Came here about a month ago to get my front hub bearing on my driver side done. Started back making the original grinding noise about 3 weeks after getting it replaced. Was on the way to another shop only for my entire wheel to fly off my car. I really wanted to give these guys a good review. However Im left without my car. The bolts snapped off due lug nuts having too much torque on them.

Took my car in to get my mass airflow sensor fixed due to my check engine light being on and they replaced it with a generic one that’s lasted all of two days before my check engine light came back on for the exact thing they were supposed to fix. I took my car back for them to tell for them to tell me everything’s fine. Come to find out they broke off a huge piece and tried to fix it with a bigger screw. Shady and terrible service I do not recommend and I DO NOT know any former employees because that seems to be their reply to reviews that are not 5 stars.

Every staff member is honest and talented mechanics. Always there to help me out and my parents. We will always go to them. I have bought 2 cars from them and will buy my next car from them. They can do everything there and will be reasonable on prices. I highly recommend this shop as they are awesome and caring!!

After I purchased a used vehicle from Cars R Us, I drove across the street to get One Stop Auto to serviced it. Most people dont like going to an auto service center. But, from the moment I walked thru the door I was treated special.Although other cars/trucks were being serviced, J.R. (the owner/service mgr) and the mechanics almost immediately attended to my vehicle. They replaced a tire, checked the fluids and ordered hood struts.I returned a few days later and they replaced them as I watched them interact with other customers. They were so professional that I scheduled an appointment to have my other car serviced. This Family owned business is Professional, Polite and Cares about customer service. Im recommending it to everyone reading this review. Mr. C

I would not recommend this business to anyone! I took my car in for ac repair costing over $400 and still having to drive my children around in this heat and guess what not even refunded even half the money back instead want to charge me over $500 for a compressor now.

I bought a car from Cars R Us and I noticed that one of the tires was low on air. These guys came right over, took the car next door and put another tire on within 10 minutes. I was very surprised and very grateful that I found them. I will be back!

Absolutely amazing service. Junior, Mario, Alex and RJ always go above and beyond and there is absolutely no other place I would go for any of my car needs, and neither should you. Fantastic, friendly service the people are very amazing people.

Truck started heating up as I was driving home to Texas. These guys replaced my bad radiator, and even though it was busy, had me back on the road in less than 2 hours.

Kinda slow for a one stop shop went in for lungz nuts took two and a half hours

I was buying a vehicle from Happy Auto Sales that was being worked on by One Stop. Zack was able to let me test drive it and knew the status of repairs any time I checked on it. Junior called me as soon as it was ready and they had it back at Happy first thing the next day for me to purchase. I have convinced my husband that we now have a new mechanic!

I’ve gone to one stop since they have opened their doors, they have always been nice and there prices are just unbeatable! I can’t thank them enough for the hospitality I receive every time I go in. As a women, they have never tried to over sell me or tell me to replace unnecessary parts. Keep it up One Stop!

Zach was awesome.... he saw me pull in with a blowout on the back, came out in full on business attire showed me where to park got the numbers off the tire and went and pulled one off the stack and let the tech know what I needed.... I was in and out in about 45 minutes 5 star service👍👍👍👍

These guys are the best! For years I was getting jacked around by mechanics. Not anymore. They have integrity which is impossible to find in a car shop. I think that Ill be getting my cars fixed and buying any future vehicles from them from now on. I strongly recommend these guys.

I bought a car through happy auto sales. When I test drive it it was here at One stop automotive. I cant say enough good things about this place. Not only did I test drive my car from here but they were finishing up the work they were doing to it when I arrived, while I waited the folks from happy auto came to me at the shop to do the paperwork they entertained my daughter and gave her pizza and drinks. They also fixed the power steering issue on my husbands truck and put two newer tires on it for a phenomenal price. I have recommended at least 4 people since then and its only been 2 days. If you are having car problems this is the place you want to go. Junior and his staff are awesome!!!
