Heres my other truck that they did, I absolutely love it. I will definitely be back to get my other vehicles done!! Sean was so helpful and listened to what we wanted.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Warranty company paid $700 to fix a couple gouges on an interior panel. They filled the gouges with some kind of filler and sanded the piece. This took away all of the texture and changed color to much lighter than anything else in the car. It looked better with the gouges. Now I have spent a couple hundred dollars to but the proper parts to correctly repair it myself. This comes after being told over the course of 9 months the parts were on back order and most recently that they are under new ownership and I was basically SOL. There is never a manager to talk to available and when I last went there was told none of their body showed up to work. This place is a joke. Avoid at all cost or you will end up paying twice and doing the work yourself anyways.

I couldn’t barely get anyone to answer the phone and when I did a lady really couldn’t answer my questions, then told me to just come in and talk to someone… I tried explaining I don’t live close and I just wanted to know if they did certain stuff and if there was a process. She said just come in and hung up.

Great paint job for the price. I have a 2nd Generation Tacoma that needed some work. The paint was oxidizing, rock chips and scratches. It’s a truck and I use it like one, so I wasn’t looking for perfection (obviously not a show truck). The Maaco team brought back new live to a faded truck. So, if you are like me and have an older model vehicle that you love and needs a little TLC, just do it.

Megan was amazing. She went over and beyond to make sure I understood the process. They did a very good job painting our truck. The staff was very knowledgeable and welcoming. This will be my go to if I need any paint job done in the future!

My wife was in a accident in my car. I dropped it off to Maaco on Rockwell. I paid almost 4 grand to get it fixed and painted. They kept my car for 6 months. That last month they finally finished it even though I was told 2 months it should have been finished. The next day after receiving my car my AC was not working and the car battery kept dying. I drove the car 15 miles and my transmission blew up on me. An employee there told my uncle that i was rushing them and kept coming up. So they decided to slap my car together and gave it back to me because they was tired of me checking up on my car which they had for 6 months. I tried contacting the owner and he would not return my calls. They did not offer me a return of my money or offered to try to fixed what they messed up. I had to turn my car over to the dealership and pay out of pocket for a whole new car. If the owner reads this just wanted to tell you GOD dont like ugly.

Never been so upset with a company. They gave me a 10 day estimate and it has been 9 weeks. They have not even started the work yet. I drive for a living, and may lose my job if I dont get my car back! My insurance already paid, so I am just screwed and stuck here. Never use them!!

My car was painted by these guys couple years back and my car met with an accident few months back and it needed, front bumper change and front headlight change.I went to these guys as the front bumper need to be repainted and hoping they must be having the same paint code they used couple years back.They did confirm that the same paint color is available and they can just paint the new front bumper instead of repainting the entire car again. Dropped the car and waited for 3-4 weeks to get a call from themsaying they need to repaint the entire car as they cant find the same color from 2 years back and they charged me extra $$ for this.On delivery, the painting job was not done right, front bumper was not set right and the headlight was already warned out.I stopped by them in a week or so to get the things done right and they told that the manager is not in the store and they cant approve the fixes without his approval. I tried calling them quite a few time to getmanagers appointment and they were never able to set an appointment. I did try stopping by directly couple more times but they keep sending me back with ridiculous reasons.Very low quality customer service and low quality work.

I had to have my whole car painted. The paint has a lot of orange peel. Much more then I was expecting.They also didnt bother to tape off anything on my car before sanding. Every piece of plastic or rubber that touches a painted part has sanding marks on them. Headlights, taillights, door handles, and all of the window trims.They even sanded my passenger door window. (They did replace the window. Unfortunately the person who did it used a metal screwdriver to take off my door card leaving scratches and dents on the painted surface of my interior.)After the initial paint there was a large spot on the quarter panel were the paint was messed up. They were going to fix it for free as part of the warranty and I made an appointment to get it fixed 2 weeks later. I take the car in and they tell me that they are over booked. But they can fix the spot in two weeks on a Wednesday. I left the car with them so I wouldnt have to take off of work to bring it back. Wednesday comes and I call to ask if I can pick the car up on Friday. I am told this is no problem. I take off work on Friday to pick the car up and they have not even started on it. It took them another 4 days to fix the spot. I say fix because you can still see the spot if you look at it close enough.So they helped with the major cosmetic problem of surface rust but left lots of little problems in there place.Its a cheap paint job for a reason.EDIT: In response to Maaco. I sent them an email with my phone number and never heard back from them. Dont bother send an email or calling to complain. Their job is painting not customer service.EDIT: I did not pay for the cheap paint job. I payed for the 2 step base coat/clear coat.

I got to give them 5 stars due to fixing my issue with no headaches. They painted my car in April but the paint seemed to be a lil off from the rest of the vehicle. I took my car back this past Friday to inform them of the issue. They told me to bring it back Monday and they will fix it. Told me 7 days to fix it. They called back the next day with my car ready to pick up!! The issue was corrected and my paint job is perfect. Thanks to Megan!!!

The paint was not covering all of my car they also stole my antennae called and of course they couldnt find it also splattered paint across one of my headlights which now can barely shine, not to mention someone smoked in my car an left a pop can with cigarette butts I do not smoke and am very allergic to it and one of my tail lights came back unhooked and the mother board quit working, if you value your car DO NOT use maaco

Fantastic feeling right from the initial phone calls. I understand that quoting over the phone is hard, next to impossible, but being a steel cube shape trailer they worked with me to find that starting point quote every customer wants to hear before dragging the project around town to a million shops for quotes...I just dropped off our trailer to be painted ( we sandblasted/ primed.)Megan was the perfect representative, not overly friendly but understanding of a customers needs... which is much different than the grab every job you can and get paid fast mentality that is so common today... crazy excited to see the work completed!

My car looks like new again! I didnt have this Mustang when she was built in 98 but it could not have had more shine than this Diamond Clear Coat has given it. Many thanks to Megan, and the painter who came out and talked to me when I picked her up. I highly recommend the services at this location. Sally looks amazing. I think she even runs better now!

The lady in charge Meghan was really helpful. I wanted to pretty up a beat up 2003 Honda Pilot with around 300,000 miles on it to give to my daughter to use in college in Chicago. My bumpers were scratched up and my headlights needed a restore and she wrote it up for $500 which was exactly the most I wanted to spend. The car looks much nicer now. I joked with her that she needed her own TV show as she could be the Rachel Ray of Automotive cosmetologists ! She reminds me also of the lady in the movie My Cousin Vinny as she has a lot of personality and auto knowledge. (When my wife picked me up in her Honda Odyssey I had her look at my wife’s car. The bumper was banged & hanging loose and she told us we could simply push the bumper back on and tried to help us get it back in place. She also suggested that we use a heat gun to get the dent out. This was helpful advice that saved us a bunch of money.)

When I got my car back they painted it black but it had green marks, paints already peeling, sand and dirt in the paint, runs in the paint. Looks terrible! Took it back to get it fixed and it sat outside where I parked it from Monday - Friday. They never touched it. If you have to go to a Maaco, go to the one off of I 240. I wont go to the one on Rockwell ever again.

At one time in my life, I would have said that there is a correlation between price and the quality of what you get for that price. At my age, I have come to understand the concept of value. This has not come easy, but as I am on a fixed income, I look for value wherever I go. Not cheap, but value. I do not write reviews. In fact, this is the first review I have written, but I wanted to tell those whom may be reading (or not) that the staff at Maaco were nothing by professional and did exactly as I asked of them. As you may have gathered I do not have much to spend, so when I do, I do so as wisely as possible. The work accomplished on my behalf was professional, well done and a fraction of the cost quoted by another establishment on northwest expressway. I would recommend them to anyone needing work done on their vehicle.

The measure of good customer service is not how you are treating a person when everything is okay, but it is how you treat a person when there is a problem.I regret that I have to share my negative experience with the Maaco at 8100 N Rockwell OKC Ok 73132, but todays visit felt more like a personal attack than a business situation. I have done business at this location for over 20 years through several ownership changes. Today I took my car back that was just painted about a month ago because I had a piece of door trim replaced and the paint came off with the door trim. In Maacos literature they claim that they will take the trim off, even if they dont take the trim off they could at least tape the trim properly so the paint is not connected to the trim. The salesman says though trim removal during the paint process is stated in our literature, I didnt write it on the estimate to charge you more money for it. Upon inspection the salesman loudly proclaims I will absolutely not warranty the work, you will have to pay to repaint the door. Also the paint was shot in urethane and has orange peel and is not very shiny. I guess a warranty from this location is quite useless. The salesman and the manager continued their rudeness upon which I said that they were being personal in their behaviour and being inappropriate for a business. No one in the office was wearing face masks and the salesman rudely stood within 1 foot of my face maskless with his angriness as I warned him he needed to back up because of covid-19. There are laws that cover consumer fraud in Oklahoma, you cannot advertise that you warranty your work then when a customer returns with a problem your warranty suddenly disappears, Hello Oklahoma Attorney General!

Paint job is lacking as there are spots that can be seen from original factory paint. Also paint is already chipping off of front bumper.Went to place in person and talked to the Manager Courtney.Then over the course of 3 week followed up and all i got we still waiting.....

Update: I spoke to MAACO regional manager. They did offer to repair the cracks that happened due to poor paint prepping. Because of the chain of events described below, I am unable to have MAACO repaint my car. I asked for a refund and the manager is considering it. I do hope he does the right thing for us. He even admitted that it was not a good standard of service for MAACO.Do not even go and get an estimate at MAACO. They will price low, give you a fast turn around time and try to give you a ride home so that you accept the estimate. They tell you that there may be minor imperfections. I should have seen this as a red flag! Minor imperfections does not mean paint chipping in three places and a part of the door that doesnt have any paint on it at all!It took them seven days when they promised three days. When we arrived to pick it up, the molding wasnt clipped in. It looked fine, but two weeks later the paint is chipping off around the door handle. I took it to another auto body shop and they said that it will continue chipping because the paint wasnt prepped well. They didnt match the paint well either. I called MAACO to get my money back, but they refused. They said I signed something accepting the work, but I didnt! They did offer to fix it, but why I am going to have someone who did a good job fix my car again? DO NOT LET THEM EVEN PAINT YOUR BIG TOE! Its a terrible company with terrible, unprofessional, shoddy workmanship.(Heres a picture of the largest chip. )

Still waiting for someone to get back to us. We took our 2019 Honda Civic to this Maaco almost a month ago with a $1,200 estimate for damage to the bumper. After they ordered the wrong part twice, didnt call us when the car was ready, and then after bringing it back twice for things to be tweaked - we now have a vehicle with $2,500 worth of damage. Theres paint spray in the trunk, wheel wells, and they buffed out an indent on one side of the car that was supposed to be there. Weve been passed from person to person and had to go to corporate to even get a call back. The owner, Bill, finally called us back once, only to go on to ignore our calls and questions. I would love to change this review to something better, but at this point this is the experience weve had. We just want our car fixed.

Had a side view mirror replacement painted and installed on my Lexus IS and they did an awesome job. There was a couple bumps in the process (most of which weren’t their fault) but they were always kind and professional in making sure I felt my time was valued by them. And the most important part to me was that I paid SIGNIFICANTLY less than what I would have at the Lexus dealership and they did just as great of a job! 5 stars and I will definitely be back for anything I need in the future.

Im going to be honest and say that things werent perfect when I first got my truck back. There were a lot of delays after I brought it back in due to poor management. However the owner is amazing and quickly corrected the issue and quickly addressed my complaints and even offered to pick up my truck and drop it off. Great place to take your vehicle.

Possibly the worst staff and management I have ever experienced at any establishment. We came in with a $1,200 estimate to get our bumper fixed and are leaving with $2,500 worth of damage and paint spray all over the trunk, tail lights, and wheel wells. They ordered the wrong part twice, didnt communicate to us when the vehicle was completed, and are now refusing to agree to fix the damage they have done. They do not return calls and treat you like trash when you want your vehicle fixed. Bill is a joke of an owner and admitted himself that he could have done a better job in his garage. Save time and take your vehicle to Collision Works of Deer Creek - best customer service and staff in town!

On 8/29 I took my vehicle back for warranty issues Bodywork was not very good they missed a couple areas that were to be repaired. On 9/16 it was finally approved. On 9/25 it hadnt even been put in the system. Was then promised by the manager it would be ready today 10/2. It wasnt. I asked for a rental so I could return the borrowed truck I was driving. Rental was denied by someone up the chain of command. I was lied to, put off, but hey they already had my money.

I had my 2014 Chevrolet Impala painted back in July 2020 in October of 2020 I noticed the paint was peeling off in some spots and there was some flaws in the paint so I took the vehicle back to the place to have them inspect spoke to Rick inspected it wrote it down on the invoice and told me that he would have his manager call me when she came back in town in a couple of days I still have not heard back from her I wish someone would give me a call cuz Id like to get these things fixed on my vehicle Im not very happy

Excellent service! Had my 79 Scout fully painted. Trent was very helpful and gave me a great quote. Cory (manager) took it further and gave me a spectacular deal. Truck was dropped off Monday, had it back that Friday. Great paint job for the price. Highly recommend using these folks. Will be back for more parts painting.

Everyone in this city will treat you like s**** if you dont have insurance. I will be honest in that I do not have insurance and no would help me at all. I came to maco because my friend told me he had work done here and I should ask and see what they can do to help me our. I brought my hood in on Monday, July 20th. I was told it will be done latest at the end of next day. I call them and ask on Tuesday if its done and I get an answer It is being buffed out, but pretty much done. We will call you when its done. Two more days go by and I decide to go there Thursday afternoon. I show up there and they tell me that hood has two small runs. I go to see the hood and it is worse than horsesh*t. I have never seen worse orange peel in my life, and runs were not small and there wasnt two, but a whole waterfall that was probably 10-15 inches long. I didnt show frustration, I just didnt say much and let them fix it. I also told them that I am leaving for a trip next day and that I need the hood back. Next day comes around no call from maaco. I left my car with no hood on while I went on a trip. I came back from my trip 7 days later. and decide to visit maaco. Keep in mind, still no call from them telling me its done. I show up there and the hood is sitting in the front office. The girl that works there walks me to it and pretends like its fixed. Instead of awful waterfall of runs, I had sanded runs that were still visible. That whole patch was sanded though, but the rest of the hood still had an awful orange peel. They told me how orange peel comes from factory. I tell them that the job was not done right and that I dont want to pay for that. At that point the girl worker who was with me told me if I didnt pay I had to leave the hood there. Then the manager shows up and tells me how she agrees that they did an awful, HORRIBLE job and that they can reshoot it, but she also said orange peel comes from factory. I told them that my car looks nothing like the hood they painted and that it has a crazy amount more of orange peel than that hood. They told me they will reshoot and it will be done today or by monday. Since this was not original hood from my car, I decided to bring my orignal hood that was sitting at home crunched. As soon as I walked back in they yell at me your hood is being painted, nobody called you that it is done. I nicely said that I brought the other hood so they can compare it for the orange peel purposes. After I said that, all hell broke loose. They told me I am coming with an attitude and that they wont respect me if I act frustrated. I kept repeating how I brought the hood so they can match the surface finish because thats what I am paying for and I dont need to be told how orange peel comes from factory. The manager kept telling me how I have an attitude and I am yelling (while basically she was yelling louder than me), and that she wont talk to me and I can leave.I WOULD RECOMMEND EVERYONE WHO HAS CAR PARTS THAT NEED TO BE PAINTED TO RATHER PAY FEW EXTRA DOLLARS IF THEY WANT THE JOB DONE RIGHT, OR HONESTLY SPRAY PAINT IT YOURSELF, IT WILL LOOK BETTER.

I would never take my car to another place. Prices were cheaper then anyone else and work done was superior! Had dent in door. Hood repainted (warranty honered after 4 years) rear bumper clips replaced and a scratch on side buffer out on the house. My car looks like the day I bought it. With 1000$ less then estimate done just to have dent fixed on door. Couldnt beat that price. And the customer service was outstanding. I was kept up to date, treated with kindness, and respect. Felt very welcome. Want a good price, job done right and done with smile. Bring your car here. Thank you all. Im a very satisfied customer!

Please do not take your car to this location, if you can avoid it. They used the wrong color on the paint job, and then it took them over six weeks to repaint just the hood and bumper of my car...they told me it would take a week. The worst part wasn’t even the time, it was the blatant lies from the rep. He would tell me it was being worked on and to expect it in a few days, only for a different rep to tell me weeks later it hadn’t been touched. He would also promise to call me with updates...he didn’t call once.Four weeks in, I was graduating and pleaded with them to get the job done so I could pick family up from the airport. Nothing. Another customer I ran into drove all the way from Texas at night to pick up his son’s car and left them instructions on where to keep the keys...they didnt follow.To end all of it, when they finally painted the car, they took out my hood strut and some wires, left them on the passenger seat and didn’t mention it. There’s also green paint under the bumper and red smudges on a black paint job.If you do decide to go here anyway, ask to work with Sandy. She stepped in, at the end, and saved me from a longer wait.

I had a 1997 Honda Del Sol completely painted at this location.They did a FANTASTIC job. I get a lot of compliments on my car.They also did some custom striping.The paint and polish was great, I did not have any bubbles and it was completely smooth.I later had some door scratches. Took it back and you can not even tell where it was repaired.I would recommend this Maaco to anyone, they did a great job on my car.

IF YOU LOVE YOUR CAR LIKE I DO PLEASE PLEASE I AM WARNING YOU DO NOT USE THIS MAACO !!!! They deserve 0 stars! The Person In charge “Stewart” is very unprofessional and lies about the turn around time. I paid for my car before the paint job was done(Big mistake) because I expected maaco to be professional and do a good job. My 40,000$ Str8/392 got a 500$ paint job for the price of 1200$ they charged my card an additional 200$ and would not give a refund said I had to wait to get them to write me a check. When my initial down payment was given to them in cash. My car was dropped off on April 23rd They kept my car an additional week from the time I was told to pick it because Stewart wasn’t satisfied with the passenger side paint . I picked the car up on May 9th and the paint job was still horrible, the girls at the front desk admitted that no one did an inspection on the car after it was painted. I was going from purple to metallic black, the car was still purple in some areas and not only was it painted the wrong color.( black instead of metallic black ) there were cracks in the paint and purple where they taped very sloppy. The service was horrible and slow and there was no consideration for the fact that they had my car a little over 3 weeks and that it had to be shipped out of town. He did offer to make things right which took an additional week and a half and he lied. Everyday my car was being sanded down and ready to spray everyday they gave a different day of when it would be complete. And I was still not satisfied.The girls that work the front are very nice and respectful but have no control over paint discrepancies they redirect everything to Stewart which was no help to me I have made a complaint with corporate office which I had to get the number on my own cause the ones given did not work or were busy, hopefully something will be done I’m also reporting to BBB. I wish I could post pictures so you all can see how horrible of a job they did I cried several days and was embarrassed of how bad the car looked.

My wifes car had some body damage that needed repair. Not wanting to file an insurance claim we decided to pay out of pocket. After getting a couple of insane quotes, I went back to Maaco. Cory worked hard to source the body parts needed for the repair and in the end offered a quote that saved me a ton of $$. Jennifer in the front office called with status updates on three different occasions so I knew what was going on with the repair work. The tech staff delivered an excellent job completed 3 days earlier than originally estimated. Thanks guys, good work and excellent customer service!

Do not take your vehicle here. They told me our vehicle would be ready on a particular day, when we called to pick it up they hadnt even started on it. They continued to give us the run around. When we did pick it up you could see paint everywhere. Windows, bumper side mirrors. They blamed it on a new guy working there..

When I picked up the car, the car was so dusty. They left all the paper and tape on the back hatch. Plus, they left tape on the back fender that you fixed. We had the same experience with my truck. It was so dusty inside. I mentioned it to manager after the first car. He assured me my truck would be clean inside when I picked it up. It wasn’t cleaned!!!!

I will only recommend Maaco on Rockwell. This is where I have my daughters car as well as my own Toyota taken care of.

I called them to get my car from them after they painted it.I am a disabled vet.they said they would come and get me. then they called me up and asked for payment over the phone,I said sure since your coming to get me.they said they were on there way.they called an hour later and said the manager was in a meeting and they would bring my car when they could.I sould have seen this coming.no telling what condition my car is in.it better be right !!!!!!!!

I can’t even explain how good this place took care of me and my wife. I gave my car to them for body repairs after someone hit me. They repainted my entire car no extra charge. When I came to pick it up they even took the foggy ness out of my other headlight and made it look new! Not to mention I gave them my car on Monday and they called and said it was ready for pick up on Friday. Such an amazing place they you all. Ask for Dralle he’ll take care of you!

There is something to said about integrity. After months of dealing with insurance companies, lawyers, bodyshops, etc, I am fed up with dealing with the establishment (anybody)! At my wits end, I went to maaco. I am sick of everybody else I have been dealing with. I just couldnt take it anymore. I cant count how often I have been lied to. I just wanted to go somewhere other than where the insurance company wanted me to go to (the insurance company for the person that hit me of course). I loved Maaco. Theyre kind. Theyre nice. And they did a good job. I would recommend them. Trust me, this review doesnt come lightly.

I had my Chevrolet Avalanche completed repainted. All of the folks there were very helpful. There were some minor issues in a few spots on the paint, and Corey made sure that they were resolved before I picked up the vehicle, which was done within the time frame that they said it would be. I think for the money, it is the best value out there. I was happy enough that I took my wifes fiberglass topper there to be repainted.

Over the phone experience, the rep was super helpful and honest.
