There are no new parts available anywhere.So a dead car, no transportation, and still owe on it.I would never ever buy a Hyundai again.

The salesman Drew never mentioned to us they were offering a 60 months no interest on new purchases. We found out 3 days later via commercial on TV. We contacted this Drew and asked why we were not told about this special. His answer was he did not want to offend us. Offend my wife said that was an amazing offer for those of us who do not like to.pay interest. WOW Looking into this, our salesman Drew only interest was making a bigger commission and slamming RobertLarson Hyundai of Tacoma where we have bought from before and were very happy with there professionalism and honesty. Drew was not honest with us ! He gives car salesman a bad reputation by his lack of information. Went to the dealership and was interested in looking at one of the new Tucsons. I was met by one of the sales associates outside and talked with him for only a couple minutes. During this short conversation, I lost count of how many times the sales person said the F word. It seemed like every other word out of his mouth was a cuss word. He then started talking badly about the Larson Hyundai dealership in Tacoma where he used to work, badmouthing a sales associate and the finance manager and blaming the sales associate their for many personal issues in his life. I was really looking forward to doing business locally but he just ruined that opportunity for me. Wouldve been my first car purchase as an adult as well.

The Recall service was fine and took less time than anticipated..however..when I got the car back, apparently the service required disconnecting the battery..this resulted in a total loss of Radio presets, Sirius settings and some saved navigation locations. Additionally the dashboard illumination was set to full ..there were several other things that required time to reset.. Nothing big but a real pain..and would be if a person were not technically inclined..

I’d just bought my first Hyundai (used) and took it to Titus Will to have it checked out. They were thorough, good with communication, and were finished when they said they would be. I’d used Titus Will Toyota for service on my previous car, so I was a little bummed that their service department didn’t have an espresso bar as my appointment was at 7am, but that’s just a minor thing.

Quick straightforward service, and they didnt try to get me to pay extra or lie about my car. I did a 60,000 mile service tune up. It was there for about 8 hours and they did a thorough job, but I think $1,200 is a crazy price. I hope its going directly to the laborers. But, I paid cash for my vehicle...I did not bring my insurance card....because I was not aware I needed it...couldnt take the vehicle without it..so. I called my insurance company and insured this vehicle..I was instructed to stay on the phone while my insurance agent emailed Shaun with the documents...to make sure he received them...He had the door to his office open and he is talking to another car salesmanabout his work out routine...his running...air squats..etc....I finally cleared my throat...he heard and checked his email....would definitely buy from TitusWill...but, not if Shaun is involved....

Came in today so that my daughter could start looking at cars. Cody and Casey were so helpful and patient. They walked my daughter through the entire car buying process and let her look at as many cars as she wanted. We both felt so comfortable looking at cars with no pressure to buy. We ended up finding the perfect first time car for her and she couldn’t be happier.

We bought our car about 10 months ago. It was the best experience ever. The sales person wasn’t pushy and the sale was done within an hour. We brought the car in for an oil change and the staff was amazing, friendly and courtesy. Best customer service! I highly recommend them!
