They are amazing! They kept me informed about my vehicle the whole time and had it ready when they said it would be. I also got picked up by enterprise while dropping my vehicle off. And when it was done they brought my vehicle to me and took my rental back so I didnt have to worry about dropping the rental off !

Ive probably had more than my fair share of accidents, so Ive had the chance to compare various body shops. Caliber Collision is by far the best. These guys go way out of their way to provide excellent service, and the body work they do is second to none.

UPDATE 3/16/2021My husband took my car in to have the part that originally messed up when installing replaced. The guy said it would take 20-25 minutes for the repair. I made an appointment for today 3:30 and it took them an hour and a half to “fix” it. It is still not fixed. They want us to bring my car BACK IN for more work.I came to pick up my car today. After waiting for roughly 20 minutes the “manager” was finally able to help me. Shortly after driving away I noticed there was a lot of wind noise coming from my driving side door. I called them to let me know and the told me I could bring it right back and they would fix it quickly. I wasn’t very far away so I turned around. It took them roughly an hour to complete the “repair” that should have been caught during their final inspection and I’m having to wait for an additional part that THEY messed up when installing. After all was said and done the guy who was “helping me” basically told me I rushed them and that’s why it was there were errors. POOR customer service. I will NEVER recommend Caliber Collision to anyone.

When I notified my insurance company, AMICA, of hail damage from a recent storm they immediately recommended Caliber. Figured if they have used before I would go with. Within 2 hours I received a call and was scheduled. Ray did the initial estimate and Erica dealt with insurance. I just nodded my head and let them deal with it. I was notified every couple of days as to progress. A week early I was called and told the car was ready to pick up. When I looked it over and compared pics I had with how the car looked I was very pleased. Car was washed and interior cleaned. If I could give Tyler and Ray a higher than 5/5 rating I would. Tyler took on an impossible job that other places wouldnt touch. I truly feel like they both went out of their way to make sure my vehicle was taken care of. Hopefully I never have to go to a body shop again, but if I do I know where I will be going.

I was looking for a body shop and drove by Caliber Collision and decided to get an estimate. This was my first time dealing with a body shop and an insurance claim. Within 5 mins I knew this was the place. Leandra was extremely helpful answering questions and navigating me through the insurance process. Tyler, the repair technician, explained everything and made sure I was satisfied with the repairs. I was consistently updated about the process and timeline. I am 100% satisfied with my experience and highly recommend Caliber Collision!

I had a very small scrape just above my front left wheel. I didnt want to try taking it out myself because I was worried I might end up doing too much accidentally to the finish, so I shopped around for estimates.The first shop I went to wanted $75 to buff it out, and that seemed a bit steep even with my general automobile ignorance.Next, I went to Caliber Collision and spoke with Kelly about an estimate. I knew the scrape was relatively minor, but after a look he said (and Im paraphrasing here), I can take that out in just a minute.Oh, excellent! How much will that be?$0. Its a tiny scrape, and I wouldnt charge for that since itll come right out.He went and grabbed some rubbing compound, and in less than a minute the scrape was gone.Obviously, not every repair is this minor, and in general youll probably be charged for work. But I was pretty blown away since coming from the first shop wanting to charge so much for what turned out to be something so easy to fix.So thanks again, Kelly and Caliber Collision! If I end up having a real repair issue, I will definitely put this shop at the top of my list.Also: the waiting room was very clean and bright which was great for those, like me, who hate walking in to a body shop or oil change place and seeing dingy carpet/floors and old furniture. Presentation matters.

So, far very good! I just took in my New Honda CR-V to be repaired. The front desk staff treated me in a professional manner, the staff that gave me an estimate was professional and found damage, I did not notice. They have been sending text updates!

I had to come back and give them 5 stars because the manager Ray went to all the trouble to find out my story, look up my old files and was concerned about the situation. Good customer service is becoming rare especially with all the automation. None of us are perfect but when you really care about even one customer being unhappy and you try to make it right, that tells me you take pride in your work. They do awesome work on cars. I would strongly recommend them. Thanks again Ray for being the kind of manager who cares about people.

They replaced the bumper & headlight on my Kia Sorento. My bumper popped out just a couple of weeks after the repair. It was over a year before I was able to get back by to have them fix it. The staff was always very polite and professional. They didnt even give me a hard time about how long it had been. I set an appointment and they got it fixed the same day. The warranty on their repairs is for as long as you have the car. Pleasant place to deal with.

Caliber handled my car repair after being rear ended by a drunk driver. They handled everything professionally and ensured I was well-informed every step of the way. No better place to go to for repairs.

Friendly staff and they do great work in a timely manner

These people were so nice, caring and understanding when a deer jumped out of nowhere and hit the hood of my car. They had a nice air-conditioned office (it was summer) and cold water. We didnt have to wait long and they called the rental service for us to get the shuttle so we could be on our way. They gave us updates as the car had to be left with them. We hired a trucking service to bring our car back to California but my husband and I were pleased with the work and they sent pictures with the updates which was nice as well.

There was a fundamental lack of honesty from my coordinator. In fact he outright lied to me on 3 different occasions and the tried to cover it. It was not until Ray, the general manager got wind of the issue was a resolution sought. My car had relatively minor damage it was one fender and some replacement plastic on onside and it took 15 days. They left the fill head off the washer tank and the painted fender has orange peel.

My overall experience was great. Super friendly staff, very informative and my car looks brand new after the repairs. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Had a few scratches on my tailgate, they buffed them out within minutes... wouldn’t let me pay. Told me remember them if I ever had a collision lol

Don not take your car here for repairs.The quality of the work itself is acceptable, but the customer service is beyond pathetic and the management of the business is deceptive and dishonest. I took my car in for a small repair to the driver side door and front fender. I explained before taking it that it would be putting a family of three down to one car during the repairs, and that one car was a rental that I was paying for myself. I was assured that they would order the parts ahead of time and have my car in and out in two days. I dropped my car off on a Wednesday. On Friday I called to check on it and they said it would not be ready until the next Wednesday. I called on Wednesday and they said it would not be ready until Friday. I called on Friday and they said it would not be ready until the following Monday. I called on Monday and they said it was still not ready - nearly two weeks after I dropped it off. I went over there in person and spoke to the manager Ray. Eventually I discovered that they had painted the parts for my car gold - my car is blue - so they had to reorder the parts yet again. Ray told me that he would pick up the charges for my rental car and pay for it through the Saturday that had just passed. He even called the rental car company while I was sitting there and told them to bill him for the charges. He said he would have my car ready the following Wednesday. I called on Wednesday, and yet again my car was not ready. I finally got it back on Thursday - over two weeks after I had dropped it off. A few days later, I received a call from the rental car company that Caliber Collision had declined to pay the rental charges they had agreed to and were only going to pay for 4 days of the charges, so I was left to pick up the difference. Never once during this entire process did I receive a phone call or email from Caliber Collision. I had to contact them myself every time. Management is extremely dishonest and deceptive. Beware.

Went in with the hopes of setting up an appointment for an estimate. The minute the lady at the desk started to tell me they would have to do things even the insurance adjuster said wouldnt be needed is when I knew this was the wrong place. Total waste of 10 minutes of my life.

I had a car accident where I was rear ended and as a result rear ended the car in front of me. After calling my insurance company they suggested going to Caliber. I called and spoke with the person who answers the phone she said I could bring my car in when it was convenient for me. I did and they got me to the rental car place with little paperwork. Each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I received a phone call informing of the progress of my car. When my car was finished I was very impressed. I wasnt able to tell that the car had been mangled. Everyone here is very courteous and professional. I hope you never need them but if you do this is a great place to have your vehicle fixed.

I will never give them my business until they understand the concept of Customer Service. This is one of the first collision centers/ body shop that I have walked into that will not do a walk-in estimate. The receptionist was very stubborn and would not explain their policy, nor explicitly point out where it states an appointment has to made for an estimate to occur. I was not asking for a full detail 30 min. estimate, but a quick 5-7 min. estimate.If I was told, Sir, we have others ahead of you, and we will do our best to fit you in when we can. Please have a seat and a cold water, enjoy your time with us. I would have greatly respected this collision center more. If they werent able to get me in today, and they said, Sir, Im sorry we will not be able to get you in today, but we will get to you first thing in the morning if you are willing to come by. Again, I would have had more respect, but I was greeted with Do You Have an Appointment? No, I would like a quick estimate. Come Back Wednesday. Absolutely a non-customer service friendly business.If they would like my business in the future, they need to do more for the Customer. The Customer keeps them in business and a quick estimate at the right place could have given them my business, but the choose the later and decided to play the we cant help you until we have time. They need to change their tone to How Can I Help You?, Let Me See What I Can Do For You, I Apologize, but I Will Get You An Estimate Tomorrow Morning, If That Is Okay. Simply, put they need to refocus their efforts to the Customer and not the Business. They cannot be a Business without the Customer. These are the places that I point out in reviews on Google, because they must learn if they want to be successful. They must learn that Customer Trust is the key to a successful business, along with quality work, and Customer Obsession.

Rate--lowest. Took my car-a top Cadillac. SRX and totaled it without my permission. The cost was 56++. But in cahoots with Liberty Mutual they totaled it instead of repairing it. I also was calling AAA but they already had my car hooked up to haul it away. The car had hit a curb coming from a sandwich shop and ended on a rock the owners had put by the curb. I was not even told exactly where my car was and was told by Arrow that they did not have my car....At Jim, Clark Collision center just weather of Caliber they found my car for me. Then after several days with no word they had totaled my car without giving me the option of paying the $5600. Just total it and that makes it easier for them (and Liberty Mutual Insurance I got through the University of Oklahoman. It all reeks of corruption! B. Sherman..retired educator. I wanted my car fixed..not totaled and the collision center and Liberty Mutual Insurance gave me no choice. My car was a hold SRX Cadillac with top of the line new tires and in perfect condition. But they totaled it instead of fixing it for 5600. Sounds surupticious!

Worst place of business. Never felt more victimized and insulted and talked down to.

We were t-boned by a careless driver and these guys expertly repaired our car. They worked with the insurance company to make sure everything got repaired for us and we didnt get cheated. It took a while, but our car is back on the road now and as good as ever.

Ray (the manager) was very attentive and helpful throughout the situation and the guys in the back did a great job restoring my 2017 Honda Civic Hatchback to beauty.

They do excellent work and stand behind what they do. Had a small problem with some door trim, they ordered replacement parts and it didnt cost me any extra money.

Its just one issue after another after another with this place. Im not going into detail, theres not enough space. If you are looking for an all around frustrating experience at the end of which, your vehicle still isnt put back to pre-accident condition, then this is your place. Otherwise, do your homework and research other shops.

I went to the one in midwest city but the customer service and quality of work cant be beat. God forbid something happens to my truck again but if it does I wouldnt go anywhere else but Caliber Collision.

STORY:Took my truck here for a door skin replacement and paint. Had them fix the door handle, that had a scratch as well. Took them one week to get the job done. Picked up a completed truck friday, except when I picked it up, it had more scratches on it then when I brought it there. The paint didnt match exactly, and not only did they not fix my door handle, the wet sanded the back door handle down to the plastic. The back door did not even open from the inside. The top door trim had over spray all over it. I called the manager, and got the above problems minus the paint fixed. That took an additional 3 days. No communication from the shop at all on the last 3 days. When I picked up my completed truck again, there were less scratches then before, however I was told the truck would be washed and waxed.. how convenient their detail guy quit that day.. overall, I would not do business with again. on the final overlook of my truck the car service advisor told me that he needs to look at his car like I do mine, insinuating Im whining over little things that happened in their shop. Their paint and body guy looks like hes been on meth his entire life..PROS: They do decent body work, and they do quote your repairs for life.When they repaired my truck the 2nd time they did pay for my rental, their regional manager seems to want to do the right thing, but his employees need to be reviewed, they seem to be the ones dragging their business down.CONS: Absolute lack of management and communication. Their regional supervisor seems to be a good guy and mean well, but right now they are horrible to deal with.Again, I have an eye for body work, and I know when things look good, great, or horrible. Id say out of the work done Id give it a7/10 body work3/10 turn around time0/10 communication5/10 for friendly staff.Overall, I will not do business here againI just hope I get hit on that side again. So I can get my trucks original color put back on it.

Went in for an estimate to have my truck repainted and the guy that came out to look at my truck told me that they did not want to repaint a vehicle unless they absolutely had to. Im not sure how they stay in business if they dont want to paint cars

Brought car in for estimates and receptionist wanted me to schedule for next day, even though the car was right outside in their lot.

Go anywhere else. Its been 3 days just to get an estimate. Every day they lie that it will be done soon. Eventually had to have it towed somewhere else. Huge pain and terrible service.

These dirty crooks lied on me and acted like the had my best interest @ hand but they did not the work for insurance company they told usaa that i said i did not want them touching my car a out right lie and I will tell how dirty this crooked eyed woman did me I would never trust them to work on anything a liar will steal and will do just about any thing!
