Sun roof in car leak repaired - Referred by a local body shop after recently moving here and not knowing where to go. After an initial call where I described my situation and where I thought the water was coming from. John gave me estimates with different scenarios, I agreed and he came directly to my house to address the leak. There was a restriction in one of the sunroof drain tubes so he cleared it with his equipment and adjusted the sunroof glass assembly, he cleaned and dried my soaking wet car floors, sprayed a much needed mildew spray and ran a water test to finish his repair. His work came with a 45 day warranty, we have passed about 3 months and all is still well! No leak! This guy shows up in a professionally marked vehicle, with a mask and very professional and detailed about his work. I am recommending him and will call him when my next leak happens.

Was recommended by a local body shop. We called 4 times over the span of a week, 4 increasingly desperate voicemails as the rain pours through a mystery leak in our car, absolutely no reply. Any person who runs a business this carelessly should not be trusted with valuable property.

Had a leak in my CR-V during heavy rains and it shorted out my car stereo. He is based out of Olympia, but services car dealerships in Tacoma, Puyallup and other places. He came out to my home in Tacoma on a day he was visiting a dealership in Tacoma and detected a couple leaks and seems to have everything sealed now for a reasonable price.

Is there a ZERO Star score? A body shop recommended this guy because they were too busy and said he is good. I called him 4 (FOUR) times and asked him to call me. NO RETURN CALL. No message indicating he is super busy. If that is the case, then say it on the voice greeting and that it might take time to return the call. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Did a great job quickly finding and fixing a leak in our 2012 white Toyota RAV4. Very professional. Arrived right on time for our appointment. Really knows his stuff. He previously did a leak repair for a neighbor and they were pleased as well. Final price was at the low end of his estimate, and was reasonable. If your car leaks, this is the person to call.
