I bought a truck that I cant tag because they messed up the paperwork and wont fix it When I call there is no answer and when they do answer I just get sent to someone else or hung up on I have the title that isnt completely filled out but signed and notarized so guess I will need to get a attorney involved I would never do business with them

Luis was awesome but the car lot will screw you over big time. They will charge at the highest interest rate (23.99%) they make sure you cant afford anything else but a car note. For a compact car youll pay about 750 dollars a month. The worst to get a car threw. They will help you go into debt big time. I DO NOT SUGGEST COAST TO COAST

Do not recommend! Went in and tried to buy a car, but they took advantage of the fact that I was there alone without a vehicle. They took my info, ran my credit (resulting in a lower credit score) all for them to only give me one option for a car, which was nothing like what I originally asked for. Before even coming in for my appointment...I was told that I was approved for $19,995. Why would they tell me that my only option in my price range is a 2018 with almost 90k miles on it...for almost $23,000!?! With $350 biweekly payments! When I said that was way more than I wanted to spend...he came back and basically told me that was my only option for a car. And the best he could do was payments of $318 biweekly and still over $21,000! Feeling like my valuable time was wasted and they definitely tried to take advantage of the situation.Ohhh...and the 2014 toyota Corolla that I originally inquired about ended up being in tulsa. When I told them nevermind, because Im in OKC...they said if I get preapproved then they would bring the car to okc for me to look at. They did not honor that! Very disappointed with my first dealership experience.I also find it odd that they would not let me keep the paper that they printed out for me on the car they wanted me to buy, when I said I needed to think about it.Oh and 20% interest!? Gtfo!

Be careful of this place. They talk a good game but they will overcharge you by about 10,000 more than the vehicle is worth. Go to nada.com and check the vehicle your looking at and you will see for yourself. Then they will hit you on a high interest rate on top of that. They will get you in a car for sure but you will be paying 100% more than it is worth. I didnt buy here, I went to I35 auto instead.

Was sent here by another dealer that didnt have what we was looking for. The other dealer told them what we was needing. When we got there they brought us what they wanted us to buy. They wouldnt show us or give us prices on anything but what they wanted us to buy. We asked about different vehicles and never got an answer. We was past around to three different sales people when we didnt agree to what they wanted us to buy. I will never go there again. They missed out on a definite sale because they wouldnt sell us what we wanted.

They are not a good car company they lie and tell you that the vehicle is insured but it’s not they rarely answer the phone they tell you that they have road side assistance but they don’t they lie about that then their menu says they rent vehicles but say that the building that’s rents no longer exist it was just a horrible experience for me I paid my payments only got behind on one they would add amounts to your account saying that’s how much you owe and if you don’t pay all of it your next payment they will shut your car off they don’t work with you and the manger there’s is very rude if i could give 0 stars I would don’t get a car from here their cars look nice but they have a lot of complications that come with them you can do better than this don’t choose them the reviews are bots they paid have someone say all these good reviews. If you do choose them good luck!

Trash car company do not waste your time nor money with these people. My car broke down they didnt think about getting it fixed soon told me it will be a 3 week wait for them to do it. That was the beginning of June here It is July and I still dont have my car.

Worse place to get a car from. .. He told me he would get me into Malibu for 1500 down. In the end pulled a car from the back and gave me that as my only choice!!! After taking my money and taking advantage of me he tells me in the end i could of had the malibu. He didnt feel comfortable doing the sell after doing the whole process finance and all. He offers a refund of course after all day i didnt want to go threw that after waiting to get a car all day. Unless i was going to get the malibu. 2 days later my 2017 ford escape starts riding rough and problems that im not sure about. They try to tell me they cant help til may 4th a whole month away driving a car around thats already having problems since the secone day having it. I cant ever get anyone to answer the phone or helped me. After offering a refund and me wanting to do it two days later. He claims he didnt do refunds after offering it. This place is crocked.

Lets take the time to be serious a 4.4 rating is really unnecessary for this lot! They have overpriced vehicles on website dont show prices they make you submit or willingly submit information run credit for approval amount you qualify for! Then when you get to the place everyone is busy run back and forth talking basically give you the run around. Ive bought numerous cars and trucks and I tell you stay away from this place cars have repairs and touch up paint globbed on!

I got sold a death trap by Nick. 5 days after receiving the car, it start acting up. The next morning, I took it to a mechanic. There were things zip tied and got glued under the hood. His exact words were he cannot believe someone sold me this car in good conscience. So, I took it back to the dealership where I was not helped. So, I continued to just try to deal with the problem while I saved money to have a real mechanic fix it. Unfortunately, that all halted when my car broke down on the interstate and I was almost hit by a semi going 70 mph. My children were in the car and it was literally the most terrifying moment of my life. I put our lives in Nick’s hands and this is what I got. The car shut down and I completely lost any power steering. I had finally had enough so I went to contacting everyone and anyone I could. Throughout this whole process, Nick did everything he could to be as worthless as possible. He refused to give me any names or phone numbers of people I could talk to. Anyways, the dealership FINALLY took my car back for repairs. They had to tow it. They had it for 12 days. I went and picked it back up yesterday and of course on the way to work this morning, on the highway, going 75 mph, the car did the EXACT SAME THING. The engine completely shut down and I had to do my best to get pulled onto the shoulder without being hit. I’ve reached out to Ashley this morning who has been helping me the past couple of weeks but have yet to hear back from her. If this situation doesn’t get resolved peacefully and quickly, I’m hiring an attorney and taking my story to News Channel 4’s ‘In Your Corner.’All I wanted was something reliable to get me back & forth to work. Instead I got a car myself and my children are not safe in. If I were you, I would stay as far away from this company as possible. Sincerely. Heed my warning. Stay away!!!!! Don’t do it. They do not care for your well being or safety. They’re just in it for the money. I added a photo of the zip ties their “service department” uses to rig cars.

I had the best car buying experience to date at coast to coast motors the one located off I-240 and western. I spoke to Ana over the phone she was straight forward about everything the cars available and the whole nine. When I came in they were friendly, Ana greeted me right away, we got right down to business. She helped me find the perfect car, great condition, low miles, tires and interior was in immaculate condition. Very satisfied with the service. Thank you guys!!!

I absolutely love the Car they got me into and they worked well with everything that was going on with my work and unemployment from the Covid-19. I’ve had other cars with them and they always do what they can to help.

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. On November 2, 2020 the vehicle I purchased was wrecked by another vehicle. I was told if I purchased CPS insurance through Coast to Coast, they would fix any damages to the vehicle. They never informed me I would still pay a $1000.00 deductible and not provided a loaner during repairs. I dropped my vehicle off in December 2, 2020 for repairs after waiting 30days for the other parties insurance company. Not only did Coast to Coast not fix the vehicle after having me drop if off, they let me transportation less for any additional 30 days. I was still making the payments. I was not allowed to have my personal body shop repair the vehicle. After 2 months with no vehicle I purchased a new vehicle and Coast to coast placed their vehicle on my credit as a repo.Everyone here at Coast to Coast Motors I-240, are GREAT. The salespersons and branch manager went way above beyond expectations to get me approved and in a New vehicle today. They gave me more for my trade in than it was worth, so I could have a $400 down payment, they stayed way past hours of operation negotiating with the finance department for my approval. I am grateful for such wonderful people and their customer serviceI highly recommend Coast to Coast Motors I-240 to everyone, with challenges looking for easy appoval and a great reliable vehicle.Yulonda Chrystal

They are very rude here and have horrible attitudes. for instance, i asked my sales person why my down payment went from $1,000 to $1,800 and he responded with, can you pay it or not. i decided to get a cash car instead. someone from the dealership called me and asked me why i decided against going through with the sale. once i told him, he got a real bad attitude. clearly upset. then i got a call today and got asked the same question and again the person kind of had an attitude. If you want to buy from coast to coast, go to the shields location. they are very professional. even once i told the shields location i no longer wished to go through with a purchase because i found another vehicle, they were very professional. all im saying is youll have a much better experience at the sheilds location.
