I was in a bind the other day when I couldn’t get my oils drain plug out of my Jeep..I had furthered the damage trying to extract the bolt myself..it was 95% rounded off when I called Sandys….did I mention that I had already put in a crankcase detergent and I couldn’t move the vehicle by its own power.The gentleman on the phone was super professional and even more helpful with offering to call his towing company and setup everything up for me!!They had it done a couple hours later and they finished my oil change for me too!! the price was very appropriate for the work done and I will (hopefully not soon) be back here the next time I need some honest car work done!

My husband took his Mercedes to this shop to have the air conditioning fixed. For some reason they felt the need to test drive the car at which time they blew out a fairly new tire. My husband had to pay for the replacement tire. They charged him $1100 for the repair which included the purchase of a diagnostic website for them to use not only on his car but others as well. Once we got the car home we realized they had also broken the steering column so that it will no longer lock in place in addition to the hood latch release being broken. My husband called them to discuss the issues and had to leave a message but they never bothered to return his call. Do not do business with these crooks!

They did fix ac! That is why I brought it to them. However they charged me for a computer download that they will use on other mercedes vehicles. Not to mention they where driving my vehicle and destroyed a new tire which they made me pay for but they would mount for me.... then when I got my bill it was for $1100 and they never actually put anything in the car except 1/2 pound of freon and a computer update which i stated early that they now own that they charged me for the entire thing. Criminals and I will never recommend or give business to again!

I just have to give these guys a shout out! I had a flat tire today and just pulled in here bc I was driving by it. I had my kids in the car and didn’t know what to do. They stopped what they were doing to change our tire and got us on our way. They didn’t even charge us for putting on our spare. They were so nice, professional, and quick. I’ll be taking my car here next time so need service. Thanks again Sandy Auto Service!

Food is good and made to order but dont go with plans to eat or order from inside, drive thru only and take cash thats all they accept

He told me i needed parts that wasnt true and then charged me $8 for degreaser on my Cadillac. I literally watched their mechanics not Touch my car they sprayed it down with water and called and told me a guess at what they thought it was

They can work on anything foreign to domestic, American to JDM, and German lol

Sandy Auto Service is just about the only people I trust my car to they always give you a fair price and they always correct the issues. Mr Porter is a pleasure to work with, a very nice man! I will continue doing business with him even after I sell this car and get another one.

They overcharge you for nothing, the owner Sandy gave me the bill of $1500, then when work was done he changed the price to $2000 with no explanation given.

They were able to fix a wiring problem for me that Midas was unable to. The cost of the repair was high but they had to do a lot of work to un-do the failed repairs Midas made. This shop is sophisticated in understanding problems especially those pertaining to the codes produced by electronic engine analysis. They have the equipment other shops lack to analyze a myriad of cars in this way. They do work for dealers who cant analyze all makes and models.They do any type of repair and work quickly.Also, they were able to fix an over-heating problem on my car two other shops were unable to fix. This shop takes time and makes deliberate effort to diagnose problems methodically. They my seem expensive to some customers. I dont know. But in my view they may save customers money by saving them from paying for repairs that do not fix the problem (as I have).

This place is amazing. I have had trouble with a my truck every since I took it to a very well known shop. They are a nationwide corporation who boasts about being the best around. Long story short they messed my truck up big time and could not fix it. They took it to Sandys because that is actually what most dealers and mechanics do when they cannot fix a vehicle. Sandys took their time and fixed a very difficult problem and were very prompt and communicated with me the whole time! My truck has never ran this good! He even fixed a problem I had with the sensor in my windshield wiper fluid free because he said the light in your dash bothered me. This guy is very very good. And I see people complaining about the cost, but take it from me I spent 3 grand for someone to screw my truck up and Sandys fixed all of their mistakes, you get what you pay for. This is the best mechanic in okc for sure, the dealers know it and even other mechanic shops know it. Just ask around if you dont believe me!

FIRST AND LAST time I would ever think of using this place for any vehicle repair. Google Speedy Lube as well for additional reviews. Everything that you will read is absolutely true. After 3 months, 740.00 dollars and NO DIAGNOSIS as to what was wrong with the vehicle, I picked my car up and trailered it home. Reviews say it all!!

I have been going there for years and have recommended my friends go there. They’re a family operation and do great work. They will fix a problem once and from my experience you won’t have to come back for same issue ever again. They haven’t done any extra work for me without first calling me with the list of what needs to be done and what should be done but can wait. My experience has been a great one. I’ve had a car towed from Jones just to have work done here. Highly recommend.

Dont even come to this place.They charge way too much and dont even fix it right. Take your hard earned money somewhere else... Good for finding whats wrong and not doing a good job repairing it. Really passive aggressive when you say no on the overcharged amount.

These guys are THE BEST! Friendly and thorough. After only 2 weeks after buying a used truck, my 4WD transmission wouldnt shift into 4L. Thankfully, the dealership gave me a 90 day warranty and Phillip and his family fought tooth and nail with the warranty company and parts company to make sure that I got the best replacement transfer case - they sent him 3 bad ones and like an honorable mechanic, he sent every one of them back until he got one that wasnt dented or broken! They informed me of every step along the way, and Philip even gave me his personal mobile number for me to text. Not only did they give me the best repair job, they gave me a fair price. Because of all of the back and forth with the warranty company and the messed up parts, it took 2 months for me to get my car back and they had to drop the transfer case 3 times in order for the repair to BE DONE RIGHT - did they upcharge me labor from the original quote? NOPE! Ill never go anywhere else in OKC for another repair EVER!

We have finally found a mechanic that we like!! Had a leak in our radiator. He fixed it in a reasonable time period. The price was right. Wish he had a bigger place!!

Mr Phillips is a very profesional man and honest. They did a great job repairing my pontiac sunfire

Would give zero stars if I could. Got my car fixed there. $763 for nothing. Phillip said he did a buy here pay here, promised to have the vehicle perfectly working before leaving his lot. 3 days later the starter went ou . A week after that, the rear wheel axle messed up, a week after that, the transmission went out. Says he never promised the car would work perfectly, which for a shop, youd think it would work perfectly without those problems.

Very poor customer service and communication. Referred to Sandy’s Auto by AAMCO to check a sensor on my vehicle. Without permission Philip has the vehicle disassembled and then misquoted the repair cost by more than $400. Quoted $3,500 and billed for $3,972.

Bad horrible place don’t recommend charge to much for nothing .
