Service did an excellent job on my vehicle! I was so impressed by the friendliness and cleanliness by this dealer service department. My service writer David was awesome, it was like talking to my dad. He knew what he was talking about and knew what I was trying to talk about regarding the issue I was having with my car.I used to go to a different Chrysler dealers service but swore them off after having issues with something as simple as an oil change (either wouldn’t put the plug in tight and it fell out on the way home… or stripping it) and not rotating my tires multiple times even after marking them.The difference between the two dealers are night and day. I will be going here to Bob Moore for all my needs for my car and have also let my family know I found a dealer that actually does the service they say they will do! We could not be happier. Thank you David!!

Everyone was so nice. I had took my car there and it needed to stay all day, they offered to give me and my 2 year old a ride. They were amazing..

I called on July 13th to make appointment I talk to David he wouldnt make me one he says we full it might be 4 to 5 days before we can even look at it just drop it off 4 to 5 days my husband ask to speak to a manger he said cant find one is that business and how to run money off is that how you run a business
