He told me to bring my vehicle there to have the muffler looked at. I asked if I can just stop by and he would look at it. He said yes. I was there in the hour and he said he had his current customer add somethings to his order and he couldnt look at it. I drove there on the ice for nothing . I called the next day first before coming to have him look again. I came right over and he ignored me for 7 minutes at the counter and then his current customer came in and he went right up to him and talked for 5-7 minutes after I was waiting at the counter and never got acknowledged.Left the car there and he said it would be done in 30 minutes. We went to get lunch and back in an hour and we told me I had to wait because he was eating lunch at the counter and I had to wait. The ticket was done and I had the cash I had to go out to my rides car wait till he ate good lunch. Very bad customer service.

Told Tim what our vehicle was, and that it needed a muffler, quoted me a price of 100 dollars if it was only a muffler, 300 if it needed a catalytic converter, told him to go ahead, called to tell me it was ready........550 dollars 😵😵, got there to pick it up price turned into 600 plus, thought he seemed like a nice guy 👎 two hours and probably 150 in parts👎 looks like he charges about 200 an hour for his labor👎👎👎

Took my daughters car to get two converters replaced but Tim explained why I only need one replaced. Tim also referred me to a repair shop to look at the other code that came up on the diagnostic test.

I would recommend this place. The work is good and I havent had any problems. I had them install a cherry bomb muffler on my s-10 and a flowmaster on my Ram 1500 and I havent had any problem with them before. Youll get what you pay for and the price is reasonable compared to the quick and cheap places.

Tim is straight forward about the work that will need to be done on your vehicle. He will get you in and out of the shop as quickly as possible, but will not sacrifice the quality of the service he provides. I took my 1974 AMC AMX Javelin to him for long tub headers, x-pipe, and mufflers. The car sounds great, and he completed the work in one day.

I had the worst experience here today (8-31-2016). I showed up 30 minutes before closing to just get a estimate on my 99 GMC truck. The man with the long biker ponytail was on the phone when I pulled up. He walked in the garage and I walked the front door, waited on him to come and greet me and to see what I needed. Well that never happen. I walked back outside to get help and he Ignored me while he was on the phone for 5 minutes. So I left after 5 minutes of no help and intentionally being disregarded as a paying customer. And the only reason I chose to go to a&a muffler is because that where my father had the first set pipes put on the same truck done. And he told me nothing but good about them a&a, but I guess alot can change in 16 yes. So long story short I wouldnt waste my time (5:30) here customer service is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!

Went in to have a muffler leak welded up. Before I went in to this shop, the noise my pickup was making was annoying, but not very loud. After I left, and having paid 60 bucks for the welling work, the truck was making a terrible rattling noise (very loud), and I was told that I needed my catalytic converter replaced for $700 dollars!! I obviously declined that offer, went home and determined the rattling to be a loose hanger which was knocked loose during the work which I fixed my self. Buyer beware when going to this place, if it were someone more gullible, they might be out $700 bucks.
