He listened to what I really needed in a car and what I really wanted in a car! I felt heard, and in my experience, that’s unusual when buying a car. Austyn Bryant was so helpful yesterday! He really helped us get a deal worked out for our new Hyandai Tuscon that worked for us, was incredibly friendly, and even went and grabbed something for my son to drink while we were signing papers. He was incredibly understanding of us handling a grumpy toddler during the process of signing for our car and he explained everything so well we didnt have to ask questions about the process very much. I’m really happy with my purchase. The GMC Sierra came with all the features that I wanted the only draw back that I have is that I had to purchase a second key and fab because it only had one the other thing is the chemical smell that it has when I driving it. It made my head hurt. The smell seams to be going away, but it still there after 16,000 miles. Overall I’m happy and look forward to many years of driving it.

Working with Craig was wonderful to find our Suburban. Car buying isnt as easy as it used to be, there are fewer cars on the lots and many new ones get spoken for quickly. Craig gave A+ service not only over the phone but also in person, he even delivered our vehicle to our home which is about 2 hours from the dealership! Its hard to find such great customer service nowadays but Craig and Titus-Will Chevrolet in Olympia went above and beyond, thank you!

My car recently got totaled and it was so difficult going through that experience. When I got to the dealership, my good friend Nolan went above and beyond to get the best car for me and at the best price…as I hadn’t planned on purchasing a car at this time. Sandra in financing searched high and low to get me the best rate and was extremely helpful in financial planning as well. Kevin, one of the managers, was also there to provide laughs and a good time. The whole team is AMAZING and I can’t express enough how grateful I am to have a local, honest and friendly dealership. I was not eager to buy the day I stopped in to look around. I made that clear with Craig when he introduced himself. He assured us that was not a problem, then proceeded to walk us around the lot talking us through the options. It was great casual conversation as we weighed the benefits/disadvantages of the various models, and worked to narrow down our search. This is EXACTLY what I wanted to accomplish and Craig never applied the pressure to buy that day. Given past buying experiences, I fully anticipated that he would be calling us the next day to coax us back in, but guess who ended up calling first...HA! Craig was fantastic to work with, and I suggest everyone pay him a visit.

As far as the sales side, we had good experiences with the few salespeople we spoke with, but unfortunately they werent able to get the vehicle with the features we wanted before we found one elsewhere.The Service Department however, has got to be the worst experience Ive ever had with any dealership or otherwise. There were two incidents in which I attempted to get services and both times I was turned away with no feasible options. The most recent being an issue with my truck that typically is remedied with an ECU flash. I came in and spoke with one of the ladies at the desk who told me my only option would be to leave the truck there and they would get to it, the only time frame she gave was several days. I asked if there was some sort of on call wait list because I live within 10 minutes, but was quickly told leaving my truck there in the parking lot for days was all they could do.I left and made a call to Chevrolet Customer Care where a true customer service agent was able to locate another dealership nearby that was willing to put me on their standby list and work my truck in. Granted I didnt get immediate service, but at least the other dealership was willing to work with me and give me more options.

Excellent customer service from Richard in sales. My husband was looking for a very specific truck and Richard helped us from beginning to end. The truck we wanted as it was being transported to their dealership. He kept us informed of every step from the storage, through the transport to their lot, through the sale, through the inspection and final delivery. We live in Oregon and feel he made an extra effort to keep us in the communication loop the whole time. Then the finance manager walked us through the paperwork within a few moments. Overall a very positive experience. Thank you Richard for making this happen for us!

Recently, I had a problem with my Tahoe. When I arrived at the service desk, I was professionally greeted by my favorite Service Advisor, Brian. (The phone number for Titus-Will is identified with Brians name in my phone.) Earlier that day, I had been stranded in Bellevue with a message on my car there was a problem with the coolant system. After speaking with Brian, he suggested the car shouldnt driven to Olympia so I arranged to it towed to the dealership. Long story but Im in the process of getting the problem fixed. His help and advice is invaluable. I tell everyone I know how great it is to have a GM dealership like Titus-Will in Olympia.

Although I was given a discount for services, my washer fluid was marked as full and ok but was on fact empty. My indicator light kept going off on my way home so I checked under the hood when I got home and indeed the fluid was empty. Not only that but there was a dirty mechanics rag left in the engine compartment. Not the sort of service Id expect for my Cadillac. This leaves me to wonder what other fluids were not checked yet marked as full and ok. Did they even change the oil? This experience didnt instill much confidence as a first time customer. My car was nicely vacuumed though.

Horrible! My 2016 car broke down on a road trip had to get a hotel for 2 extra days while this dealer repaired it. They said it was fixed, I paid. 2hrs later on the highway the same problem happened again and I was stranded again with my 3 kids and dog. Never offered a refund.They said a power steering failure was due to the battery cables needing to be cleaned off. Another mechanic said the cables were not cleaned and the failure was due to something totally different. Waste of time and money. Would give 0 stars if I could!

I purchased a 2013 Cadillac CTS Sport Wagon. In February 2020. It came with there life time power train warranty. Forward to July 2021, I hear a speed related sound. While seeking this annoying flapping sound which they resolved. They cleaned up what looked like an oil leak on the engine, added die to the oil, and asked that I drive it for two weeks, They rechecked for the leak and found no leak present, likely was repaired before I purchased the car. Bottom line is great service from the service writers. and the service manager. This was a pleasure to work with a very professional outfit.Thanks M.S.

Dropped nearly 90k on a new Tahoe. Barely got a thank you. Five days later, when I stopped in to retrieve some belongings from my trade-in, the salesman didnt even know who I was. I do like the vehicle I purchased. When a trade in option was discussed I was told that the trade in value would range between two different prices since my trade in was to be delivered at a later date. I was told that if the trade is was valued at a higher price they would mail me the difference. Apparently that was a false statement. When I contacted the dealership they said they said it was a miscommunication. My reply was if you don’t mean it DON’T make it. Get everything in writing is my recommendation.

Bought a vehicle from this dealer less than 2 months ago, bought an extended bumper to bumper warranty, as well as they offer their lifetime power train warranty. Started having issues with my vehicle and called Service department and they were great. But told me that neither of my warranty’s would cover the fix on my car and they did everything they could to help me out, just got my car back and they did exactly as they said, they helped and gave me the car back better running then I bought it. We recently purchased a new GMC Canyon from Titus-Will in Olympia. My wife and I have been to serval dealerships from Bellingham to Olympia for the past several months looking and gathering information. Most of the time we were met with a salesperson who was not even knowledgeable about the trucks they were selling or were un interested with us if we said we were just looking or just had questions. I am happy to say that when we arrived at Titus-Will in Olympia we were very pleased with Craig. He was very knowledgeable regarding his inventory he asked what we were looking for and what we needed as far as capabilities and comforts, asked about color choices etc. and started showing us around the lot at what he had that matched our needs. We ended up being interested in a Canyon that literally just got of the transport truck. We were unable to test drive it at that time but we were pressed for time so that wasnt a problem. Craig gave us his card and asked us to call when we made a decision or f we had other questions. No pressure just polite conversation. We were on vacation in the area so we didnt get back to him for a couple of days. When I called to ask if the truck was still available and if we could come take another look he remembered us and had the truck pulled up and ready for us to test drive. We decided to go ahead with the purchase and were very pleased with Craig and the rest of the team there that helped us with the purchase. Everyone was great.I have to say that if it were not for Craigs knowledge of product his professionalism and just being an all around great guy we would have kept looking. I had an oil change and tire rotation with a 9:30AM appointment. I was asked to go to the waiting room and they would let me know when it was ready. I sat there for two hours and finally asked the service counter to check what was going on. Two hours (with an appointment, not a drop in) was not reasonable. The lube shop said it was ready. I asked the lady at the counter that checked me in why the delay. She stated she looked for me in the waiting room and I wasn’t there. She said I was in the wrong waiting room (although she told me where to go) and she said it was finished just ten minutes ago. It was a disappointing experience. I don’t feel I got a straight answer from the lady at the counter.

As a first-time car purchaser from a major dealership, I was quite nervous going in. My old vehicle shouldve bit the dust a few years back, and I was in need of a new one. Steven L, my sales consultant, was kind and understanding the whole way. I went to get an airbag serviced because of a recall A couple of days later the airbag warning light was on so I had to take it back. I called and they set the appointment out for 3 weeks later. I was afraid that the airbag would go off, but they seemed not to care about it. When I took it back, they told me. That the airbag on the other side was the problem. They said it would take $149 to diagnose the problem. I told him that that light was never on before that until it went in for service. Anyway, I am a senior citizen. So I guess Ill just ride around with my airbag light on.

I bought a brand new, 2021 vehicle from this dealership 3 months ago. The touch screen (radio, music, phone) froze up and was non functional. I figured this would be a quick and easy thing to take care of or at least tell me what was wrong. I had to make an appointment 2 weeks out to have it even looked at! This is terrible customer service! I can understand needing appointments for routine maintenance, but for something non routine, they can’t even see you for several weeks. I did my own google search, turned off the vehicle and let it sit for 5 minutes and that unfroze the screen when I turned it back on. And apparently this is a common issue with Chevy and the service people couldn’t even suggest trying this!! To say the least, I will still be bringing the vehicle in as a brand new vehicle should not be already having problems

On June 1st I had an appointment for a routine oil change on my vehicle. Over the previous holiday weekend I discovered that I also had a battery problem. They were very willing to let me come in early to get that problem addressed. I had to have AAA jump start my vehicle before I could take it in, & it took longer than I expected fir them to come,, so I was late, but they were very patient. They quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the battery & did the oil change as well, so I was out of there before the time of my original appointment. I really appreciate how they took care of me!

The lady who greeted me was nice and she took the truck back to have it vacuumed and brought it back clean.Not so impressed with service bay. Tech spilled oil on my exhaust manifold and smoked all the way home and had to stop on the way to see what it was. Didn’t top off the coolant or the brake fluid.I am not sure why, but the tech kept using the key fob to make the horn honk on my car and knew it was mine because the lights flashed at the same time.I think that they could have done all the service in about half the time as it took over an hour. They have given free car wash in the past, but no more, not sure the price change to reflect that. Probably wil not go back again.

The process was made simple and our salesperson William Lett was INCREDIBLE in all areas of the sale. Im never going back.Dropped van off at 7:30 am. Work was supposed to be completed by 2:00 that afternoon. Supervisor calls at 2:00 to say they were sent the wrong parts.I told him to just put it back together because I had rented a car. He told me it was too late, the mechanic was going home.Why would you wait all day to ask me if it was okay?The next day I pick up the van. Overcharged $200. Grease smears on my cloth seat.

I’ve had my oil changed here for 10 years. I get a new car every other year. I’ve never paid for an oil change as they have lifetime oil changes. My car was vacuumed and got a free voucher for car wash. No appointment was needed.Then they changed to making an appointment for an oil change. It was Still worth it because of the amenities.Today I get here & I thought it was strange there were no other customers.It was done very timely & they did rotate my tires for free. However they no longer vacuum they no longer give Lifetime oil changes and they no longer give you a car wash voucherEverything had changed. No wonder I was the only one there.This is not how you treat your customers if they want you to feel special & come back.The service rep was very nice.

Started off well enough. I was testing out a few different names/models and had narrowed it down to two with Chevy being one of the two. I asked for a price to order one with all the options and had asked if they had any wiggle room on the price. The salesman told me it would he would put something together that day. Didn’t hear from him so reached out a couple of days later. He didn’t respond so I ended up ordering a truck from another dealer who was eager to earn my business. Maybe he doesn’t work there anymore? If not then the dealership should have reached out to his customers. I don’t have time or energy to chase someone down or call his managers. Only left a review because they texted me asking for one.

Salesperson Colton was extremely rude and so was the sales manager. After asking for an email for GM they told me no. Colton swore at me and told me I was wasting his time when asking about pricing details and mark ups 6k above MSRP on a vehicle I had built on the webs page. They also offered 4K less on KBB good trade in on a flawless car. Very disappointed and will not purchase another vehicle from them again!

I had to bring my car in for some recalls. It was my only form of transportation and I have a 2 month old I had to bring with me. The car didnt get done in time but they said if would be done the next day midmorning. I didnt want to rent a car out again for just a couple hours so we sat in the waiting room. At about 830 someone came out to tell me the car was almost done because the mechanic working on the car stayed longer. I really appreciate the extra time being put in so that my son and I didnt have to sit and wait too long. Thank you very much!

I always have a pleasant experience at this business. Making an appointment is efficient and simple. Walking into a clean, organized service center is great and to be greeted with a staff displaying smiles. Why? Because they are happy to see you and happy to work there! Brian is the person I deal with mostly and is always positive, answers questions to my understanding and gives me options if I am tight on funds. Brian has a welcoming demeanor you feel like part of his family. The work was done on time, they actually gave me a discount (senior), vehicle was left clean, the bill was itemized for easy understanding. I could tell a difference in how my vehicle ran (much better) as drove out of the business. I cannot find anything that I would suggest they improve on, unless it is do everything for FREE:) I give them 10 stars out of 10 stars!

I stopped by thinking I didnt need an appointment, oops! To be clear, you DO need to make an appointment and now I know for next time! Thankfully the manager was able to fit me in and boy am I grateful because I live almost half an hour away. I thought Id be there a while given the circumstances but it felt like I was in and out. An above Chevrolet average dealer service center. For me, Im thankful they have at least one service person trained on the Chevrolet Volt. Familiarize yourself with the maintenance schedule for your vehicle, as Ive experienced occasional efforts to up-sell maintenance procedures not yet required. But thats not happened often and theyre good at discussing what services are needed. Very good performance on the servicing and, it appears, the multipoint inspections. Easy to make an appointment and quick check-in and check-out. Service times seem generally speedy, too. An upgrade to their waiting rooms wifi access point was very welcome. The waiting area and its amenities are modest, but reasonably comfortable. Very good shuttle service. If you drive a Chevy, especially a tech-heavy model, you will probably be satisfied with the service at Titus-Will.

Completely dissatisfied with my entire experience with the Olympia Titus Will Service Center. Whoever Jen is (Im told she is the Service Manager) but wouldnt know as she didnt return messages left for her. Was told a message was walked over to her directly and still no response. She has been completely unresponsive. My wifes car was towed in over 30 days ago for an engine recall. During the 30 plus days, we were told nothing until WE initiated the phone call to be told yes our car would need a new engine. Prior to that message we were told to come in and pick up a rental. So we assumed that something was wrong but wasnt told what was wrong until we called in 2 weeks after them having the car.When the car was towed in we also told them that we wanted the coupler reviewed for recalls or defects as there was a loud clicking noise coming from the steering wheel. The service department said they would.Nick the only one she had contact within the service department had to catch the brunt of all the frustration, he was just the messenger but since he was the only one who returned a call he had to hear the complaints.When the car was finally done we were called and told to come in and pick up the car. My wife had to take leave from work to do so. When she got there the car was unwashed and not vacuumed. All of our other experience with other dealerships and service repairs they wash and vacuum the car upon return. Nope, not Titus.As she was driving away the clicking in the steering column was STILL THERE. She went back into the service office and told them that they had not fixed the clicking. Her response was that it WAS NOT under warranty or a recall item!!!! WE told them when the vehicle was towed in, that we would pay for that repair if not under recall or warranty. MORE THAN frustrating.So they quoted $349 for repair and the car would be available for pick up the next day Friday.Surprise! NO CONTACT Friday. We get a call 4 days later from the service department to come in and pick up the car, and the price is $100 over what we were quoted. Absolutely ridiculous! Between the two of us, we have left messages for the mysterious Jen Service manager-Ive sent a Facebook message No answer Ive gone to the Website spoke to a BOT on the chat site and of course all they wanted was a name a number because all live agents were busy. So now Im sure with this information they will be emailing me and sending information about car sales thats all. DONT TAKE YOUR CARE INTO TITUS WILL SERVICE DEPARTMENT IN OLYMPIA. We were looking at purchasing a newer car for our daughter and you can best believe Titus WILL-NOT bet getting our business!

This Chevy dealership was very clean and easy to navigate without too many people bothering you. I just had to go into the parts department to buy some swag and the guy who helped me was very nice. The lady in the back was very helpful as well. I really liked that the staff was all wearing vintage chevy swag. 4 out of 5 stars for me. Its just missing something

I am a long-term customer of this service center (17 years). Generally, I was pleased with the service. They took my car in promptly at my appointment time and they were completed in one hour, as promised. On a separate note, I am slightly disabled (walk with a cane & limp). I thought they might have noticed and offered to bring my car to the door rather than my having to walk out into the parking lot in the rain. I did not request this assistance but thought it might be a nice gesture of awareness and courtesy.

Had the money to buy a truck. Was meet by a man named Will who said he couldnt help me after I said, Id like my payments to be under 600 a month and If I dont have to spend 50k, It would be nice.I left feeling like a second class citizen at this dealership and proceeded to buy a 2021 work truck down at Mullinax ford a block away.I wanted a Chevy pretty bad too. The Sales rep seemed extremely excited about his offroad 4x4 van, not so excited about making a sale today.

Phenomenal buying experience! Drove by the dealership around 5pm and saw a nice Tahoe. Made a phone call and Colton came right out with the keys. Zero pressure. Made every concession to ensure the highest level of service. In and out in 2 hours which was amazing!! This is where it gets even better. 2 days later we took a road trip to Idaho and the A/C and rear A/C wasnt working. Made for a VERY HOT trip at 100 degrees. When I came home I called Colton. He said bring it in and well take care of it! Used vehicle, didnt charge me, car was done same day. Unbelievable! I highly recommend Titus Will. From start to finish it was a great experience. Call and ask for Colton. You wont be sorry!

Customer service was friendly. Service asked if there were any issues and I mentioned a squeak in the front when it turn the wheel. Asked him at the end what they found and he said brakes. What the ball joints and stuff. He looked surprised and says theyre good. I know for a fact I have 2 bad ball joints. I also had them rotate my tires. When I got my truck back all 4 tpms sensors werent working. I asked the guy about it and he said oh I forgot to mention we couldnt get them to re learn. When I got home I got them to re learn on my own just fine. But they made sure to give a quote for the $900 front brake job that was just done last summer.Going to 1 star. After taking the brakes off the brakes were still at 60%. Plus never heard from the manager like they said.

Had them move a truck from the Tacoma lot and move it to the oly lot. Sales rep had me do the pre approval to hold the truck till the next day for me to get it. I did not hear back from anyone. Went to the lot the next day and found out they had sold the truck the morning before. Could have at least saved me the hassle of taking the day off work by letting me know they sold the truck.

I recently had a known problem component replaced on my 2012 Duramax Diesel truck. It was the DEF heater and module kit. Apparently it fails often, and while the cost of the part was covered, the problems its failure caused to the trucks computer that left my truck undriveable was not covered, and it cost me $700 to get the resets and updates done to the computer system before my truck was once again driveable. I realize the truck is now 9 years old, but it only has 39,000 miles on it, and it has been well maintained. One should not expect failure of emission system components that result in a potential safety issue of not being able to drive over miles per hour, if you cant limp back to the dealership before it deteriorates to that point. GM should have covered the total cost of the repair since this is a known problem on a lot of these trucks for several years of production. 2010-2011 had a recall for this issue. The problem wasnt solved for 2012-13 trucks, but only owners that speak up loud enough get the part taken care of. All the subsequent damages caused are at the owners expense. Service was done in a timely and professional manner, but this defect caused expense should have been covered as well.

While I ultimately wasn’t able to purchase my vehicle through them due to extraneous circumstances, Macaulay was very kind, upfront, and straight with me with no pressure at all. The building was also very COVID compliant, and as a queer and anxious person, I felt really safe—which I haven’t at most of the dealerships I’ve been visiting over the last month. I highly recommend purchasing a car from him (and I wish I had been able to).
