I purchased a car from here and there were small things that needed to repaired/replaced. Since my first review I haven’t received any forms of communication on when to drop my vehicle off. The prior times I’ve gone up there I had people just blank stare at me as if I was lost/out of place. I had my dad come with me when I had to bring my car for repairs because I got annoyed with just being stared at. No one is “mean” there’s just a lack of awareness and honest customer experience. I literally just pay my bill online because I don’t have it in me to be stared at as if I’m not a person.
