Bit of a wait but there were others ahead of me so I didnt mind considering he made sure to still keep my paperwork going as much as he could while I was waiting. Definitely helped me out alot!

Manny is the worst car salesman. I’ve had my car for two months and already had to get multiple things fixed. They sent my tag two months late. I’ve had to go up there to get new written tags because mine had expired. Since the title was sent so late. I had to pay the penalties even though I had just received the title. I would not suggest this place to anyone.

I just purchased a 2011 Ford F-150 and it was so easy and fast. Manny helped get me financed and taken care of. He made sure I was truly interested in it before actually putting me in it. He was very caring of he was the nicest car salesmen I’ve ever dealt with. He showed me the entire truck and went over all the paperwork and explained any questions I had. Manny posted a truck on FB. I asked about price and mileage about this truck. He sent it to me via FB messenger. I told him I had plans the following day but we would like to come look at it if they still had it in 2 days. I asked for the VIN. He sent that to me. The morning of the day we were going to go see the truck I look at the dealership website and it shows the truck that Manny and I were talking about has 15k more mileage then he told me it had. I send him a message asking about it and he told me that I asked about a red truck. But he clearly sent me the information on the silver truck that I asked about... everything but the correct mileage. I told him he is giving false info to people. He denied that (I even sent him screenshots) and he blocked me! Just make sure you do your research before buying from this dealership!

Do not purchase a vehicle from yes Auto they sell lemons. I messaged Manny from Facebook because he posted that he had a Dodge Durango for sale and he told me to come in and all I had to do was put $6 to $700 down but when I got there there was no Durango. They Literally had 6 cars to choose from. I gave Manny the benefit of the doubt even after he lied to me and purchased a ford fusion. He said it was the best car on the lot and in 3 months he would get me into a SUV all I had to do was make my payments on time. I Paid $1300 down and drove off the lot. The next day the car started running hot. Their mechanic said it was the water pump and that they would fix it. 1 month later. I drop off the car to get a water pump and he said it shouldnt get hot again. It stayed cool for 2 days and got right back hot. He didnt even replace the pump he just replaced the fluid tank. And to top it off I still havent received my title. They say the sent it in September but I have yet to receive it. My paper tag has been expired since 8/17/20. They finally gave me a paper copy of the title last Friday when I went in to make my payment. Now their saying that its a motor issue and the heads are warped. They want me to pay for it. They knew all along which is the sad part. PLEASE DONT BUY A CAR FROM YES AUTO. THEY ARE SHADY SALESMEN AND THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I REGRET IT BIG TIME. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID.

I’ve bought my car almost a year ago and I’m absolutely in love with it, and when I bought it he told me if I referred somebody I would get money for it . So I referred a friend of mines and she got her car ! They told me I had to wait a few days before everything can be processed. So I did . But I was still getting the run around I’ve been calling everyday and went up there and they keeping telling me “oh we just waiting on the manger to write out your check” or “he will call you when he get in he just step out “ so not only I keep “missing the manger” I haven’t received not one call on what’s going on, when all he had to do is write it out so I can just come up there and pick it up (I’m already eligible for the money ). Very disappointed on how unorganized and inconsiderate the businesses is !

Anyone smart know to check KELLY BLUE BOOK, AND BRING A MECHANIC. BOTH OF THE CARS MY BROTHER TEST DROVE DID NOT HAVE ANY GAS, ONE EVEN RAN OUT. THERE WAS ALSO A SERVICE LIGHT ON. DEALER SAID HE WOULD TAKE $300 OFF FOR THE LIGHT BEING ON.

My son picked a car off the lot. We test drove it and loved it. Manny quoted us a price of $9600. Then when he got info back from the finance company, he started telling my son the terms of the loan. I told him that I was a visual learner and would like to see the terms in writing. So I walked around the desk to look at the computer screen. The actual price of the car was $11,900. When I questioned him about it, he said, Thats how much hell pay when the interest is added in. I said, That needs to be changed. The price of the car should be listed and interest added on a separate line. Otherwise you are charging him $2300 more for the car plus interest. He called the finance company back and then gave me a lame story about how he quoted me the price if the wrong car. This place is a scam! They are preying on people who cant get loans anywhere else and are not versed in financial skills. I can only imagine the number of people who got in a car but have no idea how duped they actually are. Dont trust these shady, lying thieves.
