There was decrepency in price quoted and actual charge but it was simply a misquote by an employee and they made it ok with me.
Fixed all our issues, even though they didnt believe one of our complaints.
I took my vehicle in for routine maintenance and to replace the brakes. They didn’t do a proper alignment on my vehicle and after 3 weeks my rear passenger tire was going bald on the outer edge. They will not accept responsibility that they didn’t do an honest job nor will they replace the tire that consequently was messed up by the bad alignment job.My tires were fine and had decent tread (had current tires for about a year) until I took it in to get serviced and suddenly within 3-4 weeks of getting it serviced one tire is wearing unevenly. They are claiming they can’t prove the tire wear is from their services but also have no other explanation as to what could cause it.I’ve been taking my vehicles here for awhile, it’s a shame they don’t have better customer care when they make a mistake.
The employee Stacey is a real gem. Rude as can be. Doesnt return phone calls. When I needed a status of my vehicle I was forced to go to the dealership. As mentioned Stacey is impossible to get on the phone. What irked me even more. I just had the cabin filter change one day prior. Ford took it upon themselves to replace it and charge me for another new one. I had to go back with my receipt from the other service place to get reimbursed. Stacey never even asked me if I wanted it replaced. Not good service at all.
I found the perfect used car that was affordable. The sales consultant Rylee Norman made me feel comfortable, not pressured about the purchase. A very good experience and I would recommend this dealership. Thanks again Rylee
Do not order your Bronco here. They charge MSRP + $4k TO ORDER one. Joe Cooper off Memorial is MSRP + Doc Fee to order one. Go there. I did.
I recently bought a new 2021 F350. The process was great. Traded in my vehicle. Austin Nelson and Tyler Eaton helped a great deal. I will be buying from here in the future.
The folks here are always friendly and helpful!!!!
Never had such a pleasant car shopping experience, highly professional employees...highly recommended!
It was quick, but they could at lease reset my speed thermostat.
I was there yesterday for my first oil change because I bought my car there. I called before I drove all the way to OKC from Shawnee asking if I will be on time if I were to come around 5:30p.m. and be there around 6:30p.m., and I was told to go ahead and come and I’ll still be on time to get my oil change. But when I got there at 6:30p.m they told me I was too late, and that oil change take about 45 mins. I told them I called in before I came, and that I drove all the way from Shawnee. But what they said to me was come another time. Then I called whoever work at Customer service there, and she said “sorry, I don’t work at service, so I don’t know.” First of all if you don’t know for sure why didn’t you ask someone who knows before having me drive 45+ mins to get there. They wasted my time, gas, and mileage.
Excellent experience with John Monis and Mike Parks. They both did their best to make sure I was taken care of. Even fixed an issue on the car (That they found on their own, and at their expense) that they found after the car was purchased! Top notch guys and A+ on customer service.
I bought my mustang from the same dealership 2 months ago. During the ice storm, I hit a pot hole that seemed to mess up my front struts. When I took the car in, I was first told it was the control arm, and they would have it ready by the next day. The next morning they called me and said both struts needed to be replaced and it would be $1400, and kindly reminded me they take credit cards. I told them I couldnt pay that much and to only do one strut. They call me back that evening and say they cant figure it out and it still is making noise. They need another day with the car. This whole time, telling me they dont have a rental car I can use for the time being.... its a dealership and you dont have one car I can use? So day three without having a car to use, they finally call durning the evening and say its ready to go and is about 80% fixed.... and I actually didnt need a right strut, it worked itself out... got my car back after $900 and the clunky noise is still there... like nothing happen. So very irritated with my experience here, its reasons like this people say never use a dealership for car maintenance..
A good service manager
Their finance department are CROOKS!!!!!!! Do NOT let them rush you through paperwork be sure to READ every fine line. We have intrusted this company with multiple vehicle purchases and Linda and Mark were the worst part of the experience each time. Mark lies about a GPS tracker being something we were paying for wound up being a extra $1,300 on our car note. Then doesn’t want to answer the phone or emails requesting to show we in fact don’t want that system like he originally said we didn’t have. CROOKS!!!!!
It took about 7 visits to find where my oil leak was coming from and because of this, I was not charged a dime. They always had a brand new car for me to drive while the truck was in the shop. And I cant say enough about the service manger, Jeff. He truly cares about his customers and that is hard to come by. Im very blessed to have got to deal with him. He has my 5 stars.
At best they are incompetent at worst dishonest. I took in my 2012 Focus for a 30K mile oil change and was told Ford recommends a fuel system cleaning and transmission flush. The service rep also recommended that I have my coolant system flushed. Altogether this would have been about a $1000. I declined the coolant flush, but agreed to the first two services. A few hours later the service rep calls me and says the car is ready, but the transmission flush wasnt done because it wasnt due until 60K miles. Thats when I went online to look at the Ford maintenance schedule and noticed that both the Transmission and Coolant flushes are not recommended by Ford until 100K miles, which is over three times the range I was initially told by the service rep. A fuel system flush was not even included in among the recommended maintenance. I probably would have gotten the fuel system cleaning anyway, but I think it should not have been presented as something that is recommended, especially since there is no mention of it in the owners manual. I feel like I was mislead and will not be back to this location. On a positive note, they were very friendly while taking my money.
I like Reynolds Auto Services. You canhave the works done and get out ina few minutes. They are very Friendly, and guarantee their service for 12 months or 12,000 miles. Its time toGet your car checked for the winter.Take your car to Reynolds Ford.
Service Dept. Is top notch. Jay Cornell always gives me fair and timely assessments to vehicle service.
I used to work here, they will do everything they can to get you into the car or truck you want.
We transported a car out for Don Vanzant back on March 23rd. He promised he would pay my company after we invoiced him. 2 months later and several dodged calls and excuses, we are yet to be paid. Such a shame. I wonder if he pocketed the $600 owed as commission? Not very good business,
Great service & knowledgeable service staff!
Friendly and helpful staff
Great service,
Had so many issues with my sons 1st car I had to drop it back off within a week to get things fixed that was already suppose to and got it back and still having issues where now only a few weeks after buying it were talking about trading it in elsewhere to get him a good car. It was even suppose to be detailed twice and there were still used toothpicks in the visor.
