So it was a Saturday afternoon when my 99 E320 broke down on me in Chandler. iPad driven from Santa Monica, CA to visit with my ailing grandparents in MO. All of a sudden the dash lights flashed, and I lost power steering. Popped hood and realized the tensioner pulley had come apart and shredded the accessory belt. So I called AAA, and started calling shops. This shop was one of the only shops open, and who would help me same day. Daniel was AWESOME! He called the Mercedes dealership while I was on phone and had the parts ordered before we hung up. Best part… he didn’t charge me an ungodly markup. None! AAA got my car to him 2 hrs later, then we rediscovered another pulley had been destroyed. Daniel called the parts house again, got the part and had me back on the road within the hour. He also put in a back window regulator that another shop in CA failed to do. Theses guys are AWESOME! Down to earth and WILL NOT take advantage of you. Best mechanics, and values I’ve ever e perienced outside of my own family. Thanks guys! I’m back home safely because of you.

Jus purchased a used vehicle. Noticed brakes were making a loud noise. Looked for local place to take a look. Called and made an appointment. Received a call a few hours later, and was informed that loud noise was from some rust build up. Recommendation was to pick up vehicle with no charge for the inspection. Wow did that make my day. I have told many people of this honest and great result. I highly recommend this place.

I took my car here to get my AC repaired and I had to pay for parts that I was told were bad and were replaced and the AC still doesnt work, and then I was told it was something else and to come back and I went back and they still couldnt fix it..to come back again but I would have to pay for what was really wrong and i am still waiting for them to call me..I spent money for nothing. I am already on a budget and now I cant go somewhere else..and Im still with no AC..

Honesty is hard to find unfortunately. I took my car to this shop because it sounded like my brakes were grinding. A few hours later I received a call and they said the brakes were in good shape and didn’t need to be replaced. They easily could have ripped me off or replaced to make extra bucks without me ever noticing. This place has earned my trust so much so that I don’t hesitate to recommend them to my family . Went up there to get my fuel pump fixed paid 400+ dollars and still not fixed took 2 days for them to somewhat fix my issue, now here it is today and my check engine lights makes the sound and the light doesn’t come on and I’m wondering why it’s because they broke my engine light in my dashboard!! They claim they never touched it but it was WORKING 3 days ago when I brought it to them... NEVER WILL I GO BACK TO THEM !!!!

Took my car in to get cv axle replaced. They pulled my car into the shop right away. After working on the car for 1.5 hours, they tell me that their hydraulic press is down. After bringing my car home I noticed that the car is missing the axle cotter pin, splash guard and drive shaft bearing bolt. Also the car started to have bad exhaust leakage. When I confronted the owner in person, he denied and told me that they only took the wheel off. 1.5 hours to take one wheel off?

My car broke down on the side of a highway and I had it towed to this shop. After running a quick diagnostic, they concluded it was likely an engine issue and rather than recommending their services of an engine replacement which would likely cost thousands of dollars, they recommended I reach out to the dealership to inquire about recalls and/or extended warranties. Turns out, my vehicle was indeed under extended warranty and the dealership was able to replace the engine at no cost.I am so impressed by the honesty, customer service, and their ability to prioritize customer needs over making an extra sale. As someone who knows little to nothing about cars, I will continually return time and time again due to their top notch service quality and honesty

I went there to check my check engine light and they gave me a very honest opinion. Jiffy lube wanted to rip off 89$ For oil change and 55$ for diagnostics only. Mahmoud and the mechanic did diagnostics, changed my oil and even cleaned my fuel system and charged me only 50$ my check engine light is gone now thanks to them. Wonderful service

I had a powersteering leak. This was misdiagnosed at another repair place and I was charge for something that didnt need to be replaced. A few weeks later the issue recurred when they original leak was not fixed. Ended up being a tube that needed to be replace. Discout Lube took their time PROPERLY diagnosing, and the fix was done and completed in a few hours. Price was more than reasonable. I am writing this review a month later, and all is working well. I will be back when I have issues. This place is great.

Good work always has answers for a reasonable price. Hibddons was trying to charge $1700 to replace rack and pinion and power steering pump. Like $300-$400 for rear brakes. Discount lube did job for $280 and $200 and replaced belts for free. Good work Ill always recommend.

They have earned my business and trust. I strongly recommend this shop for any major repairs to your vehicle whether its electrical, AC or mechanical. Ive been there several times now for both mine and my wifes cars, they dont try to force unnecessary repairs. last year I was told by another shop that I needed AC compressor and new Alternator, a friend of mine advised me to go see those guys, got to their shop and all I needed was a seal put on and one of the ground wires was loose, IT WAS NOT the alternator . Aymen (I believe that’s how his name is spelled) is the manager and he is a professional mechanic.

I have never had a mechanic I felt like I could trust. Amin (the owner), and Daniel and Hashimi (mechanics that worked on my car), took such good care of me. I came in expecting to pay a substantial amount for an alignment, oil change, and for my leaky condenser to get fixed. But I only left with an oil change!! They never tried to up sell me on any services and in fact told me my car did not need an alignment at the time. One of the mechanics told me it would probably be easier (and cheaper) to just blow air through the water outtake hose instead of having them take it apart first. And it fixed it for a while!! I recently went back because my condenser water tray was clogged again, and they made EVERY effort to get my car in around my schedule and before a road trip I was planning on taking, even offered me a ride to work or trying to find someone to come in on Sunday. I have never had such a helpful mechanic. If you are around the area (which is the first thing I look for in maintenance for my car) then do NOT hesitate! These guys are the best and they will be honest and take care of you! We ALL know how hard it is to come across an honest, good mechanic- I am so glad I happened to stop in at their shop.

I usually don’t bother in writing reviews, but I had to about this shop. I used to always go get an oil change somewhere else, but I live near this shop. Yesterday I had an oil leak so I called them and they told me to stop by so they can check it out. When I got there, he was very friendly. he asked me to open the hood to check everything out and he got underneath and checked. He then came back up to get some tools and then added a little more oil. Then he said youre good to go and I asked how much and he told me I owe him nothing and just give them a call if a bigger problem occurs. I definitely will come back!

So I have been to this location before for an oil change and it went great so I decided to go back and I thought everything was good. So I had an oil change done last week because I was going out of town and when I was driving out of town I could smell burnt rubber and I knew that wasnt right. So while I was out of town I had my car looked at to see what was wrong and they tell me that my gasket was put on incorrectly and I had oil leaking out of my car and that the gasket being on incorrectly could have locked up my motor. I have paperwork that says all of this. So today I go back to let them know what happened because I want my money back for my expensive oil change that was leaking the entire time. I get there, the owner is there and one of the mechanics, I proceed to tell the owner what happened and then he starts talking to me like Im stupid. Tells me that if something was wrong with the car why didnt I bring it back and I told him I was out of town so couldnt bring it back here. He was looking at me like I was stupid and tried to tell me they cant do anything about that they didnt touch the gas cap and I told him the gasket not gas cap. Long story short the owner and his mechanic were very rude to me yelling at me and everything and of course I yelled back, Im not going to let them talk crazy to me. They didnt want to hear anything I was saying even when I was being nice and didnt have to. Didnt even go look up my info or anything on the computer when I got there. They called me a liar because I forgot they gave me paperwork and then found it in my car. After that the mechanic was being extremely rude so I told him he can keep his smart comments to himself. The owner tried to tell me that they dont give money back but he will give me a free oil change, like really you think I want to come back here after yall almost locked up my motor, no I want my money back and they threatened to call the police on me because of all of this. So GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE DISCOUNT LUBE & AUTO REPAIR!!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO THIS PLACE TO DEAL WITH SUCH RUDE INDIVIDUALS. I GUESS BECAUSE IM A WOMAN THEY ASSUMED I DIDNT KNOW WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT. The Mechanics Are Good.... Except... I had them do a gasket head job on my 05 chevy impala.. The job was $1000.... 3 months down the road a motor head came loose i took it back got it fixed...no problem... Now 7 months later another got loose they charged me $300 to fix... Iv taken my dodge ram up there and it was broken into while in the shops care... I will not be going back to this expensive business... The owner doesnt care as long as he is paid... 👎
