Wonderful customer service through the service dept!! I give 5 stars and I do not give those stars easily. I know these guys have to deal with a lot - on a daily basis. It takes very special people to do this job and do it well. Ryan does a wonderful job!!My older Range Rover had some major work needed and Ryan in the service dept kept me informed every step of the way. It took awhile because we had to wait on car parts/shipment. Ryan put my concerns at rest with his ongoing professionalism and commitment to excellent communication.Thank you Ryan for taking care of my car and keeping me well informed during the process!! Bought a vehicle out of state. Took it in to get navigation set originally. Had the opportunity to meet some great people. Mr. Monroe, Dylan, Ryan and Karl took fantastic care of my needs. My wife got a nail in her tire, and the tire was unrepairable. The service dept. didnt have any availability to schedule us, but told us we could drop by, and they would fit us in somehow. Not only did they fit us in, they made us feel like we were the only client being serviced that day. I was blown away when I bought the car by how well we were taken care of throughout the process, and how refreshing it is to feel the same way the first time we needed their help to fix a problem with the car.
Excellent and fast service. I was happy to find that they didn’t try to upswell anything that wasn’t needed. Everyone I came in contact with was very polite and pleasant. I received a nice courtesy car to use until my car was ready. When I picked up my car, I was very happy to find that it was cleaned and vacuumed as a courtesy. I went to the service dept. on 9/16/21 for service on my 2018 LR Disco...I had not used this service dept in past. I was in a rush to have my 65,000 mile service and my check engine light serviced prior to heading to East coast that weekend for an unexpected visit to care for ill family member....The service Manager, Ryan, immediately offered to assist me as it was lunch time and less staffing at that time. He listened to my concerns and hurried to see how he could help me drive safely to care my son who is a wounded warrior. Not only did they get my vehicle in and serviced but washed it as well. Ryan took time to explain everything to me and gave me his card should I have any concerns while traveling! I can not say enough great things about the impeccable service provided to me! My experience buying a car here was incredible.My sales man can’t remember his name but was absolutely great, made everything so easy and perfect.Since then I’ve had coolant issues with my vehicle talked to a service manager over the phone first timeHe told me sometimes it happens and to bring it and they will top it off, if it continued to occur then I’d need to bring it in for further evaluation. But told me to reach out to him when I call.Well I’m having coolant issues AGAIN which is not anybody’s fault per say, but I’m extremely angry and upset that I’m told they have a certain date to fix my car and I agree to that date, then a message is taken down for the service manager to call me, didn’t hear anything for 2 days, I decided to call again, they take down my name and number again still don’t hear anything for another 24 hours so I decided to call again.I leave a message on the managers voicemail this timeBut the lady tells me the appointment date I was told is gone and wasn’t saved for me so now I have to choose another date.. problem is I have already taken off work for the first date. I asked the lady if there was anyone we could talk to about the issue since I had to put in notice to take that original day off… she said no nothing we can do, but you should take this new date or it will be gone too, we’ll I can’t just keep taking days off. I would of never thought this is how you do business but I guess it is. So mad, I didn’t even schedule another appointment because now I don’t know when I’ll be able to take another day off. If I could give no Stars because of this issue I would have.

Colton (Sales) and Madi (Finance) were a dream to work with! I called ahead to let them know I wanted to come look at a Lexus they had and Colton actually had it pulled up front for me and ready to go. I didnt have to wait around for them to find the truck. (AHEM Mercedes, BMW) I was in and out within 2 hours! Madi in finance also treated me with respect and was a true professional. He worked hard to get me the deal I wanted. Best finance experience Ive had by far. I was by myself and Colton offered to drop the car off at my house for me right away! I have a solid truck that they serviced really well before offering it for sale. 15/10 Buying experience.
Our salesman, Josh Nambo, was excellent! Finance office superb as well. Josh showed us everything available, took his time with us, let us drive everything (even multiple times) and found us exactly what we wanted. No pressure, no nonsense. Definitely highly recommend them!
Do NOT buy a vehicle from this dealer. I purchased a used vehicle and also the extended warranty after promises were made for coverages that were false. After confronting the sales manager, I was promised a refund and after numerous attempts to communicate and receive a refund over $2,000, I have yet to hear a single word and they have kept the money and causing me to pay interest. Criminal in my opinion. Find a dealer that cares about its clients and level of service and not this one that won’t communicate or return money that is due.
Another great experience at Bob Moore Land Rover! I’ve been going here for service since I purchased my vehicle from them and they always treat me fair and honest. Admittedly, they sometimes get busy, but I’ve witnessed first-hand their urgency and desire to please their customers. Special shout-out to the service department! Get these people some raises Bob Moore, they deserve it.

Took my 2020 Range Rover to an appointment that I waited at least a couple of weeks for. When it came time for the apt. my car was there 5 days and I was told it was ready to go. I picked it up only to find out it had the same exact software issue. When I drove right back to the facility after calling immediately they sent out a young man that said oh yes we’ve had three or four people come in the last month with the same problem. We do not know how to fix it. I would give a one star but it is nothing detrimental.
In comparison to the Land Rover in my hometown in Florida the service here is at best mediocre. When I called in for 3 different services one of them wasn’t annotated and instead of apologizing or trying to come up with a way to resolve my problem they dismissed it and never responded.
I am so impressed with Land Rover of Oklahoma City! Their service department does a great job and they are very easy to work with. I would especially like to commend Dustin Crank for going well beyond what is expected! Thank you so much!!
I previously left a 5 star review, but now their true colors have came out once I signed on the dotted line.1.) The ad said the pre owned F-Type I was purchasing was Certified. (I kept a copy of the ad) and told it was a one owner car. When I asked about the 7 year 100k mile warranty I was told the car was previously sold as a CPO, but not by their dealership and they think there is some warranty left. Welp this means its a 2 owner car IMO.2.) I come from another luxury car company and every CPO car I have ever purchased comes with 2 keys. I got one with mine ($500 for a second if I want one).2.) The finance department forgot to give me a copy of the deal sheet with my loan terms when I left the dealership. (I live out of state mind you and had just drove a uhaul with my trade in inside it for 12 1/2 hours). I have made a couple of email attempts, a couple of text message and a phone call to retrieve this document but have yet to receive them.3.) Now I am back in my home state I took the car in for a once over. The tires are below the minimum wear line (safety issue) and the front brake pads are also below the minimum wear line (also a safety issue). So after just buying a car from a LAND ROVER DEALERSHIP, not Joes used car lot (Sorry if your name is Joe and your reading this) I have apx ($3,500 in parts to buy and labor costs on top of that, the car has Ceramic Brakes), I still have no deal sheet and no one has made an attempt to send me one.4.) After getting the carfax report I am communicating with the original dealership that sold and serviced the car in California. Thank goodness they have went above and beyond to help me. They told me a complete service history of the car over the phone. They confirmed it was a CPO and has the remainder of the 7 year 100K mile warranty from the CPO date of 2016 and have contacted the DMV on my behalf to confirm if it is a one or two owner car. They also let me know Jag covers the first 5 services (Mine has had 3) on an annual basis, so that just saved me the cost of 2 services. Why Land Rover Oklahoma didnt share this useful information with me just blows my mind. I drove 12 1/2 hours to purchase this vehicle from them and in the future was going to buy a second vehicle as my wife has been eyeing an F-Pace. I think we will have to take our business elsewhere after this experience.5.) I am contacting Jag Corporate office on Monday with my issues to see if they can offer some assistance with my deal sheet and the safety issues Land Rover Oklahoma send the car out with. Ill update the progress as it unfolds.Follow-Up: I appreciate the reply but over the phone you said you would look at it and discuss with your maintenance team. What I need is not to look at, but to correct the mistake. Here are the same pics I sent you. As I put my entire savings down as my down payment I will buy a tire a month and then save for the brakes, the battery and then tackle the rust issue in the boot. Maybe by fall I can enjoy the car.
I would never recommend working with this dealership. I inquired about leasing a vehicle, which I have leased, and bought so many vehicles over the years. I submitted my application yesterday morning. The salesman tells me that it will be awhile, but I will have the business manager call you. He calls me, and I give him my information. He finally calls me back at 6pm, informing me that he can’t get approved on a lease, but if I’m willing to purchase the vehicle we can get it done. Then the next day he calls me, and says I’m sorry I can’t get it done. Don’t lie, and deceive people. When you discovered that I am African American everything changed. Please do not do business with this dealership.
This makes our 7th Land Rover from Bob Moore. Monroe has been our salesman for each of these vehicles. His professional approach and honesty are unmatched. The General Manager always makes it a point to come say hi as well. The new showroom is well done and inviting.
All I will say is if you want to buy a car from this place you need to ask for Monroe as your salesman. My experience with Jeff Ivison once getting there was not pleasant. He was very eager and short when I asked questions. Jeff told me there were things that they could do via text and phone that once I got there I was informed from the older gentleman in finance were not true. I was approved but I felt that the rude service and misinformation I received from the car sales man and the pushy service I received in finance was not worth of a deal! So even though I won’t be back I would still recommend if you want to buy from this dealer you ask for Monroe. He was very helpful in explaining things about the cars for the brief time I got to speak with him.Also for the older gentleman in finance I ask that you understand if a person says no more then twice you stop pressing for then to buy your warranties. It comes off that your more concerned with getting your bonus from the purchase than the person wanting to buy the “just in case” warranty.
The staff at Land Rover OKC was amazing! We were greeted with a smile and great personality from the lady at the front desk (didn’t catch her name!), Jordan was awesome and sold us a 2018 Range Rover at an awesome price! They gave us above KBB value on my Durango and John our Finance guy was awesome as well!! I highly recommend buying a vehicle at Land Rover, they have reasonable prices!

If I could give zero stars I would. I had my car towed 10 days ago (only bought 5 months ago) and for the past several days, I’ve been told my car is next to be looked at. It’s been 10 days and they haven’t even looked at the car to diagnose the problem. I’ve called almost daily for an update to be told I would be called back, they do not respond to calls most of the time. Mr Crank did not tell me when having my vehicle towed this would be an issue, instead he tells me to tell the delivery driver to bring it directly to him and he would be waiting. Every day they are behind, someone quit, they are over worked another problem occurred or it’s with the technician being looked at, for someone else to tell me it isn’t and hasn’t been looked at yet. If I had known this before, I would have taken it to another shop. I’m a single parent nurse that’s working in a pandemic and on the verge of losing my job over this. Upset is an understatement.

Worst land rover experience and dealership i have ever been too I went to Oklahoma land rover bob Moore because a part fell off my range rover driving across the states coming from New Mexico i purchased the parts from the parts department and those people were awesome then I took the parts to the service department and thats where this experience started they installed the a piler that fits next to the windshield I bought every part and clip they said I needed and they never installed body mounts they never installed the clips that hold it in place in in door seal when I called them back at service department to ask why what they told me is they didnt know and for me to stop my 4th of July trip to take it back to Bob Moore land rover so they can fix there mistake but there was no mistake when I paid my hard earned money for land rover quality and performance needless to say I couldnt go back and stop my vacation to have them fix there shabby workmanship
If you purchase anything from this group or any dealer USE YOUR OWN FINANCING! And do not EVER use bbva to finance a vehicle.It’s a well known practice that auto dealers get “INCENTIVES” when they get to use one of their lenders and not the customers lender, in other words they get money back when you use the auto dealers lender!Also, I will take the blame for not doing my own research but the VEHICLE I PURCHASED FROM bob moore HAD A CARFAX…THE VEHICLE I PURCHASED FROM bob moore HAD BEEN WRECKED!!!Truth in lending. TILATAKEAWAY: USE YOUR OWN FINANCING/LENDER to purchase a vehicle! And do not trust the dealers, no matter how upscale!!

I have never experienced such a straight forward and honest car sales man. I always dread the back and forth and every thing that buying a car includes. Today my thoughts have forever been changed by Jeff Ivison that sold me my car. I also have to say that Mac the finance guy was great as well. We all know how much we dread how long that takes and it was pain free! I can no longer say buying a car is like going to the dentist! I will return for sure.
Purchased a 2020 Land Rover July 15, 2020 from out of state.I paid my sales tax and registration fees to the dealership.I continue to request 30 day temporary tags, since they continue to expire month after month. As of today, 11/28, I once again have expired tags.Ive been patient and understanding. Im always told theyre working on it and will follow-up. The only follow-up I receive, is me contacting the dealership again requesting a resolution.I would not recommend buying from this dealership if you are from out of state.I am beyond frustrated.....
My service for car maintenance was outstanding. There were a couple of issues from a computer update but they got me right back in to fix the glitches. Overall, very friendly and professional.
I’ve purchased at least over 15 luxury cars through out my life! Range Rover of OKC has to be the BEST DEALERSHIP EVER! I’m from Houston and none of the dealerships here can compared! I’m glad I drove almost 8 hours to pick up my car. Kaden my salesman was awesome, very helpful always on top of everything for me. They also listed my vehicle at a lower priced then what was supposed too by $3,000 bucks, but they HONORED the listed price for me. They also honored my trade in value!! Most dealership honestly don’t give a damn about honored jack sh*t.. overall I am very very happy doing business with them and would love to do more businesses with them in the near future! Check engine light came on. They told me to come on in and they would check everything out for me right then. They quickly let me know what the problem was, and they helped me get a service date scheduled. Absolutely the best customer service.
Car not operable. Can’t even look at it for at least a week and don’t have any loaner cars. Have owned several luxury cars and never had trouble getting car in or a loaner car. This issue with them has gotten worse the last couple of years. Will keep me from purchasing another Land Rover.

Apparently there was a miscommunication about the need for a service vehicle. We drive 85 miles to the dealership and they needed our vehicle 5 days to complete the repairs. After we complained, they had a vehicle within 20 minutes :). Other than that, everything was wonderful, our service advisor (Dylan) was great!
Injector #1 went out at 23k miles. They can find any reason to void warranty and they did. They wanted $17k to install a used engine. I did it myself for $3k. Took it to them to fix a coolant leak & charge up AC. They said it would be a couple days. It’s been 3 weeks and the owner (my daughter) is returning to college without a vehicle. The communication between service leaders and owners are non existent. I highly recommended Johnson’s of kingfisher or Seth wadley of Paul’s valley but not bob moore.
Great place and great people only issue I have is service, its takes a week or longer with your vehicle with no rental. 2nd experience and each time they had my car a full 7 days . Ie system update.....
Good/easy experience. But they should have washed the car we purchased before picking it up. The little things can make the biggest difference.

This is my fourth visit to this dealership, and this is by far the best service I have had during those visits. The service advisor Dylan went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions were answered and that all work was completed to my satisfaction. The previous advisors did not seem to want to take the time to find answers to questions I had and did not take the time to make sure work was completed satisfactorily, which is why I had to return twice after a routine service in the first place. I was so surprised with the difference in the way I was treated that I asked if I could only deal with Dylan from now on. He is the reason this review gets five stars, because if I was taking into account previous visits it would be much lower. So thank you! I appreciate all of the work you did and the fact that you took time to make sure I had everything I needed. And a thank you to the mechanic who went over my car very thoroughly to make sure that repairs were made and it was good to go. It was an awesome team this visit and I hope you guys get the recognition you deserve.
I have to say I have considered never owning another Range Rover again purely because the people at their dealership especially this dealership are nightmare to deal with. The car is a dream (minus the software glitches) but the unprofessional, discourteous lot you have to deal with to get ur car serviced is utter BS! Also forget getting a loaner while ur car gets serviced... oh and trust them to NEVER return your messages.
I have never went anywhere else for service prices are what I expected but can not complain about the exceptional service and guarantee that vehicle will be completed by the promise they make. timely repairs and turn around one to two days and like always complimentary vehicle is almost always available unless it is short notice. great job to all of the service staff shout out to mike
Everyone service advisor works as a team, they all jump in to help right away if your advisor is with someone else. They are so professional and are the most helpful group of people Ive ever encountered at a dealership. I still have to say that Dylan is the best!
Well .. I was told everything was great on my car after taking it in for scheduled service.. then week later I started noticing road noise then my engine light came on.Im taking it back in tomorrow, I hope its not something they missed then I drove it for a week making that something worse. Ill see how to answer on the next survey.
I purchased a car almost two months ago from Bob Moore Land Rover in OKC. So far, it has been the worst experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. I still have no title paperwork and was informed after my FIRST temporary tag expired that they were still fighting with Chrysler Capital to get a lien release from the previous owner. I dont know how you can sell a vehicle where the lien hasnt been released yet. That being said, the finance guy Jozef has told me 3 different times that they are supposed to get the documents by a certain date and he will keep me updated on whats going on. The only way he KEEPS ME UPDATED is if I call or text him first and then he ends up telling me the same thing over and over again. Not only can I not register the vehicle, I am already having to make the payments on a vehicle that I havent seen any proof of ownership with my title. I am also refinancing with a local bank and that process has been delayed because of the dealerships lack of effort to provide me with the paperwork that I need. Also, when I went to pick up the vehicle, the salesperson walked me over to the finance department which was in a different building. He told the finance director that I was there for my appointment (I drove from Amarillo) and I sat outside the finance department for over an hour and watched multiple finance managers sit at their desks on their cell phones and had multiple other employees walk by without asking if I needed any assistance. I had to walk back over and get the salesperson and request he come with me so I could get someone to assist me with finalizing the purchase of my vehicle. He then proceeded to apologize and said he didnt know I was there. If you are not looking to spend $200,000 on a sports car then do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. The customer service is absolutely terrible!!
I loathe the whole process of getting a new car and Kaden Goodwin made the experience go very smoothly and much more enjoyable than my expected experience! He found exactly what I was looking for and walked me through options very clearly. I left not feeling swindled, but that I got a great deal on a car I truly wanted. He has also been very helpful in explaining to me all of the ins and outs of the thousands of features of this vehicle and showed me how to set it up to best suit my needs. Since day 1 we took our car home we began to have problems, battery died and had to jump start 3 times and figured out it was a burnt fuse that should have been taken care of at dealership beforehand. Next, our headlight went out and when I took it to a different dealership they gave me a price for 1500 for a headlamp and recommended I take it to original dealer since we had only 10 days with the vehicle, went back to landrover on our times off of work and we were always given the run around just to be given a number to call and see if they can go “half” on our $1500 bill when it was something that should have been taken care of by dealer considering we have not had the vehicle for more than 3 weeks. Asked to speak to sales manager Brandon? hoping he could give some help and all he did was take a copy and did not seem concerned about my problem AT ALL also did not hear back from him. Very upset having to spend so much money on a new car we have not owned for more than 3 weeks. Absolutely do not recommend. First and last time doing business here. Forgot to mention each and every time I came by the dealer I was ignored and walked past by many sales associates and even a manager many times with out being acknowledged.

Zero stars would it be possible. Quick recap: Tues drive 40mi to dealership to look at used Mercedes. Tell them Ill buy the car, priced advertised as acceptable, but want to find out why tire pressure light is on. Even offer deposit to hold it until next day, they say they dont do that. Weds return with kids in tow, offer to have mechanic come to run code to see how large an issue it is. They offer to get it into service ASAP and let me know what they find. Nothing Thursday or Friday. I send text to salesperson Sat asking if weve got a miscommunication. Nothing that day, closed Sunday and going onto their website Monday morning to double check VIN for insurance company see its been sold.My thought is theyre either incompetent, distrustful or decided I want worth the effort. Sorry I wasnt dressed well enough or had the nerve to ask if Im facing merely a leaky tire or $3,000 repair. Ill stick with incompetent given the number of positive reviews, but guarantee Ill never recommend your dealership.
Ronnie and Mak were awesome. I worked a deal over the phone as I live out of state. They gave me a fair price on my motorcycle trade in and a great deal on my F-Type R. After a 12 hour U-Haul trip with the bike I was in and out in about 30 mins. Couldn’t be happier. Very efficient team and great communication. Thanks guys. This is the worst service department I have ever had to deal with. I bought a new set of tires with warranty and have spent the last few weeks trying to get them to fill out the paperwork to get new tires.I have called multiple times with a promise to get a call back and never have.To much bad to say to put in one post.Terrible terrible terrible service!!!!!!!!!!
