So very thankful for Pats Tire and Auto Repair! They were open early on a Saturday morning when we had a brake issue. We were leaving for vacation and needed help to get on the road. They were very professional and helpful. Got us on our way quickly. Thank you!

I RARELY write reviews but I ALWAYS read before buying. Well I’ve been searching for good service and low prices I decided to check out this place Jeremiah is AWESOME! The driver is WONDERFULLY AWESOME! To make a long story short I was told by a dealership that I need back and front breaks! Well of course looking for honest good people the service is good but I didn’t need new brakes and didn’t cost me anything they had my car in and out and yes the driver dropped me off at home and picked me up 😀 he was so funny and kind I’m all about good customer service and if you have a stanky attitude I will not deal with you! I can’t say anything negative about them! My 2013 Infiniti has a home with them if I need any service they will be my FIRST contact! And did I mention they have a driver don’t have to worry about calling Uber or Lyft! Thanks again and to the owner of this business… you picked a great crew!!!!

I wasnt going to review this business, but Google put up a notification on my phone How was Pats Tire and Auto, so, here we are.Last weekend, Saturday, I browsed their site for tires. Exactly one week ago (Mar 6) as a matter of fact.I found a tire I wanted and filled out the request a quote form on their website. I recieved a confirmation that it was sent and a Thank.you for requesting a quote. However, here we are one week later, and still no quote. I guess they dont want my business. So, I have gotten other quotes and gone elsewhere with my business.I wish them luck with that kind of customer responsiveness.

A few months ago I brought my car in because the check engine light was on and it had died that morning. I had multiple other issues with my car, including the heat/air making an odd noise when I turn it on. I told the guy at the counter that there were many problems with this car and that I just wanted him to tell me whether or not it was worth it to just get a new car, especially since I paid $120 for them to just look at it. Someone drove me home in my own car because their usual vehicle was in use. I told them that was better anyways, since I knew there were a few things I had forgot to mention. I told the guy of a problem I had a year prior, and he said he’d make sure to mention it. I get a call at 9 AM the next morning telling me I just needed some new spark plugs, which sounded like music to my ears since that is relatively an easy fix. 2 weeks after I get my car back, my heat/air is still making the noise and I was still having other issues. So, I called up there to tell them and the man I talked to was extremely rude to me. He told me that I was the one who messed up and I didn’t stick up for myself since things like this make me nervous. He also told me that he would get the technician who worked on my car to call me the next day. I never received another phone call. Here I am, 3? months later and my check engine light is back on and when I start my car, it shakes. I don’t know if y’all are just lazy or if you think that a woman doesn’t know about cars but I’m not an idiot. I wasted $600 for them to do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I am a broke college student who saved up that $600 for 5 months and could’ve put it towards a new car. I know auto shops like this one tell you there are things wrong with your car when there isn’t or it’s a simpler, cheaper fix but all the reviews convinced me otherwise. I just wanted to find a place I could actually trust to take my car to and ended up wasting money. Seriously, do not bring your cars here.

After reading lots of great reviews, I decided to try Pats for an alignment and oil change. From the initial phone call to the printing of the receipt, the employees were friendly and attentive. They offered to give me a ride home while I waited. The appointment took less time than what they quoted. The prices were definitely reasonable, and they didnt try to upsell anything to me! I feel like I have finally found my go to auto repair shop.

The guys at the front desk are always friendly and helpful. Jeremiah set me up with an appointment fast and was even able to help troubleshoot some of the issues i was having.They gave me a ride home allowing me to take care of other things while my only vehicle was in the shop. Following which they picked me back up and explained the issues going on with my vehicle and offered me several different ways it could be fixed.Never met a auto shop i trust more. This is the only place I’m bringing my vehicle.

They were unable to help me with a tire that had a blowout and i limped into their parking lot they were really very busy and would have been a couple hours to get a new tire ( Im running a service van and i could not spend hours there .) I was unable to change my tire to my spare because I did not have a jack or a four-way that fit. They were too busy to actually help but they let me use their tools so I can put my spare on in their parking lot I really appreciate them.

Each visit I have had at this establishment has been met with professional courtesy, timely response and a fair and equitable price! My last visit shocked me completely! These guys are great! I will definitely keep coming back! See you guys soon for my oil change and tires!

So, we take my sons car in Tuesday morning because the ac isn’t working. We hear nothing from them for 3 days. So, I call today and they tell me the guy working on it will call me in 10 minutes(he is in a meeting). 1 1/2 hours later I call back and am told that a different guy was working on it but is off today so they had someone else on it. Said he was working on the estimate to replace the compressor and blower. I then asked if they checked the fuses since that had been an issue before. He said he was sure they did but would double check. 2 hours later, I get a call saying that it was the fuses.SUMMARY:1. Nobody looked at the car for 3 days until called2. After thorough inspection it was decided compressor and blower need replacement3. I asked if fuses were checked based on history and was told probably but I’ll check4. Told it was actually the fuses. Compressor and blower are fine.5. Finally, told I wasn’t going to be charged for diagnostics just $20 for labor and $6 for parts.I guess that’s better than at least several hundred dollars I would have been charged if I didn’t speak up.

I had AAA transport my 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo here because it was overheating and leaking some liquid. I spoke with Steve on the phone once they had a chance to check it out. It needed a new water pump, thermostat and a belt. Steve gave me an estimate and when finished the total cost, including tax, came in under the estimate I had received. Everything is running perfectly now! Steve, Jeremiah and Brock at the shop were knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and, above all, professional. From now on, I will take all of my vehicles to these guys. I will recommend this shop to all of my friends and associates. I wholeheartedly recommend Pats Tire and Auto Repair to anyone interested in honesty, fair pricing, knowledge of auto repairs and expedient service!!!

This place lives for customer service. They were absolutely amazing. My car broke down right before work and I was stressing out a little bit. but these guys were so great. They made me feel super comfortable and talked through every step they were going to take in the process of fixing my car. They even dropped me off at work free of charge AND picked me up at the end of the day. I will definitely be back for any future service!!

Ive been here several times, for three different cars. They always have me in and out at the scheduled time (not waiting around for hours like the dealership). Employees are always friendly and easy to work with.

We were passing through OK City from Minnesota on our way to New Mexico. Our car starting shaking badly and we thought it might be a brake or tire issue. We did some research to find a good shop nearby and followed the reviews of others. They were very professional, kind, and helpful. Turns out we were missing a few lug nuts. The pricing for parts and labor was really fair and they kept us in the loop about any other parts they may have to change. Would definitely recommend.

Woke up this morning to a nail in my tire I needed to get it patched ASAP so I could get my kids to school this was the only shop open at the time. I am so happy they were. Those guys got me in and out great customer and my kids made it to school on time! Will definitely recommend to everyone!

Went to them after another shop butchered my brakes. They were very kind and helpful and got me back on the road in no time. While other shops I went to quoted me $450-600 to do the job they came in at $360. Quality work, and fair prices, I definitely recommend this shop.

My tire was almost flat and Pats was the closest shop to me. I was greeted very nicely, offered refreshments and a comfortable area to wait in. They took my car in immediately, and determined that the tire needed to be replaced. Instead of trying to sell me a new tire, they told me that since the tire had been purchased in 2013, there must still be a warranty, and asked me where I purchased it. I told them, and Sam talked to them personally to explain the problem. They put on my spare, and sent me off to where I had purchased the tire. I will definitely utilize their services again in the future. Very good experience!!

Had a tire problem on my Toyota. They fixed the problem with no charge. In addition, they gave me a ride to my home and back while the repair was being done so would be home when repairmen arrived.. Cant beat that. This is the third time I have taken one of my cars to Pats and every contact I have had with all the personnel was very friendly, informative and helpful. Wish I could remember all their names especially those who scheduled my service. I do remember Jeremiah and Brock who were therewhen I picked up my car today. . This place will get all my car business from now on.

Made an appointment for an oil change and it still took an hour. Even after it was finished they kept me waiting for ten minutes because the people at the desk forgot it was ready. They tried to sell me a new air filter and cabin air filter - fortunately Ive already learned that these parts are cheap and easy to replace on your own - but when I got home to check them myself I see theyre in fine condition. In fact I dont think they even looked at the air filter because one of the screws was stripped and I nearly had to break the casing to look at it.

They are a customer service business that just happens to fix cars. My wife and I love them. One of the few shops that will give you a ride to work or home after you drop your car off.

This is quite possibly the most expensive repair shop Ive ever had the displeasure to patronize. I was taken in by the coupons they send to local customers promising $25 off a $250 repair, $50 off a $500, and such. Now I know why they do that: With their prices, no one would come by otherwise. Again, I have never left this place without at least a $300 repair that I couldve done myself, or at Precision Auto Tune for far cheaper. They will inflate a $12 serpentine belt to $45 in parts costs and their hourly labor rate is a staggering $118 per hour (which is actually higher than a lot of DEALERSHIPS). They actually had the nerve to charge me for both a $118 diagnostic and the belt repair when I authorized the repair, and when I argued most reputable shops waive diagnostic fees when you pay for a repair they called me a liar and said I didnt know what I was talking about. After $1,300 in payments since February that lost them my business. The only consistently positive thing I can say is their staff are pretty friendly, easy-going people, and they do give free courtesy rides but even that is limited in range and availability. If you vote with your dollars, you can do better.

Amazing local, family owned shop that were quick and extremely knowledgeable! Not only did they give us a great quote, but they also made the typically stressful experience very easy.

Very disappointed in the service I received. First off, when I got there I had to repeat everything all over again and the guy that helped me was anything but pleasant. Then, I needed a ride so I waited for 30 minutes only to be skipped over while they catered to someone else. Needless to say I ended up walking home. If not for the convenience of this shop so close to my home, I would not ever use their service!!! Not to mention the prices are crazy!

We were planning on traveling through Oklahoma City just before Christmas when we had car problems. We were towed to Pat’s Tire and Auto about 3:30 on Friday. They were very busy but took the time to look at our car before closing at 5:30. They identified problem and fixed it. Super service, super staff and super place to be when you have car problems.

We were in business with this establishment while they were still Scotts for 4 years. Weve spent thousands of dollars on tune-ups, oil changes, tires, etc. for our company trucks. For every 5,000 miles we got free rotation and balance but now under the new management theyre saying I have to have the road hazard warranty in order for the free rotate to stay in effect. That would be fine if I didnt already have a previous agreement with Charlie and Tim. The new owners have no appreciation for the warranty that was held with the company and dont have any grasp on customer retention WHATSOEVER. Highly NOT recommended.

Awesome service today. We got a flat tire today in the vicinity of Pats and were able to limp the vehicle into their lot. They got us back on the road in under 10 minutes by putting the spare on, NO CHARGE! Will be back to get the replacement tire on when it arrives! Thanks for the help SAM!

They looked at my car for AC issues and worked on it all day long to rule out any problems besides the compressor. I appreciated then exhausting all alternatives before just saying it was the most expensive thing. They also had a friendly staff, a courtesy shuttle, and a clean spacious waiting room.

I came in to have a tire patched and they kept me informed with every part of the process (one of the studs was stripped). Very respectful and friendly and even let me go charge free just because. Ill be returning for sure!

After going to dealerships for years it was nice to find a shop that offed the same service with better pricing. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Not only will I be back but Im going to send friends and family too!

These people are crooks. We took my wifes car here to get the brakes changed. I was quoted $170-190 as the price that I would end up paying. They then called us and said that they would like to charge upwards of $600 to have both the front and rear replaced, and we declined. They said that the price of the two front alone would run $330 on the phone. When we picked the vehicle up, I was charged a total of $390. $390 to change brake pads and rotors is highway robbery. I changed mine myself a couple of years back and it cost me about $60 for pads and rotors and took me about 15 minutes to change them out.This isnt the first time theyve been inconsistent on the prices that they tell us. It doesnt matter what it is. Even if its as simple as getting an oil change, the price that Im told is always double by the time its time to swipe the card.Wont be going back. Id suggest anyone who reads this do the same. Or take your chances, but dont say you werent warned.

Took our Honda Odyssey in for two rear tires after agreeing to a price over the phone. Tech inspected the tires, offered that I could save a bit by just purchasing only the one I needed! I offered that they could leave the spare for me to stow away as its a pain. He insisted that thats part of the service, they would gladly put it away for me! Must say Im impressed!!

Sam is the best!!! He went above and beyond to help us out. We had an emergency on our way out of town for a road trip. He helped us out immediately and got us quickly back on the road!!

Came in to get a tire patched at 7:30 this morning. No other customers there and plenty of open stalls in the garage. Was asked if I could drop it off since we have customers bringing cars in the next 20 minutes. Every other patch job Ive ever had was done in 15 minutes and I havent been asked to drop off my car for a patch before lol.

Not the friendly neighborhood place it used to be. Some good technicians. Some unnecessary add-on charges.

I went in at a time when funds were tight and I was told by another shop that I was going to need much more work done but these guys shot me straight and saved me a bunch of money! Advertise a 1995 oil change when I left I ended up spending almost $60 because of a dirty air filter I had just bought the car so I dont feel like the air filter was not dirty for all I know it could have been somebody elses air filter I feel it was just a trick to get people to come in

BEWARE THEYRE CROOKS AND WILL TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A FEMALE.I took my suv into Scotts Auto Tire at 6:45 AM to get an estimate on a brake job and some other issues that were occurring. I was given a quote of 998.90 for the BRAKE JOB ALONE. They did not even bother to look at the anything else and then I got the car back at 4:45 PM.Then the person who checked me in (he was VERY nice when I came in) and out an older Caucasian man who, I find out later was Tim one of the co-owners (so he told me when I called back). When he called to tell me the car was ready he made a comment about whoever sold me the car saw me coming and toward the end of the conversation they were charging me for the estimate. I asked why since I had not been the couple of times I was in before with a different car. Then he hatefully said, “DO YOU EXPECT ME TO WORK FOR FREE”? I said, “NO But I EXPECT you to tell me that BEFORE I leave and I AM NOT paying you anything”. He then got very hateful and told me it was my job to ask about the cost of an estimate and I said NO it is your JOB to tell me your are charging me and to have me sign something saying I understood that. Then in the most hateful tone told me to come pick up my damned car. I said, remember your shop dropped me off and I needed a pick up. He refused to have anyone come pick me up.Once I arrived at the store, Tim forced me to sign a paper saying that they werent libel for my brakes. I asked why and said to him I was not comfortable with that and had not been asked to sign anything like that before and was it something new? He then said, you will sign it if you want your key. I did sign but not before I wrote on the paper that I was under duress while signing the paper and was told I could not have my key until I signed this paper. He handed what I thought was an estimate but it was not. Tim exploded about what I wrote and followed me out the door yelling at me. He kept saying over and over, we did not do anything to your car it is just like when you brought it in, which I thought was VERY ODD since I had not accused them of any type of tampering. On the way to the door, with Tim trailing few feet behind me, I turned and asked him to stop yelling at me and told him that I did not want to argue nor cause a scene with him and walked out the door.I got home and looked deeper at the estimate and realized the estimate he gave me WAS NOT AN ESTIMATE AT ALL and did not even have the figures of 453.70 for the rear w/caliper and 545.20 for the front with calipers as he had quoted over the phone when he called me. So all that was a waste of time and ended up being a good lesson. THIS SHOP I FEEL AND BELIEVE AND THE EMPLOYEES/CO-OWNERS GIVES MECHANIC SHOPS AND MECHANICS EVERYWHERE A BAD NAME.

I have been coming here for 3 years and I have ALWAYS been taken care of. The mechanics are pretty cool and friendly people, which is definately a plus. I switched cell phones and had to lookup the number when i realized I hadnt written a review! I have a 2001 cadillac deville so you know mechanics could rack up the money when it comes to labor. BUT..these guys have always given me fair pricing and definately timely service which is why I continue to go here 1st! Im planning to drop off my car THIS week actually lol*** So yes, I recommend this place for ANYONE!

My engine broke unexpectedly on my 2007 Scion tC and I needed a new one. I originally had my car towed to Pats because it was the closest shop to where I broke down, but after getting a quote from Pats and calling other shops for a quote, we thought they offered a very fair price and we had them do the work. They were amazing! They called me with options for engines and let me choose the one I wanted, and they ordered it for me. They were incredibly patient with me. They kept me constantly in the loop with what was happening with my car, which I loved because my car is my baby and I couldnt stand to just sit and wait. They went above and beyond what I expected. They gave my car an oil change ( I was due for one) and even fixed the handle on my trunk that the tow truck driver broke, without me even asking! I feel I should stress how awesome their patience was. As a college student, it took me a couple weeks to save up the large amount of money needed for an engine replacement, and I never once felt rushed and they didnt charge me extra for keeping my car on their lot while I saved up the cash. The final price was in line with the original quote they gave me. I would definitely recommend them, and I will definitely be a return customer. Thank you Pats!Also, about the review below me, Chris, I think hes referencing a different Pats, thats located in downtown OKC. That is not the same as this shop on May and 109th-ish.

Quick, reliable oil change

Lauren is completely out of her mind, I have worked at this store for 18 years and my father Tim was the owner for 35 years, I was the mechanic that looked at her car and in my 18 plus years as a mechanic have never seen a car with brakes as bad as these were,she let them go so long that the rotor on the right rear had been ground down to about the thinkness of paper plate and the front was almost as bad, the car had absolutely no brakes and was completely unsafe to drive so yes that horrible guy Tim asked her to sign a piece of paper saying she had been told the car was unsafe to drive to cover our rear ends which is not an unreasonable request by any means, and as far as charging a diagnosis fee I spent at least two hours checking all the things that she REQUESTED us to look at including removing the door panels to see why the windows were not working properly and looking at her brakes and the numerous other things she asked us to check, then she has a problem with Tim charging 80$ for all the time we spent on the vehicle when she doesnt want to do any of the repairs?My father Tim recently retired and sold the place so there are new owners now but at least 80% of our customers were repeat customers and my father is one of the most honest men I know, but you cant please everyone I guess

Just awful I took me and my wifes car to get an oil change (had a coupon for buy oil change get one free) then to only find out they didnt even do the oil change my filter wasnt changed oil wasnt filled all of a sudden I have an oil leak which my car didnt have prior to going up there..the only reason I went there was the coupon which I think they wasnt too pleased about I knew something was up when I handed the cashier the coupon he had this weird look on his face and attitude changed like he didnt want to grant me discount and still made my wife pay a sales tax which is odd the coupon said no such thing about paying tax dollars says buy one oil change service get the second free but oh well lesson learned I will NEVER ! go there again nor encourage anybody to do business with them straight scam for a quick buck
