Small garage run by a respectful guy who tells you whats really going on, not in it to steal your money they just want you informed. No matter your budget or situation theyll at least tell you what you need to know, even if theyre not making money off the advice. Very helpful!

Took my car here to diagnose what felt like a loose wheel above 60mph. After driving it for a bit the mechanic told me he believed it to be a bad axle and while he couldnt be 100% sure that was the issue he was 100% sure it would be covered by the still in effect powertain warranty and that I should take it to the dealer. Didnt even charge me for the time he spent on it. 5 stars for honesty. I will be taking my vehicles here for their (not-covered by warranty) maintenance and repairs.

We were in from out of town and I had my infant with me, they were able to help us get going again that day and they were both really kind. Couldnt find it. Building looked abandoned so I just went to the auto shop next door. Unfortunate because they were recommended too. Get a sign or something that says the business name and where customers can enter pls.

They do good work, are fast and friendly, and theyve been doing it a long time. As a former smoker and a mother of small children, I was put off by the mechanic smoking inside. But if you yourself are a smoker than this is a five star rating because that means you dont have to go outside to smoke.

I took my Honda Civic in for a new motor mount at around 5:45 pm. One of the mechanics, Bill, was able to quickly diagnose the problem and it turned out three of my motor mounts where bad. I know enough about cars to know Bill was shooting me straight.They called around for parts and were able to start working on it around 10 am the next day with a quote for $645 for all three mounts. They had the job done around 3:30 pm that day. It turns out one of the mounts was slightly higher in price (due to only being available from the dealership) and my new total was $700.I went to pick up the car and met with the owner, Herman, who showed me my worn out motor mounts and was very friendly. In fact, Herman knew my name and remembered it which is always good customer service. Herman handed me the keys and said they had it all cleaned up and ready to go. To my surprise the car was fully washed and detailed - which was impressive because it was pretty filthy when I dropped it off. Turns out any customer spending more than $500 gets a full wash and detail.I drove away with my car running great and looking good. I was very happy with my experience and will definitely call Herman for all my future repairs.

They very professionally and accurately fixed a major engine problem for my wifes 2012 Malibu while also very articulately going over the details of the problem and what they did to correct it. Replaced my husbands timing belt & a few other pieces, it was expensive but way more affordable than a chain mechanic, and the car runs like new. Has helped me twice with small things (diagnosing engine light, fixing bent wiper blade arm) FOR FREE, even after I offered to pay. Great guys who guarantee their work, and the repairs are fast. Ill go to them first every time!

Bill replaced my engine. My vehicle is 18 years old, so there is always some small thing going wrong. Multiple times I have taken it in, only to have him jump in my engine compartment immediately, find a loose clamp, gasket, etc. and replace it immediately and send me on my way. His prices are fair and his time estimates are reliable. He has earned our business on all major repairs.

Had gone to 4-5 body shops with a terrible rattle in the back of my car every time I went over a bump. No clear diagnosis for what was wrong. I was told shocks might be compromised and need replacement. At Pro Express, the mechanic was able to diagnose a loose caliper in a matter of 2 minutes. No exaggeration. Fixed the issue in 5 minutes. Awesome is an understatement!! My ac isnt working in the front of my Escalade. I took it to this new, fancy, bigger garage. They tell me to bring it back Monday for diagnosis!! Called Pro Express, explained my problem and they told me to bring it in. Bill knew what was wrong in 5 minutes. Now, mind you, this is a Friday almost 4pm. He sends me for the part and its fixed at 4:15!!!!! I found a new mechanic!! N the price is so reasonable!!!!!

Pro Express Automotive was like a breath of fresh air. They Were quick, knowledgeable,and at a very fair price.They were able to find the problems my truck had in the morning and complete all repairs by that afternoon.My truck hasnt run this well in a couple of years.I would recommend this place of business to anyone.

Every bag stereo talking here about a mechanic I experienced here Was told my vehicle will be given to meet 7 to 10 days it took them 6 weeks He fix things that I did not meet fix me like my door did not ask him to do it charged me $250 in know the things as well 2 days after I get my vehicle out of his shop the Transmission goes out asked them how is this they say they didnt look at it but when I asked him why was it taken so long for me to get me my vehicle they will tell me theyre running test worst experience ever Reading these other surveys they cant be real

I am very upset we paid over $400 for a new water pump & thermostat only to find out they never put a new water pump on the car they only put sealant on it!!! They screwed us over & didnt even have a second thought about it. I would never recommend this shop to anybody!!!!!!

I wouldnt recommend taking my worst enemies car to this chop shop.They have an inside ring going on where supposedly if you dont pick your car up the same day the car is stolen and then they tell you they arent liable and talk to you crazy.They need to be shut down ASAP!
