Awesome. From the first call until I picked my vehicle up they were very informative and great people and prices are very fair
Great place to bring your vehicles. Im very skeptical about people working on my vehicles due to people not caring about your vehicle as much as you do, but I had an issue with my 2014 Honda SI dying at stops while the car was cold. My husband couldnt figure out the problem and or couldnt find the fix on the internet. Then I meet Rachelle, shes great! They figured out the problem and fixed it within a timely manner! No problems with it ever since and they are very cautious with cars! I now take all my vehicles here even for the little things like oil changes! They are so helpful, reasonable priced and great people I highly recommend them.
They fix my car really fast, it took only 2 days!
Fleet is always fast, friendly, and fair. Weve used them for years and have never been disappointed with their service.
I have been going to Fleet for years, they are honest, hard working people who care about the service they give. The best place to take your auto.
I have used Fleet twice because the first repair was an exceptional experience! And there will be a third! I have one high mileage vehicle and they keep it going! Very professional and well hospitable, but most of all, very knowledgeable, excellent service with fair pricing!
Fleet is awesome - so friendly, provide great service at honest prices, get you in and out as quickly as possible while making sure things get done right - what more can you ask for? Thanks so much!
Great service
Took my 2012 Cruze in with engine light on. Ran a test figured out the problem and had it fixed out same day.Kept me informed on what was going on and the cost. Great group. Great service. Will use again.
The trouble i have is the original problem was a heater/air-conditioner fan motor. I called from out of state to help my disabled sister and they charged 140.00 to trouble shoot the problem . the cost of the parts the fan and the resistor was under 75.oo to 100 dollars. They also claimed the ignition switch was faulty and said it needed to be replaced. We had driven the vehicle for years with no trouble? My local shop quoted the repair at around 200. dollars. They had charged 492.00. Beware if you are a disabled lady when you go there. I asked to let her start the car to inspect it before i paid on my card. They claimed they were afraid she would drive off without paying. She could barely walk and needed the car to go to her cancer treatments. I feel totally embarrassed for them to deny that simple request. I feel we were overcharged 300. dollars so beware.
Stay far away from here if you dont appear to be knowledgable about vehicles, or if you are old and have money. They fixed my dads truck 3 times for the same thing (alternator). The second and third time was at no additional cost, like you would expect from any business, so that was great. The truck is now at their shop for the fourth time because the same exact thing has been happening... now they say its a JUST a battery... ummm... HELLO! THE RECURRING PROBLEM NOW FRIED THE BATTERY!! How on earth could you not think there was another problem? Why do you refuse to test the truck adequately before releasing it to the customer as fixed? They are probably hoping the old people die of COVID-19 before they actually have to fix what they charged em for in the first place... thats what the big businesses are doing so... hmmm... are you really that diabolical? Whats really going on behind your closed doors? Stay away or dont but you have been told!
Very kind, knowledgeable, and honest. The prices are comparable to most other mechanics, but they dont lie to you so youll spend more money. I even took a car in to be inspected before I bought it. I wish I had found them sooner!
Wonderful mechanic service. Not only do they work on foreign cars, they helped so much with my warranty policy. Definitely fast, friendly, and honest. Theyve earned my business for life.
Theyre great!
Good people here
They were great and reasonably priced
Great place. Gets stuff done quickly at a good price, and can recommend places to go if they cant do something. Theyre honest and dont push unnecessary stuff.
My husband and I have used Fleet Auto a fewtimes over the last few years and have always been treated very well. Their service is GREAT. We have taken at least 3 different cars to Fleet for some type of repairs and the repairs were done correctly the first time and at a reasonable price. They were recommend to us and we have happily recommended them to others.
Our family has been long time customers of Fleet. Recently they did a full inspection on our new older truck we bought for pulling our horses. They made very reasonable recommendations and for specialty work referred us to other reputable shops in the area. No upsells or unneeded repairs were recommended. They explained / called / and updated me via text message so there were no surprises - and they did the work quickly. Very happy.
I was having a cooling problem with my 2001 Monte Carlo. The radiator, cooling fans, water pump, temperature sensor and thermostat had just recently been replaced. I was certain it was a computer problem or wiring. I trusted Fleet Auto Repair to be honest and fair with me. I dropped the car off, they drove the car around a couple times and said it wasnt circulating the coolant at idle. They quoted me $500 to replace a $ 35 water pump and a $ 20 thermostat. I told them that wasnt the problem and asked to speak to the tech or manager to find out what led them to believe that was the problem. They just charged me $95 and wouldnt give me the time of day. Turns out the car had a air lock. I bled the cooling system and viola problem fixed. When Danny was hands on it was a different place. Unless you have a obvious, in your face, simple repair that any moron can fix and dont mind paying three times the price it should cost then by all means I recommend this place.
Always impressed and taken care of, fast and easy
We have been using Fleet since it 1990. We have recommended others who have been just as happy as we are. Prices are cheaper than others and they will not do work that doesnt need to be done. Nice, courteous employees and locally owned.
Prices are extremely high
Every time I come in you have a driver for me. Everyone is so friendly, your work is superior, and prices are reasonable.
Very good machinics. Know what they are doing. Have used them since 90s.
Top notch work, friendly, courteous staff - fair prices. Highly recommend.
Horrible business dropped my car off to get heater fixed they tell me car is ready get there it wont turn over out of no where battery is bad they failed to say that anytime before they did give me a jump but still dont know if my heater works if theres a nad battery I believe they should tell customer before they get there and pay to get vehicle, got vehicle home overnight it had dumped a puddle of antifreeze. This was not covered under warranty,....my heater did work though
Dont take your car here!!! We took our car there and it came out worse than what we took it in to them. Sure they are nice and what not but youll regret taking your car there trust me, look else where!
Family has used them foreverAbsolutely love and trust this placeFair pricing and they do what you need not like other car places that try to get you for every dollarThe absolute best place to take you car !Did I️ mention honest !?
Amazing place, always gets the job done ! plus, a woman runs the shop and she knows more about cars than anyone else.
Fleet Transmission has taken care of my cars for the past 20+ years. I am not just a $ sign to them, they give me options, always use warantee when they can (even without my asking) and I recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality work, reasonable pricing and great service. They also provide email reminders when it is time for your oil change, mile checks, etc.
Great people and honest service.
Took a while
Friendly staff. They quickly diagnosed the problems and were able to fix the problems the same day. We will use them again.
Friend fast service. Gets the job done right without ripping you off.
3000 miles ago they installed a motor for me had a vibration ever since in my transmission ever since and one day my clutch and transmission blew up found out the wrong pilot bearing was installed and caused the failure called them and let them know what happened and I told them the at least owe me a transmission bc of there inability to check fitment of part as a mechanic myself (diesel mechanic) I know to check parts and fitment before installing I did not have access to a cherry picker or I would of done it myself Danny service manager said no Im not buying you a transmission but Ill give you 450 or we can go to court and he asked why I didnt bring it in when I noticed vibration and I said its because I was going through diagnostics myself finding wear items in my drive line so I replaced what was worn out and still did not cure the problem I then said if they could at least cover half of a reman transmission that I would be ok and on my way and he still said no a reman cost depending on the builder 1400 to 2000 and he then said I supposedly had an after market transmission which I did not and then tried blaming parts store but then I told him they should have installed the one I provided and did not this is on a 88 mustang with a factory 5 speed that takes a mustang 4cylinder pilot bearing because that was what the factory put in the car for that transmission I also gave him the correct number and he said well thats not what they show to be correct which is bearing number 202ss for a 88 mustang / 90 Mercedes 300sl/ 84 to 94 2.2 diesel ford ranger all take its an alternate part number for my 88 mustang but they screwed me out of a flywheel clutch and transmission because of there own ignorance to not check fitment before installation
Great service and friendly people
Amazing service and very reasonable
Great honest people will never go anywhere else
Ive used Fleet for several years. They were good when I started going to them in 2010, but over time and after finding out what it should really cost for the repairs Ive had done, I realize that Ive been paying too much. The last couple of times Ive needed them to do work, its gone wrong. This last week I got a quote to press U joints out of a rear driveshaft. Thats it, press the U joints out that were in it. The initial quote was $95, and since I was tired of messing with the drive shaft at home, I agreed. They called me 45 minutes after I dropped it off and said they couldnt do the job! They said that more needed to be done to replace a centering ball (which I provided to them), but they wouldnt say what it was. I suspect they were referring to balancing the shaft... more on this in a minute. I took it somewhere else and that place rebuilt the entire driveshaft... including bolting up the centering ball that Fleet refused to.The next thing I did was to rebuild the vehicles front driveshaft at home. I purchased the necessary parts, rented a press, and got busy. There was no additional work of any kind... no balancing, nothing besides changing U joints. When I test drove the vehicle I made sure both shafts were up to speed and there was ZERO difference with just the professionally rebuilt rear shaft going or with it and the home rebuilt front shaft going. After this, I fail to understand why there is a need to re-balance a perfectly balanced driveshaft--even with new U joints or ball joints in it. Ive rebuilt multiple drive shafts myself and NEVER had anything additional to do.Why, then, are they not able to press out U joints??Second thing: Last year I had them replace my A/C compressor. Again, this is something Ive personally done many times over, but I just didnt care to mess with it this time. The estimate was mid $700s. I know from experience that A/C compressors are very expensive and it take a lot of work to install them. I also know you have to pull the serpentine belt off to replace one.I never saw any indication that the belt that was on there was failing or would, in any way, affect the operation of the cooling fan (and thus the A/C system). However, the final bill came out close to $900. That would include the cost of a new belt and the labor to install it, meaning I was double billed for a repair that wasnt necessary. Thats not all... a few months later I replaced the alternator and it took three strong men to release tension on the new drive belt enough to slip it over the alternator pulley.Ive started doing a lot of my own work just due to the price of auto repair, and Im talking major stuff like ball joints and head gaskets. Ive also started to contact other shops, too.Fleet is OK so long as money is not an object. They warranty their work, too. When it comes to money, though, they will take you for far more than what the work you want done is worth. Bottom line, either bring your deep pockets or steer clear.
The Fleet people are courteous, knowledgeable, and very good at what they do. Always a fair price and given options of urgent repairs and those which are okay to delay.
We feel we can rely on Fleet for honest and efficient service.
Get my car oil changed wont go anyplace else trust them
