I absolutely love this place. They have always been very informative on wats going on with my car and upfront about cost before they ever touch ur car and leave nothing to surprise. They have great prices for the work they do usually way lower then anywhere else ive gone to. They replaced my battery and sarah saved me almost 50 dollars from what i was gna pay just for the battery. Im a very paranoid driver (worry something will go wrong with my car) and they have always made me feel safe and secure after working on my vehicle. I will continue coming here and would recommend to anyone having car trouble. They will get you back right quick fast and in a hurry 😉

I cant say it can happen every time but I took my car in this morning around 9:30 am and they called me at 2:00 pm to pick it up. Im satisfied.

The ECM module went out on my mothers car. The fix would have cost us much more at our family mechanics shop. They fixed it for us fast and they were very friendly. I would recommend this shop to anyone!

I am a single mother of 3 and its always hard to find a good honest mechanic and not being taken advantage of but the last few times I have brought my vehicle to express credit auto I have had great experiences with them and this time I spoke to Jeremy and I explained what was going on and he listened and told me it would be a few days and he would get back to me and here it was only the next day he called and told me the problem and with an hour or so my vehicle was ready and I appreciate Jeremy and his awesome team here at Express credit auto, thank you for the great work you did on my car and getting it back on the road for me

My mother purchased a car from you guys and months later was in a accident. They keep telling her it was in the shop, and little over a month after she passes away no one in this company could assist me in finding out about the car that i help pay for. They said i wasnt on the contract and couldnt give me solid anwsers to my questions,they told me i could refinance the car but they couldnt tell me the condition of the car! They came off insensitive. They did send a letter notifying that the car will go to auction. I thought this company would be willing to work with families in crises boy was i wrong. Im sure theyll reply with a reply stating their condolences and how they wished they could of handled things different. But they didnt. Before paying out a car ask about these type of situations to help yourselves in the long run.

I took my car in for repairs. They didnt get it right the fixed the first time. Had to take it back a second. On the first time it was there a month. Didnt get a loaner car until the 3rd week. Missed a lot of work because of it.

Transmission went out and I was worried about not having a vehicle anymore.The warrenty dept (Tamara in particular) was very helpful and compassionate for my situation. I got the car fixed plus was in a loaner so I wasnt without a vehicle. Only complaint was how long the part took. Other than that I was very satisfied.

The whole group of folks are very nice, my service person in particular, Crosby is most excellent! She always look out for me when i get my car serviced by making sure I’m getting the best deal and quality for my money. I’m sure she does the same thing for everyone but she’s so personable it just feels like she’s looking out for me only lol.

Thankfully the mustang is back and the dealership totally stood behind the car they sold me... the part wasn’t under warranty, but we drove so few miles they covered it in full without even charging the warranty fee... we only drove 2900 miles since last September 8th so it saved us 1500.00 for a new rear end... and they did axles housing and third member! The full job! I wanna thank express credit auto and all their employees who to me are the most “essential” workers we have since they kept this essential worked making it to the ambulance station!

Threw away important documents from wrecked vehicle, including birth certificate and social security card, without telling me ever that theres a 30 day period. I also told them I planned to get my stuff several times but I was having medical issues. I called several times as well before the alleged 30 day period was up, but it always went to voicemail or not even a voicemail. No warning, no notice, no nothing. Gone forever.

My advisor Amanda was great!! Thank you Amanda. The 1 star is for the manager of the warranty dept who told me, Mr. Couch your tire is not cracked and within specs. These photos clearly show this tire is cracked. He states he took detailed pictures and sent them to higher management and that it was determined it would not be replaced. He told me if I wanted to complain then to go to the website under we care.. Did that and of course no one has called back. This is my 3rd car with them and have always had any problems taken care of so when at the dealership and brought up the tire to sales I felt confident when they told me to contact the warranty dept. Bought the vehicle 1 week ago nowUpdate: I guess they think cracked tires are ok and are safe. By their response they think this tire passes a safety inspection being cracked the way it is. So pathetic

Ive had my vehicle for only two months and I had issues. When you bring your vehicle to them you have to wait for the diagnostic testing to be completed before they determine if they will give you a loaner car. Mind you my vehicle is still under warranty and theyre always backed up so the wait time is ridiculous, and your vehicle will not be fixed in a timely manner.

This place had me sit outside with my 1 yr old grandchild in the wind and cold because they refuse to let people come in the waiting area even though not a one of the workers wore a mask but used covid as an excuse....they sold me a car with electrical issues and refused to acknowledge any responsibility....this place sucks!! Do not buy a car here!!

I have just purchased my vehicle in July, and I had to take it to the shop for multiple repairs. Including grinding brakes from rear end, main window switch going out, and a/c compressor complications (loud noise Occurring when driving off from stopped position when air is on.) And also needing the actual stereo system that Belongs in the vehicle for my features on the car to work. As if like the back up camera and etc.My car was there a whole month, I was told the house was fixed from the front end, my brake rotors were placed in the front (even though that was not the problem I reported, I informed them it was the rear brakes.) and my window switch was replaced.They re-wired my vehicle (which I appreciate!) for the new stereo . After a month now they are currently waiting on a amp to get sound from the stereo.So I went to pick my vehicle up on 8/12/2020, to drive it until they receive the amplifier.I go to drive up and my alignment is totally messed up, the house is still occurring (very loudly!)And I can still hear my brakes grinding when stopping (once again from the rear brakes)I am normally not a complainer but at this point I am a bit fed up with this place, I have called to let them know these concerns and that I will just get the noise and brakes fixed on my behalf.

I was very worried when my motor blew in my Chevy traverse. The warranty department made sure I was taken care of. They made sure I was put in a big enough vehicle for my family of six.At first I started calling once a week to check on my vehicle and then they started calling me once a week. They not only replaced my motor but they also replaced my battery for free. I live two hours away from the Express credit auto warranty department and They towed my car all the way to the location. I was first told it was only a hundred dollar towing charge and a hundred dollars for the work that needed to be done on my car because it was still covered under warranty. A few days after they received it I was informed the tow charge was actually two hundred and forty something dollars. I was very upset. The manager had actually lowered it back down to the hundred I was informed it would originally be. They worked with me and had my car back to me in no time. I am so glad they kept me informed and was able to work with me and listened to my concerns. Thank you Express credit auto warranty department for your business!

Ive had the best experiences with Express credit auto warranty department. My representative there Tamara has been nothing but professional she always lets me know whats going on with my car how much its going to cost and if theres more that needs to be done she always calls me first. The price is always just right especially since my car is past its warranty they still always take care of us.

The Express Credit Warranty shop, have been nothing but exceptional when it comes to having my car, an Infinity Q50 worked on. The first time was an air conditioning issue an that was fixed an I have very cold air which I jus love. Here recently I had to bring my car back due to water in the floor board behind the drivers seat an the inner wheel liner was torn off by the tire. The warranty shop went over an beyond in getting these repaired for me an I am extremely thrilled about it. I am very happy with Express credit auto today mechanics and staff! They were able to fix my car under warranty in less them 3 hours! Impressive. During that 3 hours I got to watch the staff doing their job and I have to say they are amazing. Very professional even when a few customers were less then nice to them.

Buyer Beware!! You better check your tires for plugs in the sidewalls! We purchased a vehicle just over a month ago and the check tire pressure light came on it was the front passenger side tire come to find out it was a failed plug in the inner sidewall! We took it to the warranty shop considering we have only had the vehicle 4 weeks and they replaced that tire with a used one before driving away from their shop we noticed the same deal but in the back driver side tire again another plug in the sidewall! When we brought it to their attention they recommended bringing it on Monday due to it being late Friday evening well Tuesday morning the car is waiting to be repaired and we get a call stating that they would not replace the driver back tire stating the plug was not leaking well Im pretty sure the plug being in the sidewall is reason enough to replace the tire because thats obviously a hazard! Eric one of the managers at the okc warranty dept showed little care in the safety of this vehicle when asked would he transport his kids in a vehicle with a plug in the sidewall that was obviously a question he was not ready for. Not to mention when I brought to his attention one of his employees left their cigarette ash in my car he proceeded to argue that the individual did not smoke when I explained to him that I was not a smoker and the ash came from somewhere he still could not come up with a logical reason as to why cigarette ash ended up in my car they had possession of the customer service and carelessness is beyond me! They absolutely DO NOT care about the safety of you or ypur family and will sale you anything just to make that $1! This is the 1st and last car we will ever purchase from express credit auto! You can thank your customer service skills and careless employees that you have! Hopefully this review will save someone the trouble!**UPDATE** after the previous review I find it is only fair to update approximately 2 days after speaking with Eric in the warranty dept I received a phone call from Eric stating he spoke to upper management and they wanted to replace the 2 driver side tires that were hazardous with new tires I took the car into them when calling to check on my car the lady informed me they were replacing all 4 tires with brand new at no charge I give credit to the warranty dept and Eric they made it right now we have 4 brand new tires !! I can see myself doing business again with express if they continue to show customer service like this I was pretty impressed with the change of thought!

Customer service is severely lacking nowadays but my last experience with Express Warranty has given me hope!I had a very inconvenient issue occur with my vehicle recently, a part on my car had malfunctioned causing my vehicle not to start. I was panicked and frustrated so I decided to call to see if I could have some assistance... the company was quick to find a solution and even quicker to send the part that my car needed.I was especially impressed by Eric (manager) who calmed and assisted me. I have a history in customer service and I sincerely appreciate when individuals are personable, respectful, timely and organized. The past couple of months I’ve had problems with my car and through Sarah I’ve had a great experience. She is great at communicating and very understanding. I am always reassured through the rough times with my car, they’re working on it and it’ll be fixed soon within a few days. I’ve never experienced such great customer service, I highly recommend this place and ask for Sarah!

We have bought two vehicles from them, and referred my sister in law to them as well. Anytime we’ve had any issues with a vehicle, the warranty department has been QUICK to get us in, and quick to figure out the problem. Customer service is always great, and they’re mechanics are good at what they do! 10/10 would recommend buying from them, and their warranty department!

My husband arrived there at 8:30 am. Left there at 4:30 pm. Nothing was done at all. Sure, leave your care, but we cant ( wont ) tell you when it will be fixed. Hmmmm. Paying customers are treated like nothing? With the equipment that is there, I could have completely rebuilt an engine, and had the car back out the door. Sheesh!Edit: even when you are given a diagnostic print out. You still cant figure it out. Some of us can not leave the only means of transportation we have. The first in thing is a joke. Especially when you show up before anyone gets there!

I’m not gonna rate it just yet, until I get my car back from the mechanic. Until the issue is fixed and I inspected it. But they did a good job of keeping me updated with it. Gonna put a star because it won’t let me post it

They wont call you back even though they say they will. Also was told by the insurance department of the same company that a loaner was included while my car was being fixed however was told I would be called the next week when they had a car for me however 2 weeks went by with no call. This is terrible customer service. Then I had to drop it off because it needs fixed and am still with out a loaner and when I called to get a time line they told me the parts havent even been ordered even though the claim was approved 2 weeks prior. Was told I would get a call back with a time line but it has been 2 days and still no call.

Is how many times IN A WEEK I’ve had to send my car in first it was one thing they fixed, THEN it broke down on me with my 2 month old baby In it ON THE SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY after being assured It was fixed ! Picked the car up the same day after the 2nd time it was fixed! AND IT BROKE DOWN AGAIN FOR THE 3RD TIME after 45 minutes of driving it. Terrible place to get your car serviced.
