I would give the guys at the Oklahoma City Drive Time TEN stars if I could. Michael was a perfect salesman. He took care of everything over the phone so all I had to do was arrive and test drive. I will never buy another vehicle from this place again. They are telling me a used 2012 Chevy equinox is worth $14,000. Also they sell cars that eat up 6 quarts of oil every 1500-2000 miles. And also they sold me a car that shuts off on its own. It shut off with my wife and 10 month old baby in the car on the highway. Supposedly it passed their inspection which doesn’t say a lot about them. If you like being ripped off and paying way more for a used car than what it’s actually worth then go to DriveTime where your life or families life doesn’t matter as long as they get paid.

I decided to go a different route and was insulted for doing what was right for my family. Plus I am now getting calls for an auto warranty on a car model I only looked at through DriveTime. I reached out to them and they swore that they did not give up my information.How is it that I purchased a different car but I get warranty calls on the specific model that I almost purchased through DriveTime. I now get calls daily and this started in 2019.Email from the sale repSo we went and got that car all the way in Texas for? But alright I got you.

The ONLY warranty company DriveTime uses is SilverRock. DO NOT PURCHASE! Please save yourself the headache! On BBB they are rated 1 star! That should say enough! Decline, decline, decline! I just purchase my vehicle in December and have been without for almost 3 weeks because of the warranty DT offers. I wish I would’ve known better when I purchased my vehicle. I’m giving DT 1 star because they should be ashamed to offer such a POS warranty company to their customers!

Worst place EVER,, to buy a car,, Oh yea,, they look good, and sound good,, but I bought a Ford Focus, and they supposedly go over the cars with a fine tooth comb,, BUT,, they certainly didnt check to see if the car had MOTOR MOUNTS, to hold the motor in place,, well,, stopped hard one day, and the motor almost came through the dash,, I had to have it fixed, and had to keep paying my payments. But one day, soon after, the car wouldnt start,, i called them and told them to come get it,, now they are suing me,, GOOD LUCK,,, Id like to know who protects US,,??,, no one,, They didnt care if the motor fell out,, or GOD forbid you get killed,, they just want their payments,, and the cars are expensive,, youd do better to buy one outrite,,,, actually i would check ANY stars, but i had to..

First off, I want to preface this review by saying the staff was great. They being said, if you have your own lender and want to buy from here, fine. I wouldnt recommend going with their lender Bridgecrest. We got our car in March of 2020. We made regular payments, even when I was off work due to the pandemic. Flash forward to November of this year, fellow ran through an intersection hitting our car. It had to be towed. So far so good. Our insurance and other partys insurance agreed to get car repaired if possible, if not go from there. Before car could be taken to repair facility to get a thorough look, Bridgecrest came in and took the car to an undisclosed location to, as they put it, to protect their investment. Keep in mind, even with car sidelined, we have continued to make the payments. Our insurance company issued a check to pay for the storage fees, Bridgecrest said they couldnt accept that form of check, so a paper check was issued and mailed back earlier in December. They claim to have not received it yet. Suffice to say, I will not recommend drive time to anyone because of the experience we have had with their lender.

I spoke with Gerald the General Manager here before Christmas eve while on the road. It was getting late, but Gerald wasnt the type to leave me hanging without fully working a deal with me. Gerald took the time to get everything in place prior to my appt. Gerald was very honest and kept it real with me, which is something I expect from everyone I deal with in life. Gerald, worked my deal and got me the financing I needed with very little down. My appt was set up to finalize my contract 2 days later. I test drove the vehicle, and was completely satisfied with my purchase. Nonetheless the person I bought it for as a gift was overjoyed as well. All my questions were answered, and no gimmicks or fast talking took place. It wasnt my first rodeo in buying a car so I expected some. I never got the first line of b.s.... I was shocked and amazed. People let me tell ya, I would highly recommend this dealership and Gerald for an outstanding deal. Know what you want in a used vehicle, pay attention to their offer, and dont be pushy. Aaron was so very helpful and patient with me and made me at ease with my car buying experience. My vehicle had died so I was super stressed about having to get a new car around the holidays . But drive time was super easy from the pre approval to picking out the right car! They didn’t even mind that I wanted to take a day to think about it. We were looking for a pickup. My husband and I pulled into Drivetime, and was checking out the vehicles on the lot when Matthew Olivo came out and greated us. He was very nice and listened to all of our desires. MATT was able to deliver all but one of my husbands wishes. The transaction was very smooth and the whole staff at Drivetime was very nice and helpful. We have thoroughly enjoyed doing business with them.

I was 18 years old and visited this dealership because I saw that I could get approved for 0 down online. I did several pre-approval processes and finally decided to go in to get my car. I wasn’t expecting to get treated the way I was. I believe my salesman’s name was Justin and he was an African American male. My car listing price was only 13,099 but he coerced me into buying things I didn’t need and services that cost more. I was told I would need 800 dollars down to get into the car I wanted. I came back the same day with 800 and got my vehicle. Being the young adult I was at the time I thought it was a good deal but when I left the dealership I owed them 31,000 over the span of 5 years for a 12,000 dollar car. My oxygen sensor was not working and the dealership said I wasn’t covered for that kind of repair. I feel I was taken advantage of based on my age; the sales guy wanted his commission so it’s understandable but I was offered extras and add ons for hours and I didn’t know I didn’t need some of them. The salesman even told me I would need these add-ons. Well now they have repossessed the car and I owe 11,000 dollars on a car I don’t even have anymore and I feel taken advantage of to the point where I’m scared to go back to any other dealership. They use deceptive practices to coerce people into buying things they don’t need; my car payment was 500 a month for 5 years! I realize I made a mistake signing the papers but when you have been at a dealership all day trying to finalize papers it’s easy to be misled. I don’t believe anyone would want to pay 31,000 for a 12,000 dollar car and I think the sales rep should have known that. I also saw their recent deceptive commercial on tv saying they have what’s called a “smart approval machine” and that they approve 99% of people who apply with SAM. But ironically in the small print it says “Also, S.A.M does not approve car loans, because S.A.M is not real. That seems deceptive and like false advertisement.I want people to not be fooled when visiting this dealership. They are some crooked money hungry people that don’t care about you or your situation only to make a car sale. I wouldn’t go here if it was the last dealership on earth.

DO NOT GO HERE!!I had a great experience with the salesman. All that went great. I purchased the vehicle. Made my payments on time, every single payment period. Had no problems, until a year after purchasing my vehicle. The motor blew. The vehicle was still under warranty, and their warranty department REFUSED to pay for it. Even after sending in maintenance records on the vehicle. We’re now out the $8000 we have spent on the vehicle, as well as having to pay the rest of the vehicle in off (even though we surrendered it)Their warranty department SUCKS, and if you’re stuck with a catastrophic repair, they won’t fix it.

Aaron was a great salesman. First I had 5 stars for drive time.... Ive had the car for 2 weeks and the tire light came on. I aired the tires up and its still on. Thank God we got warranty on it because we took it to Valvoline in Yukon and found out that both of the control arms need to be replaced... Im not happy that Ive only had this car for 2 weeks and there is already something wrong with it. Supposedly they get their cars inspected in Fort Worth, Texas. How did they miss this, Im not sure. I really like this car but I am not happy that there are problems with this vehicle. They shouldve had a 2nd opinion. Especially since they knew it was in a fender bender. This car shouldnt have even left the lot.... Thankfully I caught it in time so I wont have to pay a dime to get it fixed. People, please get your cars checked after you purchase or make payments the first day you get it! This is unacceptable. This could be dangerous!

We have bought 3 vehicles from Drive Time off of hwy 240. It has been an awesome experience each time. Shawn Pearce was our first sales person years ago. He was great and has now moved into an manager position. We were not disappointed to see that he has excellent sales personnel under him now. We worked with Justin Killian this time and could not of been happier with his customer service and professionalism. I highly recommend them for your car buying experience.

My Wife and I had one of the best experiences here at this dealership. They were a very friendly and respectful staff who took their time helping us find the right car for us. They stuck to the script the had advertised and got is a great deal on a great car. The only problems we had is the car on had one key the Administrative key was missing and the car lack an owners Manuel. Other than that drive time and its staff get a thumbs up !

In the process of buying a 2016 chevy Cruze Told the salesman I smelled coolant after the test drive but we found no leaks Wrote it off to possible spillage when they checked the antifreeze. I did not smell it for the next couple of days. On day four of owning the vehicle I smelled it again. I went in and was told by drive time to call the warranty companyToday, day five of having the car, I took it to a third party for an inspection. Was informed that the engine failed the compression test. That basically means the engine will need to be replaced. So here I am less than a week later with no car, only 68k miles on the car and the engine needs replaced

From easily navigating the online inventory, to pleasant phone conversations with Brittany on the phone, and zero harassment call backs, to a great time on the lot with Shannon and Ronnie being patient with me showing up at closing time and going out of his way to Tulsa to get the vehicle I wanted, to the inspection check with JP, and finalizing the the paperwork with Vanessa, I left this awesome place with a vehicle and without a headache!

I went to drive time just to look around at cars. I was helped by Brittany the first day, we test drove the bmw and I knew that was the car. She was very helpful when it came to numbers and getting me to where I needed to be with the help of Ronnie. I went back a couple of days later to make the purchase and was taken care of by Vanessa which was equally as helpful and friendly. Very nice environment, well kept, and super friendly staff!

They are pretty good about working with my income type and even let us trade out the first car we selected two days after we bought it, without too much hassle. Be ready cause they will take there time but hopefully its to get it right. Overall satisfied and ready to take this 08 Charger for a real test drive.

Great customer service but it’s a rip off. I will never buy another car from a buy here pay here. I had a 2011 Ford Fiesta. I had the car for five years and had problems with it every since I’ve gotten it. I tried to trade it in but they wanted me to pay it down to $3000 before they would let me trade it. I have put some much money into that car it’s ridiculous. My payments with my hundred dollars a month and on top of that I constantly had to make repairs on the car. Just don’t go here. Go to a dealership or your bank. You’ll get a way better deal and a more dependable car

Defiantly go here if your looking for a car. Everyone was really helpful and nice. Zach is awesome and so friendly; it took us about 4 hours to get everything done but 2 of those hours were just spent talking to Zach. Drive time give this man his own dealership!! Zach, Dustin and PJ should be the people to ask for. Keep up the great work guys.
